We came in for a repair of a convertible top. The women at the desk started the conversation with, “ I don’t know if we can do that, we’ve never done one before “. Immediately put us on notice that they may be incompetent. When we came to pick up the car, she charged us for an oil change. We didn’t need an oil change as we had only driven 20 miles and less than 3 months since the last change. She was argumentative. The manager had to intervene and was professional. They didn’t fix the top. I will drive to Tupelo to keep from dealing with her again.

I went there to make a spare key. Key price and then programming charges and then extra charges of customer repair etc....finally got the key and they did multi-point inspection (Out of courtesy), and said car needs tune up rest everything is fine.Although my car was tuned up just a week ago.Last year, they messed up with my airbag sensor and could not find the issue till now and charged me for diagnostics and repair as well. Cannon nissan oxford, MS is a big fraud.

Service people went above and beyond with a repair that wasn’t on their schedule and stayed late to fill my tires after I had already left. My low tire pressure indicator light came on and they let me come back after they were ready to leave and aired them up for me. Very accommodating. Did everything but cook supper for me.

These people are crooks. They took advantage of my mother while traveling through Mississippi. She is a single mother with 2 young daughters. She thought her water pump was going out. She stoped thereand was charged $130 just to diagnose the car. They said the water pump was the issue. It turns out the car was just missing coolant. She ended up driving away, putting coolant and that was the only problem. DONT GO HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

I had the best experience buying a (like new) used car! I live an hour away from the lot. I looked at the inventory online & saw the car I’ve wanted for a long time! I called & spoke with Vincent & he was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I was approved over the phone after doing the credit app online. I made the trip to check out & test drive the car & of course, I loved it. The entire process was so smooth & there was absolutely no pressure. I had a few issues with my insurance company that took about 30 mins to get resolved while they waited on me & I didn’t feel rushed in the least bit. Everyone was friendly & as helpful as could be. Long story cut semi short... I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable car & great customer service! Thanks to the whole team of people who helped me! 🙂

My car had several things that needed repaired, but I took it due to a noise that turned out to be a radiator fan. I called Tessa, and she got me an appointment set for the day I asked for, notified me of what needed to be repaired as soon as she knew, and had my vehicle fixed in a timely manner! I got my 2020 Nissan Altima like 5 or 6 months ago, it’s not what I came to the lot for & it took 8 hours to get approved for this car that I was talked into getting instead. I love that they were so patient and helped to give me the keys to my new car but what I was told changed quickly after. I was told by two different people that I would receive my first two oil changes free but when I tried getting that done I was told they don’t offer that and I was told my warranty was good for up to 100,000 miles but received a letter in the mail stating that the warranty could no longer b honored only a month after. I appreciate Alfonzo he was very professional & nice throughout the whole process but I wish I had gotten my car from another dealership because I feel It was just a sale that HAD to be made that day!!!!!!!!
