When I go in, I usually work with Larry. Hes an awesome dude and very smart. Has helped me fix numerous issues with my phone and always has the right answer. Will be going to him again in the near future to get another new phone. Great personality and great customer service in this store every time.

Staff were extremely helpful and patient. My parents aren’t the most tech-savy people so working with them on passwords, iphones, etc. can be difficult but the guys at this store took it in stride.

Absolutely loved Larry! Helped me fix a problem I’ve been having with my phone that no one else could fix! Took such a short amount of time and enjoyed talking to him! He was so helpful and has such a happy personality! Thank you so much!!!

Paul was very friendly, helpful and very patient. Offered good advice and made sure I had everything I needed and more. Most phone stores dont have these kind of people that make your experience better and are good marketers. Everyone else at the store also had the same type of hospitality and character as well. They answer your questions and are the example of what customer service should look like

After dealing with 15 people over the phone, came into the Oxford location and Larry was able to get what shouldve been an non issue all taken care of first trip. He even stayed over to finish it up. Im so thankful for him, people like Larry really make a difference, treated me with respect and that goes a long way in the world right now. Amazing guy, nothing but 5 stars !!!!

Went in to get help with daughter’s iPhone switching to new phone, new account which can be a tricky process and rather timely. We were in and out in no time and Larry gave us wonderful customer service. He had a solve for every hurdle we ran into - knows his stuff. He couldn’t have been nicer too.

We had 2 phones to upgrade. Larry spent a great deal of time working with us to transfer all our apps and files onto the new phones. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable.

The employees are very rude. My daughter needed a new SIM card and had our passcode, which is all any other location required. Joe wouldnt change it as he said she hadnt be a sign or in the account. I called and he was not only rude but very unhelpful. I called back to ask a question and James accused me of sitting in my car and locking the door when he walked by. I was in Illinois so not sure what he was trying to imply. The manager John just as rude and never offered an apology. He implied that the reason for not using the passcode is there is a lot of fraud with the college students in Oxford. Wow! Would never send my child there nor recommend anyone going there. I was told by John that he doesnt care if I post something because he has a lot of people who have to come to his store and my review wont matter. Another WOW!

Great customer service, everyone that works there is the best! Larry that works there always goes out of his way to help the best he can. T-Mobile has the best service in my opinion. An would defiantly recommend t-mobile to anyone!

Great customer service! I spent many hours at this store over the course of a few weeks trying to get some technical problems fixed. Mike and Larry were so patient and so helpful, even though the problem had nothing to do with T-Mobile. I cant say enough about how great they were.

All that worked at this location have great customer service. Everyone is respectful an was really educated. They were very helpful. Larry went above an beyond to help me have the greatest customer service experience i could possibly have. Keep up the great work guys!

Well I’ve been needing a new phone for awhile now and after visiting T-Mobile in Oxford and with the excellent Service with the conditions with this coronavirus outbreak I still felt very welcomed and with the help of Larry Sturgill I purchased a new iPhone.

Everyone was very friendly. Came in wanting to get a new phone, and Larry worked his hardest to help me. Honestly probably wouldnt have switched if it wasnt for Larry helping me find a phone that I would like and some great deals.

Came in to get a new phone and Larry was on top of everything. Easily one of the friendliest, patient, and most hard working employees I have ever come across.

Jean Luc, Larry, and Ryon all provided amazing customer service and went above and beyond to help me replace my lost phone while visiting my daughter for parents weekend. Had an Issue with a OnePlus Macleran 5G phone after a firmware update. Had to replace the phone. Larry and the rest of the staff helped me make an informed decision as to what the new phone would be. Never had an iPhone before, I do now and am really impressed. Thanks to Larry, Dane and Joe.

This store is amazing, its the cleanest cell phone store Ive ever seen in my 35 years of livng!! Paul, Jeanluc, and Larry were awesome! They were so polite and very knowledgeable about T-Mobile. Also they are pretty funny they will have actual conversations with you while waiting kn you. It was the best experience Ive ever had in a store!!

Terrible place and company. Bought a new revvl 2 because the lady said it was so great but that was a lie. The battery drais super fast and I cant make calls when Im working and really need to. I have been in this location 3 times to try and have it fixed but they just look at it and do nothing. Ill be going to a new company when my bill is due.

Horrible service. I have never been treated so rudely as a customer in any store. I was extremely polite and wanted to switch to t mobile family plan from Atnt, but the main employee there treated the request as if he was doing me a favor. Not only did he make the experience absolutely unpleasant, he did not even do the job correctly! The simple task of porting my atnt number wasnt accomplished and I had to wait 48 hours (missing numerous calls on my old number) and even after calling them at the store to fix the issue on the phone (which is totally doable), they asked me to visit them again for their own incompetency! I called the customer care at tmobile and guess what they ported my number in 2 minutes! I would hate to go to this store again and would try to just call customer service for my issues which is 100 times better. Please T mobile ask your store employees to be more polite to the customers.

They ask me for ID and Im just paying the bill I was appalled by that so they get appoint you dont have to show ID ID in order to pay a bill
