I was searching for a hybrid vehicle to replace my 2013 hybrid. The vehicle I wanted was in Oxford and the discounted price was disclosed on the internet. It couldn’t be easier. The sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely worth the drive for me. This is my third Toyota Hybrid.

Service department is the absolute worst in the state. Absolutely no communication with customers!!!

My wife took her car in at 8:30am. By 4pm, they had not gotten to it. We left it another day for them to confirm what we suspected and to be told they did not have the parts. Brought the car home and waited 5 days before calling to see about the parts. They told my wife they needed to check and would call her back. Two days later, my wife calls again and they have the parts. They want to schedule her for a week later (a Friday), but she requests Wednesday. Good thing too, they get the car at 8:30am again and they tell us near closing that they won’t have it ready because the machine shop is not done with the parts. So, we get the car back the following afternoon.
I drove from Tupelo to get my new car from this dealer because they followed CDC guidelines and the Governors order to protect customers from Covid-19 and they were very responsive and friendly.
I guess they missed the memo about the pandemic. Most employees were not wearing masks. I had to ask the cashier to back up. No social distancing and no mask. Thanks for caring about your customers. NOT

I bought a car in February totaled my car in June went back to get another car and they helped me is best as they could and I was extremely satisfied when I left they gave me no problem and they were very helpful even though I had to start the process all over.
I carried my car in for a oil change and first service and I had a appointment I got there at 9.30 and the service guy said it wouldn’t take long at almost 11 it was finally finished.. very nice people just don’t be in a hurry when you go here.

I took it for a test drive and everything was great, the CARFAX came out with no issues. Super nice friendly people. Then literally the same day as i got the insurance to drive off their lot the check engine light came on. Next day i called them, they said you bought it as is!Fast forward two months later the car keeps giving me trouble and Nissan dealership says it needs a new transmission $4,300!Don’t get fooled, learn from my mistake!

We live in Ohio and my kids are both students at Ole Miss. I called for pricing/availability on a 2017 Tacoma. TJ Hemphill was very helpful, polite and got me the best pricing that even beat pricing here in the Midwest. All the financing was ready and the dealer prep was fabulous. I would buy another car from them in a heartbeat. Small town dealers are the best.
Not recommended to anyone. Had bad experience at this dealership. The manager has been the most unprofessional person I had to deal with. When he came, I thought he came to help, but the way he treated us was very unethical. I felt sorry for the people who work with him.

About a year and half ago I paid $30,000 for a $25,000 vehicle, I wanted out the door for 25 ended at 29 and change, - - -for my elderly handicapped mother.I also bought a full insurance package. Full roadside assistance package, full maintenance package, thru dealership, which they offered. My point of saying all of this is she recently took it for its scheduled maintenance and it took a half day, that is completely unacceptable, in my opinion. No matter the reasons, under staffed, bad or lazy technicians, real busy, whatever .I paid for great service, that includes in a timely fashion, its not like she got there late, they open at 7:00, she got there about 7:45 and didnt get out til almost 12:00.Ill recap on this the next scheduled service and review accordingly again.Im in the service industry I know how it should be given to customers.

Bought a 2010 Prius from these guys. Super fast & easy sale with no attempts to trick me or con me into spending more money.Staff was courteous and quick, easy to work with and talk to.When I bought the car, the driver headlight was malfunctioning and ended up partially melting the headlight assembly. I called John Michael Belk (the manager of the lot) to tell him about the issue and, without any further discussion, he asked me to bring my car in so his guys could take care of the problem. That showed me that these guys stand by the cars they sell and I really am indebted to these guys for fixing my headlight so that I dont get pulled over anymore when I drive at night!Thank you Belk Ford!
