Had a breakdown in the middle of the night while traveling home and these guys got me back up and running quickly!! My battery had lost a cell and they got it replaced and checked the alternator as well and I was good to go. Thanks!! :-)

The absolute worst tire buying experience Ive ever had. Ended up paying $1500 for tires I didnt want.

I arrived for at 6:40 am (20 minutes prior to the store opening) for routine standard services. I was the 1st customer of the day in the store. I was told the wait would be 2-4 hours. After 4 hours they had not even started on my car. I asked the service representative and store manager how long it would be and was told they did not know. I asked to have my keys so I could get some food. I left the store and was gone 11 minutes. I was removed from the que and customers that arrived after me without appointments were serviced. I believe this is retaliation for reporting the store due to similar issues in the past. The manager started making excuses as I reported this incident to the corporate headquarters. He even went as far as interrupting my call with a supervisor at corporate. It took nearly 6 hours to take my car back for its service. I was advised that it could take 2 days to hear from the area manager.I will update this after my services are completed.

Told it was one thing wrong with my ac now it something else. Over charged me for parts by double. Even on the quote to fix the new thing thats wrong with my car.

Im not sure why or how. but I was told my tire was unrepairable at one location. But had the same tire repaired in less than an hour at another. Then was told I just dont understand when I asked how tht happened. I spend a lot of money at this overpriced place and dont deserve my hard earned money stolen. Nothing but a robot response to a very humane moment in a very critical financial time in our country....... Ive called and responded in person nothing. Beware of this place.

My car was ready faster than was estimated and helped me get the best price I could on a set of tires.

They like taking advantage of young people. Took a car there for a front end alignment and my son was told tires were dangerous and couldnt be driven. I had just had a tire patched and looked at the day before. They made him feel like he had no choice but to replace tires right then. Not the first story I have heard about this place. Beware!

Im giving 4 stars because everyone I have interacted with here has always professional and friendly. IDK if theyre short-handed or what, but every time Ive been there its taken forever to get things done. Its always done correctly, but it sure makes for a long boring day when you cant just drop your vehicle off and pick it up later.

Never had a bad experience here. They often have great deals to help with tire purchases and other work needed

Eric and Mike at this location take customer service to a whole different level. We were broken down after the conway. Ar location goofed. We had a very large trailer with us. They helped find a wrecker service, they waited 4 hours after close for us to arrive. They made sure we were settled for the night, and then got us in first thing so we can get back home to SC.

Ran over a pair something ion I 20 on Sunday and wanted them to plug my tire so I could get home and I was told it couldn’t be fixed so I had to purchase a tire to get back to Rogersville Tennessee. I used to live in Oxford back in the 90’s and this place was shady then and only out for your money and don’t care about the customer. I will never go back again and wouldn’t recommend them either. Take your money somewhere else!!!!

This place took my company vehicle and never even attempted to give me a update.

They were able to give me a good price and squeeze my vehicle in their schedule even though the weather conditions outside were rough. They called me with any concerns. Excellent service! Thank you

Great service, fair cost, sale on tires

I had a tire rotation and they didnt do a tire balancing they said that I refused it but I was never asked and I told them when I got them rotated that I want all of it done

They managed to get me in on short notice for a set of large tires and an alignment. Professional and timely. My gratitude.

They are booked behind for 3 weeks but i made an appointment and was supposed come in next week but they said since i was here they would take me. They do have a 6-8 hr waiting period though

I went there to get a new tire so far everything was good... then when its time to pay I forgot I left my wallet in the car so I ask him hey my wallets in the car can I go get it? and he said yeah sure. so when I went I cant find my wallet in the area I had it so I look the entire car and still cant find it and it was the before I left because I saw it before i left them the car and keys. I had $180 in cash and the rest is ID other things I need. so now i had to go walk to the bank get more money out of savings pay them and still didnt get my wallet that one of there guys stoled

The absolute worst place to go. Beware of this place. They have no knowledge and aren’t properly trained. Go anywhere but here.

The work itself was of great quality, but the turn around time was excessive. My appointment time was for 3 p.m. i arrived at 2:45. Finally got to leave at 5:15. 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire balance.

Its time Firestone close its doors. Its outdated and very over priced. I recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

Having previously experienced a drivers side door ding during an oil change and tire rotation I consulted the manager Michael who was totally sympathic and without question wanted to make things right. He suggested I take my 2014 Ram to a local body shop and get an estimate on the repair work. Wanting me to be a satisfied customer he threw in a free oil change and fuel injector cleaning. I was about to take my vehicle in for the repair when a friend who does auto body work suggested I give him a crack at it. Low and behold he worked his magic and the paint was good as new. Michael the store manager is the kind of guy I want to do business with because I know he really cares about the customers satisfaction.

I have been traveling all day decided to get the oil changed in my truck so Ill stop there there was an hour Lyft for their shift before they close plenty of time to change the oil and and three mechanics standing in the lobby not doing anything walk-in asked for oil change and they say theyre only doing it by appointment only it would be end of the week next week before they could do it now if you got three mechanics standing around not doing s*** and an hour left on your shift you would think that they might want to make money help the business app I can see why they dont have much business right now Firestone needs to take a look at their Management in this facility it could definitely use a friendly staff

I had an appointment, waited for 2 hours for just an alignment/tire rotation which was free because i paid the $1,000 package. 4 tires and free rotation/alignment for a year but cmon. Its expensive and slow work. As a busy man, not the best use of my time waiting 2 hours.

While going to get my tire repaired, they called me 30 minutes later just to state the tired could not be repaired despite being in the center of the tread. Seems like they were just trying to sell me a tire. They left the nail out of the tire and it was leaking like crazy! The even did not replace the air valve cap. When the sales rep asked if I wanted them to put on the spare for me. The manager patronized him and stated that they dont do that here! Worst tire service I have ever had!

They seem to be on point really quick to getting you taken care of. So far pretty satisfied.

We were driving through to Atlanta and needed help and we had great service putting a tire on for us. I am so grateful for the gentleman that helped us. I wish I had his name but I dont he allowed me to buy his lunch. Thank you for your service

The price you pay to get a flat fix, they want to keep your car 6 to eight hours or until the next day. It doesnt make sense.

Service is very good. Work is thorough and professional. However, the waiting time is a bit ridiculous. Overall, 4 stars.

After sitting around for 2 hours they hadnt even brought my truck into the shop to put new tires on. 3 people in an empty store front that 1 person could easily handle while the other 2 could have been working in the shop to get it done. Go to big woodys. Tires r cheaper and they get it done instead of sitting around diddling each other. Terrible experience.

I left and went across the street to get groceries and turned the car on and all the lights that were on plus one extra one, bright as day . We took it right back and left it because I had groceries to take home and had to tye them down with a bungee cord because I was driving a 03 Ford Ranger . No back seat .

Had to go here with my mother in law. She had to go here 4 times before they finally diagnosed why her tire was going flat every night while it sat in her driveway. The 5th time when we took it to get warrantied they didnt want to warranty it. In the end she paid 1/3 the price of a new tire to have it replaced. So they get 3 stars for that... but it really should have been warrantied.

Tried to get an alignment but even with both alignment racks open and very few vehicles in the shop I was told it would be almost 3 weeks before they could give me an appointment to do it. I guess things have changed a lot since I worked for Firestone 20 years ago. Working on flat rate we never turned away anything even if it was time to close. I cant imagine scheduling an alignment 3 weeks in advance when I can walk in literally anywhere else and drop it off and have it done the same day!

Oil change time. Free rotation since we bought the tires there. They were ready when I got there for my appointment. Very courteous. No problems.

Wait time is always dependent on them but if they know your wait time might be a little extensive they suggest going to the mall which is only a few feet away to occupy your time, if they tell you this I would say maybe you will be done between an hour or an hour and a half, they have good warranties on services you get done if purchasing tires your rotations will always be free, when my battery went dead I recieved a brand new one for free the battery was pricey but I guess id say its worth it. Ive pretty much been satisfied everytime ive been here.

Took them all day for two new tires. But they were nice and perfessional.

Everything was great.... They forgot to put the sticker in my windshield to tell me of my next visit for an oil change.

I love the care my spouse and I when we take our cars to be worked on.

Justin, Jeremy, Mike and Eric are the best employees ever. They went above and beyond to fix my problems so I could leave and get back on the road to work. I would still be stuck had it not been for their hard work and dedication to their job. I definitely will recommend this location to anyone who is near it. If need be I would come back, only bad part is that I live so far away. Awesome customer service and auto service also, Im moved to know that there are still great people in the world who go out of their way to help a complete stranger/ new customer. Thanks guys so much

Went in to get a tire. I had rim so they only had to do was put one on. Very expensive. Next time I will check out other places that offer road hazard before I commit. They did fit me in without an appointment, so I only had to wait about an hour.

The staff was nice, and answered any questions I had. However, I made an appointment and despite that sat in the lobby for an hour before my car was even pulled into the garage to begin having work done.

Michael and his staff here are one of the best people to be working on your car. They are very friendly and they know me when I come in. Tgey do a great job.

If I could give less stars I would. I went in for an oil change and to see if I need a brake job. It was all good until they told me they couldnt do the brake job without bleeding the whole system and charge me for stuff I dont even need because Ive already had that stuff done.when I finally get back to work I notice that they have put my tires on wrong (I have offset tires which I informed them of.) So when I called to tell them what they had done they had proceeded to call me a liar and say I came in for a tire rotation and told them to put them on that way which I will show anyone the paper work to prove that infact i did not. I will never use this facility again and i will never recommend it. Ever.

Anniston store had to rebalance all my new tires. All tires were at least 1/2 ounce out of balance!

These guys are crooked. They refused do an alignment in my truck due to damaged suspension components. They quoted $500 to repai it. I too it to the local Ford dealer and was told that everything was fine and promptly performed the alignment

Terrible customer service. Ive been there twice and have been rejected both times.1st time I went to get a tire put on a rim- they dont put used tires on rims for paying customers.2nd time I went to get an oil change and waited for like 2 hours for them to tell me that my oil plug was stripped so they wouldnt change my oil. How do they know its stripped if they didnt take it out? And if they took it out, why couldnt they just change the oil before they put it back in? Why couldnt they sell me a new oil plug???This place is a joke!!! I will definitely be going elsewhere from now on.

Ive been acustomer for over 25 years. Im 250 miles from home with a flat tire. My tire warranty works. Service and repair, first rate.

40 dollars to plug a tire is high but do what they say and have experienced technicians.

Great Customer Service!!! Attempted a firestone in Hoover and got Zero results. Was traveling from MS to NC and had a bolt fall from cat converter and exgaust mani. Hoover acted like I was asking for a new transmission when all i needed was bolts. I loudly drove(exhaust screaming ) to Oxford and their staff was AMAZING!! They were busy since not many are open on Sunday in the bible belt but he made time for me. I was offered water for me and my dogs!! They were able to get me back on the road and Im so very appreciative.
