My son always loves going in Game Stop and buying Five Nights at Freddie’s plushies. They had a good selection and good prices. They also have a lot of cheap games. I would rather buy a used game and make sure we like it before buying the expensive ones. And most of the time the used ones look brand new.

Gamestop is a gamestop. Cant be more accurate, theyll do anything to get you in the pro membership. It benefits me with how often I go.

One guy was verry helpfull taller guy red beard an glasses verry helpfull... the manager with the glasses and long hair however was in a rush to close and I had asked a simple question if a mod pack was compatible with the controler I was buying and he took a quick glance said yes and continued putting things up. Well I get home and low and behold it isnt compatible with the controler I bought that I was told it was compatible with.

Bought a console around August last year from here, I didn’t get the warranty because I figured it’d last because my parents bought a pre-owned PS4 and it’s been running good for about two year but around two months ago it stops reading the discs and I’ve called the store and asked if they fixed consoles the employee I talked to said no so I’ve called around and no one touches Xbox 360s. The one star is mainly on the company and not the store itself, they’ve got nice people.So I think if you sell them you should fix them for the that price you pay for them or you just don’t need sell them at all.

Never have anything that is needed.Employees barely answer the phones so the bot will straight hang up on you.No wonder why gamestop is losing business

Great service, great people, I work just two businesses down. They have my back every time. Always ready to work, and always ready to help. I cant think of one person there who is unfriendly. They even know what my husband and I like, so were the first ones they think of when certain items come in, and without even asking they will hold it for you. Love these guys. Honest, good people.

Been to a lot of GameStop stores from Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas. This store by far has the best staff. They are always helpful and polite. They are up to date on the latest news. Plus, they genuinely listen to their customers. Bottom line, they care and it shows!

What can I say other than I always am happy when I leave this store. The group here does a stellar job keeping the store organized and full with updated items. I am a huge collector of figurines,pop culture items, anything funko,and games. I can tell you no other GameStop does it as well as the guys and gals do they enjoy conversation, helping you get the product you are looking for, and getting you the most out of your money. Great honest place of business, after leaving a copy of lets go pikachu for months in a switch i traded in they spent the last few days checking everywhere in the store and finally found it and called me about it today. Many businesses i could easily see keeping something like this for themselves or even trying to sell it as their own product but they not only searched for it but found it and returned it to me.

Its a gamestop what do you expect. The staff though dont seem all that friendly.

Lots of great games to buy here. The attendants are super nice and very welcoming. Purchases are also fast and you can even call in your purchase and they have it ready when you get there for pick up. Great service and store.

Ive loved every gamestop Ive been to and that includes this one. I did not buy anything when I recently went in here, which may seem a bit rude, but I always love coming in and checking for new games they may have gotten for my systems. Anyway, when I went in recently, as usual, the cashier was willing to answer any question I may have had and even had a nice chat with me about the games he had played for my system. My friend and I really enjoyed talking about the pokemon games and although I felt bad to ultimately not buy anything, the guy was very nice about it. I dont make a habit of remembering names as I am a face person, but he had long hair and I recommend getting service from him.

Great prices

Its a great place, and the employees are phenomenal, but a lot of the used stuff is missing pieces, like the adapter piece for an xbox one. I bought it yesterday.

Someone in the store stole my 15 year old daughters cell phone and the employees was hesitant to offer assistance in searching the store or viewing the store video. So either one of the employees have her cell or one of the 3 guys that walked out has it.

Worst game stop experience ever. Sales associate Kristina did not answer my 10 year old sons question appropriately and ripped him of in the amount of $50. The manager was unwilling to help and extremely rude and would not refund our money. My son walked out of game stop without a game and without $50.
