Ive been home now for an hour and using my AT-T Cellphone with no home internet, just my AT&T Cellphone service for over an hour now! Everything is posting and nothing is dragging! With 9+ years as a Verizon Customer I wish that I had changed to AT&T Cellphone Provider a long time ago! I have my original cellphone number transferred to AT&T from Verizon today 10-20-2021! I have another New Cellphone for $50 AT&T I bought last night at Dollar General Store! And I have a Galaxy Tablet 8.4 inches and all I paid out today was $1.09! A nice early birthday present for me on 10-28-2021 when I turn 68 years young! Everyone Be Blessed!

They were almost closed and they had the door locked and called me back in. They were great showing me how to sync my new phone with my old phone. Very helpful and nice.

This place is a joke. They are complete scam artists. They told me they had a promotion with 700$ off a new phone when i traded my old phone in and that it was a buy one get one free apple watch promotion. After trading in my perfect condition phone in that was paid off, they are still charging me full price of the new phone and still paying full price for both apple watches. I definitely don’t recommend trusting anything they have to say.

Most painless experience I have ever had in an AT & T store. I went in to upgrade a phone and see if there anything that could be done about my outrageously high plan. Go see JAKE!!! He knows what he is doing, he treats you respectfully and he will absolutely try to help you. He upgraded my daughters phone and my plan is now much better at a lower price!!!!

Eli was wonderful and helped me with no problem. Also left satisfied with new earphones, a case, and a screen protector! Wonderful customer service.

Tristan and Kameron are awesome! They are definitely an asset to the company. They do such a great job, I think that they deserve a raise. They went out of their way to help and to show us kindness.I’m so impressed with their patience and their ability to provide us with excellent service!!

Wow just wow! This store is by far filled with the most awesome people ever. I want to first praise the young lady Maranda I think she was the store manager. There was an irate gentleman disrespecting her for doing her job on an ID and she handled the situation very respectfully, the best I’ve seen a situation handled in that manner ever. The 2 other gentlemen were helping my family as well as another and the way they worked together in helping us made us feel right at home. These people deserve to be recognized at the highest level and I will also be emailing their area manager to give them the credit they deserve. Go to this store for anything you need. You will not regret it!

The Oxford AT&T is the real deal.After hours of being on the phone with customer service and visiting other local AT&T stores I went in and Luis at the Oxford store was able to resolve my phone problem in no time. He remained calm while I complained the whole time about my previous dealings with AT&T. TY Luis

As much as I’d like to rate this 5 stars I can’t because when I first walked up to the store I was overwhelmed with the smell of smoke. Cigarette smoke. Employees hanging outside to enjoy a drag... not very professional... when I walked up she just said “you can go head!” I guess she’s the door greeter?I walked on In and was taking care of just fine by a young lady. I upgraded my phone and left happy as can be. Only complaint is the door greeters outside chilling on phones and sitting in chairs.

Great service but an even better staff. They treat you like you are a member of the family but Dylan Roberts has helped me understand the usages and payments of u-verse, he has answered all of my questions and made my service with them an absolute enjoyment. I highly recommend Dylan Roberts and the rest of their staff.

Very helpful on my moms bill with direct TV. Spent 3 hours on phone yesterday to people overseas. After ten years of direct tv I will cancel.

I told them that I drove from another city to that location because the system was down at the store near me. before even helping me out they said that theirs may be down too & was about to let me walk out of the store. I turned around& said that since Id already driven so far Id like to try anyway just to be sure. My payment ended up working... Moral is, they werent that interested in helping me pay my bill.. there were also female staff that stare & make you feel uncomfortable, not very welcoming or bubbly

Internet works slow!!!

Not helping at all... they don’t want to help what customer need because all they said just tell me to call AT&T customer service by myself. I went there couple month ago ask about home internet and ask them about my situation that I’m gonna move after couple month later. They said they will take care of it and help me all I need that time. But when I come back this time, they like ignore me and just want me to go call customer service by myself . I ask what about my gift card that you said you gonna give to me when I get home internet?? They said i should get it already? I said no not yet.... they just look to each other like silly. I was just walk out of the store because they make me feel uncomfortable.... bad service

Attendant seemed nice and helpful. But the information on a free phone that all I had to do was pay the taxes on, soon changed from one model to another. This left me feeling like I wasnt getting a deal or even the right offer. I didnt feel confident in any information after this occurred. I left the store without any new changes to my plan or a new device. I will look online or elsewhere. Thanks

The service was outstanding. One employee, Sebastian, made the experience very personal. He helped me with all my questions l, getting a new phone, and getting all my stuff of my old phone. I will certainly be back to work with him next time I need a phone or have any other cellular needs.

The manager Miranda at this location is hands down the best at what she does! She handles everyone as an actual human being and not a sales target! I’ve followed her from Ashland, to Talladega, and now to Oxford and will always follow where she goes! Just recently got my new iPhone pro and she even helped me realize uverse tv was a better financial fit for me now that I can get it where I live! She needs an award! She’s amazing! The staff that were in there with her were very courteous also and anyone who learns from her is a great asset to a company.

I purchased 2 new Note 7s yesterday from the Oxford store. The service that I received from Matt McCarty at AT&T was excellent! He thoroughly knew the product and services so my purchasing experience went quickly and smoothly. I will always visit Matt McCarty for all my cell phone needs and tell my friends to do the same. Went into this store with my family and had a great experience! The guy with the beard was able to get us set up with new phones and even found a way to save us money.

The store was off line and unable to complete the task of updating the a new number phone number. Will have to try another day. Time is short.

Went into the Exchange store the other day with a question about my directv bill and not only did the guy there set me up with a much cheaper directv bill, but also got me a free iphone too. Absolutely recommend the guy with glasses in there. Super helpful.

I came to get assistance with a SIM card issue. I walked into store to talk to someone about getting a SIM card; because AT&T told me to go to any store and get one to fix the issues with my phone. The guy employee that approached us said the store didn’t have any SIM cards. It sounded real strange since he added the fact that they normally have plenty. He told me that the other store in anniston should have some. I asked him if he could call and verify if they did and he mad up some crazy story about not being able to call because they were a different store and his store was just an authorized retailer. The lie sounded really crazy. He was not helpful and I did appreciate it. I will be calling in a complaint on him about his poor customer service.

Recently got set up with AT&T here and the staff was great, Micah helped me save so much money on my bill by switching, getting new iPhones and DIrecTV, and did it all with great customer service! Definitely recommend going here!

Went there to pick up a new Galaxy S7 for my wife and got unbelievable service from the store manager, Coy. He was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to help not only my wife but myself get new phones.i would highly recommend that if you go into this store, talk to him because he knows his stuff.

I went in the store on Oct. 5th and purchased a Note 8. The assistant manager was great and helped us out and offered to swap my stuff from my old phone to my new one. It took so long that I was in a super hurry to get home before my kids and didnt even look at the phone until I got home. I then noticed there was a bad (pixelated) spot on the corner of screen. I went straight there and showed them. Suddenly they werent nice and said oh Well, I left the store so its my problem now. They wouldnt even look at the phone to see its a defect and not something I could have done. So Im stuck with a messed up $1000 phone.

Went and upgraded to iPhone X at which time I was told I qualified for 3 bonus offers 1st being an iphone8 (with new line activation) 2nd was iPad for $199 with sevrvice activation and 3rd and I quote “free iwatch3” with service activation ($10 month) I decided no on offers 1 & 2 and wanted to think about offer 3 and was told I had 14 days to decide. Well today I had decided I was going to take the “free” iwatch3 well when I went into the store I didn’t see the young lady that had originally waited on me so I went with the first available associate. When I asked about it I was to that I was mistaken and the I watch would not be free but I would have to pay for it with monthly payments of $21 plus $10 monthly service fee. My advice is go somewhere else or at the very least get it in writing....I had done business at this location for years but no longer I will now take my business somewhere else

Coy the store manager assured us of our bill because att is known for not being honest. I had the manager write it on all paper because he said whatever we tell you we have to honor what is said. Got the bill and WOW! Its 120 dollars off so I call coy and remind him I have it all in writing and that Ive spoke to att and they said he must honor what he claimed. After speaking with coy he tells me thats not true and guess what they are not honoring what he said. DONT USE ATT OR HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEIR STORES THEY LIE AND ARE THE WORST PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!!
