Purchased a mattress today and the experience was pretty painless. Jessika W. greeted us as soon as we walked in and asked us some questions that helped her guide us to the correct options. She was very knowledgeable about the brands, any anticipated delays with certain vendors, and what each brand offers so we could make the correct selection. I have had some bad experiences in the past purchasing a mattress so I was not looking forward to going into the store, but Jessika made it a wonderful experience! I would recommend this location, at least when Jessika is working.

I went to the Mattress Firm in Oxford, MS. I needed to purchase a Queen Mattress set for my 11 year old! I tried two other stores here in Oxford, and received no help. Not to mention, I didn’t receive the best customer service. Mattress Firm was my last option to try to make something happen for my baby girl. Well Jessika Walton from store# 027023 made it HAPPEN!!! Shopped here a little over a week ago looking for a bed for a weekend rental, Explained that I needed a comfortable low cost bed and was taken to the more expensive stuff in the store to start. The salesperson seemed to get an attitude when I explained I did not want to spend that much. Very unpleasant experience, save your time if you want customer service and go up the road.

I ordered a mattress on-line to be delivered to a condo in Oxford. I mistakenly input the wrong delivery address. After four days of trying unsuccessfully every remote avenue I was given to try to reach Mattress Firm and fix the problem I went into the Oxford store last weekend while in town. Within 3 minutes the manager not only had my problem fixed but saved me $300 on the purchase! If you are going to buy a mattress from this company go to the Oxford, MS store. If you dont live in Oxford call them because they CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!

I had the most incredible service experience at the Mattress Firm in Oxford MS! I was moving my son into his apartment in Oxford over the weekend. Because we live 8 hours away, and had limited space in our vehicles and U-Haul trailer, we decided to purchase his mattress in our hometown, and pick it up in Oxford. When we arrived, the salesperson Terrace was extremely helpful, but she could not find our mattress in the store. So she called her manager, who was about to sit down for dinner. Jerry, the manager, came immediately to the store to help look for it in the storage area. It was not there. Jerry immediately offered to upgrade our mattress to a nicer, more expensive mattress, so my son wouldn’t have to sleep on the floor that night, at no additional cost! Again, his Mattress Firm store did not even get credit for the sale, yet he immediately gave us the upgrade. Wow! Talk about incredible customer service and leadership! It was not Jerry’s fault that our mattress was not there, yet he took control of the situation, and gave us the best solution we could have dreamed for right on the spot. Jerry and his staff are the absolute best! There is no need to go anywhere else. And the mattress is incredibly comfortable. Thanks Jerry and Terrace!

Quick and easy transaction great ppl to understand

Went in and got a good deal on a mattress on Labor Day sale. The staff was really helpful and nice, Im on crutches so they loaded up the bed and frame for me. Very professional and not pushy at all.

Pushy Sales Lady only interested in selling and ignoring our concerns with our current set. Just because I said I had a budget of X amount does not mean I only want to see mattresses that cost X amount. I took my business down the street and was more than happy to spend what I did because of the personal service I received there.

I went in the store in April and financed a mattress and box spring that was supposed to be delivered in May. I found out that the same week my mattress was to be delivered that my new bed frame(purchased from a different company) wasnt going to fit in my room. The new bed frame I was going to get did not require the box spring. I attempted to get my order changed two weeks in a row and each time I spoke with the same employee that helped me make my purchase. Fast forward to today, June 1st. I called the store and a gentleman answered. Turns out the employee that I was in constant contact with was not very professional or efficient in performing her job and she was the reason my order was so messed up. The gentleman that answered the phone is the new manager that took over the store a month ago. He asked me to come in and he sat there with me and we worked everything out. Im getting my mattress delivered on Monday (its Friday), thats insanely amazing!!! He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my order. He provided exceptional customer service and was very empathetic to my situation with the employee. That employee is no longer with the company and this poor man is having to clean up all of her mess she left behind. In my opinion, since that employee is no longer with the company, this store will be in tip top condition thanks to this new manager. A month ago I would not have recommended anyone to purchase from the Oxford location. Today, I can say that I would happily recommend anyone to Jerry (the new manager) at the Oxford location. He is making positive changes fast. If you need a mattress or anything bed/sleep related go and see Jerry and tell him Natalie says Hello!

If I could give less stars I would, Store has not been open during its regular hours the last 5 times I have driven by. Several days ago there was a note on the door that said closed for breakfast, an hour later the same sign was on the door, 3 hours later they were closed for the bank. The last 2 times I have tried they were closed and no note. No one answers the phone. I assume they are closing down and going out of business? If not, this is terribly unprofessional and I would have been fired from a retail job with this work ethic.

Lady who sold me mattress was nice and helpful. Was suppose to get free sheets. Have not received yet. I called a different number because she said she could not find out anything. I was told sheets would be at the store on the 24th. Was told at store they would be delivered. Delivery people were GREAT!!! Lady from store has not called me anymore. I guess she got upset because I called someone else for help. I thought me as a customer might gets answers. NOT. Was told she would call me about sheets. Its been several days. Still not sure we will keep mattress. Not as soft as in store.If I had it to do over, I would probably spend my 6000 at Sleep Number.I cant speak for every Mattress Firm store, only the Oxford, MS. store..

SAVE YOUR TIME, GO UP THE ROAD, THE OTHER PEOPLE ARE MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL AND GOT US DELIVERED WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS.Uncomfortable experience from the moment I walked in. Employee working the other day began telling me about how much he hates working for the company and how miserable he is along with telling of his glory days playing football at school here. He or the store one also smelled like pot from the minute we walked in. While he went on his tirade about working for Mattress Firm I looked up competition and saw a store with much better reviews just up the street. I dont know how Mattress firm is going to survive in this town after seeing the reviews about this store. If this is the new management, it needs changing again.

Very disappointed in the service we have received. We ordered our matress almost 2 weeks ago and were told it would be in the following Monday. My husband called on that Monday and was told it would be in by closing (8pm). We drove an hour to pick up our matress, only to find out that their delivery trucks dont run on mondays and that it wouldnt be on until Friday. We called friday, still nothing, we are STILL waiting for our matress to be delivered. We both work night shift and our schedule is already so messed up that it is hard to shop for a matress. The hours at this store were perfect for us because we could get a good rest and not have to worry about them closing. But from now on, we will take our business elsewhere.
