We have purchased TWO queen beds from Julia at Mattress Max. Her knowledge, caring and helpfulness makes her a specialist with the products they offer. I have particular spine/back issues and she was able to guide me to a fabulous mattress that I have been thankful to her for every night when I go to sleep. I purchased a mattress and adjustable base from Mattress Max in Oxford, AL. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They showed me several items in my budget range. I was able to take my time and try out the different mattresses. They answered all my questions and helped me with financing options. The delivery people were prompt and efficient. They set everything up and showed me how to use the adjustable base.

Walked in and told the sales person my budget. Tried to show me mattress 3x more expensive. Told her again my budget. Showed me 2x my budget. Told her thanks for her time but that’s out of my budget. Finally showed me lots of mattresses in my budget. I bought elsewhere. Terrible service and incompetent sales person.
