Valerie was super helpful, and provided me with excellent service to get me on my way. Fast and friendly, and when we encountered a small hiccup, she did everything she could to make sure the issue was resolved without hesitation.

After chatting with a rep. And being told that my phone WAS ELIGIBLE to have my busted screen replaced FREE OF CHARGE! I went to this cspire store because not all stores can do repairs. Only to b told that who ever i had talked to did not know what they were talking about ! They said that a new screen would cost me $100! Or they could repair my broken one for $75. But of course i really just needed to upgrade! To me this is typical Cspire Bull**** ! I gave it 2 stars because they really were polite( not typical cspire) and the store was very clean!

Walked into Cspire in Oxford Ms on Wednesday 3/17 at 3:50 to get internet from them. Waited for 20 minutes. No one helped me. I left and went to the Verizon store.

C spire is the worst when it comes to billing, I’ve had multiple encounters about bills being over charged. With countless HOURS on the phone only to accomplish NOTHING. I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE. C SPIRE IS A MONEY PIT. Look at your. Bills people. Years of service gets you nothing a loyal customer ISNT VALUED HERE. I left and received a random 200 dollar bill for things that don’t add up. C SPIRE IS THE WOOORRRRST!!

Now, I cant speak on behalf of the network, but let me tell you the folks they have working here are pretty helpful. Dre Kelly was really cool and really helpful. The store is clean. They have a good selection of phones. They have good prices on their devices.

I have been a customer for MANY YEARS, including when they were Cellular South, and I think it was Cellular One (20 minutes free a month). Recently joined them for a HOT SPOT not even 2 months ago then this happened, which was definitely not customer first. Ive never been not satisfied with CSPIRE, until NOW.Attention CSpire Hot Spot customers!SAME PRICE - HALF THE DATA!We were paying$25 = 50 GB monthNow$25 = 25 GBCall and let them know how you feel about basically doubling your cost and the UNLIMITED 1mb speed that wont even load a web page!

This is the company almost my entire family uses its cell service phone plans. Several also have IPADS with them. We have all been very satisfied with their service and support teams. The only thing I dont like is that you cannot call a local number to get in touch with one of their support team at the Jackson Avenue office. I am also not a fan of the automated phone help. You can easily get caught up in an endless loop trying to get help for a specific need.

Service was really quick and convenient. Really good experience with a phone store.

I have had problems with my Galaxy S9+ sending/receiving pic texts since I upgraded to it months ago. Ive been back to this store SEVERAL times. They didnt show any concerns. I was told I could purchase another $900 phone and see if problem still continued.
