Went in to get pricing on phone upgrades and adding my family to the plan. Was offered a very good deal and a monthly rate that was better than the competition. Based on this, I went ahead with the plan. My monthly actual costs are ~$60 more than I was promised and they tell me there is nothing they can do. This type of bait and switch should be illegal. Will never do business with them again.

My phone was stolen then found 2 days later. Jeff helped me set up a temp phone initially. Jared helped my unsuspend my phone when it was found. Both Jeff and Jarid were wonderful. They were both very professional and courteous. Kudos to both of them.

I would give Jarid & Jeff in the Verizon store in Oxford 10 ⭐s if I could!! My old pixel phone was dying and I desperately needed to get it replaced. I couldnt get another pixel phone as they were no longer available and I couldnt wait for the new pixel 6 to come out I was at my wits end, so I decided to go to the Oxford location. Jarid literally said he would do whatever he could and He DID!! Between him and Jeff they were able to get get me a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 (the phone I really wanted, but couldnt afford) by utilizing another phone as a trade in. They were able to get all my information transferred and get everything set up all while they were taking care of other customers!!!Both Jarid & Jeff were friendly, knowledgeable & just downright Nice!!I have already recommended them to family and friends and I will sure to be back for any other questions or future needs!!

Had a great experience all around. Went in after a phone call with a polite gentleman about the Series 6 Apple watch. He confirmed stock and all info I needed.The sales agent I was put with was not pushy at all and breezed through adding my new watch and trading in the old. He found a few issues with my business account from a previous setup and put a plan in place to resolve them.All around a great team I wish I knew names off the top of my head to give direct credit.

The manager jeff looks you dead in the eyes with a straight face and just blatantly lies....I got a ridiculous bill with all these fees so I called Verizon and they told me I didn’t have to do that and could have just got the phone without changing my plan or adding anything extra. I may be old but I’m not dumb. Better off doing it online instead of coming here to get screwed.

I went in today thinking I only needed a new charger. NOPE. Where I plug it in had broken. Saw Krysta who was such a big help and delightful. Got my new phone and she helped me out a lot and did my blue tooth in my car. She even organized everything in the phone for me. Thank you for all your help. Great place. We purchased a second set of new phones in Oct again with Jarred. Im looking at my upcoming bill and it will be ridiculously high for Dec. When I called the Oxford store I was told by an employee Jarred is no longer there. Back in the summertime I had called to speak with Jarred and was spoken to very rudely by a brand new employee. I told Jarred what has transpired.I decided to call the Guilford office on Sat and spoke to the manager named Dave snd asked him to have Kelly the district manager call me. As of today no call.. I called back today and spoke to Tristan and explained my account situation. He was given permission to look at my acct and told me no new bills were out. I explained twice that my act says it will be $170.00. He was very confused .I asked if he would call or text Kelly to call me. He says he will try?? They are busy. I said call her or text. Im a busy person too and Im the customer. Tristan needs retraining in his job!!I just read a review today from someone that had an interaction with your Oxford location 4 days ago and its terrible....Im not a satisfied customer. If I dont receive a call back soon I will be contacting the corporate office in NYC.

I am in the process of switching from a vintage slide phone to a brand new smart phone. Jarred answered my numerous questions with patience. He explained things clearly, making suggestions that were useful. Because of Jarreds help and knowledge, we will go back to Oxford Verizon.

I worked with Martin. He assisted me with issues that I had with Verizon Corporate and my account. I was trying to change and upgrade my plan. Martin assisted me navigating the issues and coming up with work arounds to get me to the Unlimited plan we wanted. Then Martin assisted me with all of my technical questions related to upgrading my 10 year old LG Cosmo to a smart phone. Martins technical knowledge of your products is OUTSTANDING! I just switched to Verizon. Bought 4 new phones at the Oxford store. Was completely impressed with the customer service. I had the pleasure of working with both Kelly and Jarred, who were so helpful and happily took the time to set up the phones, and also answered every question I had (which was a list!) I would highly recommend the store. Update: The employees are wonderful, its Verizon that has been giving me so many problems! I was supposed to get a promotional deal for switching to Verizon. I called corporate sooo many times! They even went so far to tell me that the Verizon store employees lied to me to make a sale! After countless days and hours of calling, turns out the employees were RIGHT! I am entitled to the promotion. Turns out, customer service reps were looking at the WRONG OSP!! Because this particular store is an indirect store, I did not have to meet some requirements they were telling me about!!!

I was in the area waiting for my son to finish his appointment. I needed a new screen protector for my sons older iPhone. I went into RW Verizon in Oxford, CT. I had the most amazing experience with Ed and Rausch. I ended up buying a new iPhone 8 Plus and HUM with all the accessories. I then went back a week later and bought my other son an iPhone 8.I went back a third time to replace the screen protector because it has a life time guarantee. I will never go any where else. My home location is 25 minutes away and it’s worth to drive a distance for great customer service. I recommend anyone who is interested in receiving a personable customer service experience you need to visit this location.

Went in to set up a new line and was helped out by Anthony and Jarrod. There were some issues with the computer system and Anthony had to call the help desk and the gentleman on the phone made an even bigger mess for him. It took a while to fix what the help desk mixed up but both Anthony and Jarrod were wonderful and took their time to make sure all my questions were answered and that the phone was working fine before I left. Both of them have wonderful customer service and people skills.

Wanted to pass along some exceptional service I received from Jared at the Oxford location. I had a cracked screen and had the insurance Asurion come to fix the phone. They ended up breaking the phones trying to fix it. By the way their customer service is horrible.Jared restored everything they said I would not get back with his expertise. I have dealt with Jared before and not only is he professional his attitude and demeanor are outstanding. He makes you feel good walking into the store. The new Verizon location in Oxford is a delight to go to. Everyone there is very nice and eager to help you with any questions you have.I just left and had the best experience. Jared Yates, helped me tremendously! I went in there to fix a problem with my phone and my voice mail. He not only helped me get into my voice mail but also told me about a new and better plan for me. He saved me close to $5 off my current bill, increased my giga bites and I got a Tablet for only $50. He also helped set everything up for me since I am very Technology challenged lol. He explained everything to me so clearly and took the time to show me too. I will definitely keep going to this Verizon location and Jared will be the first Rep I ask for!! However if he is unfortunately off that day I know I will receive great service from anyone else thats there. Or I honestly will wait till Jared is there, he really was great and he seems very knowledgeable and not only friendly but I felt very comfortable.
