I dropped my truck off at 7:30 am when they opened to get the oil changed and tires rotated. I returned at 2:45 pm to pick it up. They told me to give them an hour and they would get right on it. I told them they had it for seven hours and that was plenty of time to work on it. I will not be going back. I would give a zero star rating if that was an option.

They are awesome! I am a courier and I noticed my tire was not only low but showing wire on the sides as I started on my route. I stopped by their store and asked for a price and time estimate. They not only gave me a great price on a quality tire, but they got me in and out really fast, while being very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Totally unprofessional, don’t know what they are doing, told them 100 times what the problem was and they still didn’t want to listen to me, kept my vehicle for days just sitting in the shop doing nothing with it and giving me the run around, they didn’t even know the right part to get for my vehicle. They also trashed the inside of my vehicle with garbage and bottle caps and got their shop floor all over the inside because they don’t use floor papers on the customers cars AND the worst part of it all was seeing 20+ miles on the car which was a clear indication someone drove the car without asking permission and didn’t just “take it around the block” to make sure the vehicle was fixed. I wouldn’t trust Cobb to change out windshield wipers let alone anything else.

Charges me 10 dollars to tell me the the tires I had with me was to big mine on rhe truck was 16 what my brother gave me was 18 😆 ok thanks !! Yall have a great day !

They are very Honest and very Professional. They did a real good job making sure the Van was completely repaired before we left.

I took my vehicle in for a collapsed lifter. They replaced 4 lifters and a rocker arm. On the day I was supposed to pick it up, they tell me the camshaft has a groove in it from the failed rocker arm and that it will cause a problem down the road. $1k for parts and labor. I ended up using a different mechanic that I trust for the camshaft replacement. When he gets the thing pulled apart he finds the following: PCV (Pollution Control Valve) recently broken and patched with electrical tape ($98), bolts way over torqued and damaged requiring a chisel and hammer to remove them (currently looking for replacement), camshaft is only cosmetically damaged and wont interfere with rocker arm. The second opinion saved me $1k-2k and some headache down the road.

These guys are very good.

They inconvenience me for 3 days, I had dropped my car off to get my AC checked and wheel alignment. They told me it was a hose and quoted me a price to replace it which was good. The next day they got the hose in and put it on and then called and said it needed another hose which added to the price plus told me that they couldnt line it up because it needed a $300 plus part. On the third day of all this I took it to the dealership to get the wheel alignment and the dealership said that there was nothing wrong with the $300 plus part just needed adjusting and aligned it up on less than an hour. Plus Cobb Automotive stated that the part couldnt be adjusted. Cobb automotive called as I was leaving the dealership about 8 AM and TOLD ME that the part was in and when I got there the part wasnt in and I had to sit and wait for almost 4 hours. In a nutshell I missed about 12 hours of work. Not good at all.

First Time using them,all three of my vehicles will be going nowhere but down there. Excellent service very friendly staff. Very good prices on tires they did an awesome job.

The service was great! I was out of town and needed a trailer tire for my horse trailer, they had what I needed in stock and got me back on the road in a very timely manner. Would definitely do business with these guys again.

They dont do appointments say they do first come first serve this is the second time ive brought my vehicle here the first time I waited 5 hours to just get the hose looked at this time I was here at 730 when theyopened and its now 1115 n im still waiting wont even have time to get my brakes or tires checked like I had wanted n I swear I couldve changed the hose faster than this wont be spending my whole day off here again and I cant recommend them unless u have a whole day to waste waiting

I had my car towed there on 12/22/20 because it completely shut down and would not start. (I tried to jump it off before having it towed... by a 2500 HD AND by the tow man with his jump box. It wouldn’t start for anything) PRIOR to having it towed there, I called Cobb to get pricing on an alternator and battery. They told me to just bring up there so they can look at it and they’ll give me a price. So, in a panic, that’s what I did. 🤦🏻‍♀️When I got there, SOMEHOW they got it to start...🧐 I asked how they got it to start and they said, “oh we jumped it off”. So, I questioned how they were able to when I tried for 30 minutes with a truck and then another 10 minutes with a jump box... their reply, “well,umm,uhhh...”They told me I needed a new alternator and battery... my total with labor and tax: $684Alternator: $394; Battery: $160; Labor: $130I told them I’d be right back... I called and priced my parts. The cost for my alternator + my battery was a total of $369.18.So, I decided I’d go for a second opinion and THANK GOD I did! Why? Because the only thing wrong with my car was corrosion around my battery cables which was preventing power to my battery.Instead of cleaning the corrosion off of my battery cables, they CHOSE to TRY to take advantage of me.I will not be back. And I will be sure, when asked about Cobb Automotive and tire center, I tell this story and let that person choose whether to go to them or not.JUST A LITTLE FYI: ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION!I didn’t spend a dime of my money. (My Insurance pays for towing) 😁They deserve zero stars. 😒

They were nice but I would of preferred a phone call prior to them giving me a bill over 300.00 once I was there to pick up car. I have replaced brake pads on diffrent cars I had and never once was told I needed rotors.🤷🏼‍♀️😂 #lessonlearned.

Had an employee take a vehicle here. Needed two tries and a wheel bearing. Randy Cobb (owner) says that the employee which is a laborer and is not authorized to make any decisions approved more work to be done. Well no signature, no contracts, no phone calls to myself or my business and I get told I owe over 1000 dollars. They reduce the bill by a couple hundred and Im still not ok with how it went. Sooo they lock my vehicle inside the building and refuse to let it go until I pay. They force me to pay a bill that they didnt get approval ahead of time to accrue. Anyways lost my business and the sad part is was using them for maintenance on 4 vehicles so far and had more to come.

JB: I just sent my wife up to this location for a simple brake change because I swore to her that they were great, but I was wrong. She told me the mechanic didnt know what he was talking about, knew reference to nothing, spoke sarcastically about the whole situation, and on her way home she noticed her vehicle was in way worse condition than it was before she took it there. They also told us one price on the phone but charged her more once she got there.We are very disappointed in our service there and I am very angry that they sent her home with her vehicle not being safe to drive because of what they did to it!!!The lowest rating I can give is one star, but Id go lower if I could.

Terrible customer service. We stopped in to get a new tire. The service technicans were waiting on other customers so we waited. We waited at the desk for several minutes until they finished. Afterwards, no one greeted us, assisted us, apologized for the wait, made eye contact, acknowledged us or anything. One gentleman assisted a guy who but in front of us in line while the other gentlemen merely walked away. We took our business elsewhere.

Most of the time, if Im told itll take about an hour, theyre done in half the time. The mechanics are willing to tell you what is wrong withvyour vehicle and let you know is something else is wrong and may need replacing. They will not try to pull anything over on you.
