My husband sent me here with his phone with a charging port on a Samsung note. Will the manager, helped me though the whole process exsplained to me since the phone isn’t alive he was going to charge just the batter up to 10 percent and allow me to back up all his information just in case. This was a main concern due to our family business and have all customers numbers and other info. Will was so kind and helped me though saving our info on the cloud and on his sd card and took it out and handed it to me to make me feel more comfortable . After he helped me for over a hour to be sure all was backed up. he did the repair in under 20 min had my battery at 50 percent got me to check all was on phone and as card and cloud. I honestly could not of asked for a better experience. Not to Mentioned that we went to Verizon and they just try to get a new phone and would have lost everything.
