I had already looked online to see what an upgrade entailed; Sheyenne found a ‘loyalty’ upgrade that really helped make my new iPhone 13 more affordable when combined w/ the trade in value of my own iPhone. Taylor did an amazing job at setting up our whole family with iPhones and Samsung Galaxy phones. He transferred our old phone lines to the new phones, along with all our apps and information. All the employees were very helpful and friendly. I’m thrilled to be with Verizon now!
I had been trying to get my hot spot replaced at a Verizon independent store for nearly a month. They were going to replace it because the battery swole up. Phone call after phone call was accomplishing nothing. Was not getting anywhere. Finally went to an authorized ACTUAL Verizon store at the Miss - Tenn line. The people there were so friendly. I accomplished the replacement in less than an hour. They were GREAT!]
The staff were patient with me and took the time to understand my needs and get me exactly what I wanted.

One of the best experiences I have had in a Verizon store in the 15 years I have used Verizon. Cree was great to work with as she was extremely helpful and friendly. The entire staff seemed to be very knowledgeable and helpful as I received some sort of help from everyone in the store. Appreciate they took the time to make sure I was helped correctly.

Aryanna at the Oxford MS Verizon was amazing. I came in knowing I wanted to switch to Verizon, but was iffy about purchasing a new phone. She made the process so easy, answered all the questions I had, knew exactly what she was talking about, and laid out the prices within minutes for me. I walked out with a new phone and my carrier as Verizon. I highly recommend having her assist anyone that comes in. I will definitely contact her when I have any questions! She deserves more than 5 stars!

I visited today for information related to my account. The door closest to the handicap ramps was locked requiring a walk around the building and steps up and down a curb. I pointed out to the store manager the challenges this presented to people like myself with mobility disabilities. Her response reflected indifference and bordered on being patronizing. Clearly an inclusive approach to customer service is not among her priorities. On the other hand, Cree, the sales associate with whom I spoke, was warm and helpful throughout. I left wondering why she isnt the one in charge.
After we signed up for service with Verizon where we live in Texas, our daughter went to this Russell Cellular Store (a Contractor for Verizon) to pick up her new phone. The sales person misrepresented what was “included” with her phone and proceeded to charge her $90.00 for a phone case and screen protector that were obviously not included. Their sales techniques are dishonest and take advantage of younger customers.

Hi, yes, hello. I went in yesterday and the sales rep (believe his name is Jordan) was super friendly and helped me get what I wanted. Very personable, even complimented my purple sweater. Well, heres the thing, (sorry not sorry) you should ya know, text me some time Jordan. Ya got my number.
Extremely friendly and helpful when I switched over. Slightly less friendly when I went in for account related paper work that didnt mean money for them. But still not a bad experience by any means. Still better than AT&T.

Bought a Droid Turbo 2 from here this past December. I had read that the customer support had been dismal, but found the service to be excellent. Staff did what they could to accommodate and work the situation as best they could. Mr Tidwell (our sales rep) was excellent in working the issue out and got it resolved masterfully. Best Verizon experience Ive had, wish the store locally was as good as this one.
They have all new people and I miss the ones I knew.
This place is horrible since the contractor people took over! They are pushy, keep telling me what I want and what I should do. Won’t give me time to look at what I want or make my own decisions. Plus they can’t do nearly as much as the Verizon people could. Seriously thinking about going back to ATT!

Most staff here are friendly and polite, but sales are very high pressure to the point of being uncomfortable. Employees are not tech savvy at all...on the contrary they are ignorant to anything relared to the basic function of an operating system. Their answer to everything is update, update, update!. Watch out, as they will wipe your phone or update your phone without your consent. If you can avoid coming here, avoid it. If you must come here then good luck!
Easily the best experience I’ve ever had at any Verizon store! Jordan was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and not pushy whatsoever when it came to buying accessories or additional products.
This store will tell you lies to sell you a phone. They also try to charge restocking fees when THEY make a mistake. Reps will tell you anything. Dont trust them! Call the main Verizon number and get your deals from them. This store is awful. Run far, run fast.
I love Verizon Wireless but the Verizon Wireless in Oxford, Mississippi is absolutely AWFUL. Dont get me wrong, I end up buying what I need but the road to get there is horrible. The sales associates assume that just because youre a girl at Ole Miss that you have Daddys credit card to buy whatever you want. I was belittled for an hour and a half about buying all this random stuff I didnt need (cases, screen protectors, a car charger...etc.) AND IF YOU SAY NO, they constantly begin to criticize your decision and make accusations about being irresponsible and how refusing to buy a case is going to ruin your entire life. They are disrespectful, take advantage of your kindness, assume you have no idea what youre buying because you have no sense of responsibility, and constantly degrade your knowledge if you go in knowing what you want.Since then, I have made sure to go to AT&T to buy anything extra....Verizon just comes on too strong and is mentally exhausting.Next time, Im driving to Memphis. I suggest all of you do. If youre a Verizon Wireless sales associate reading this, please take what im saying into consideration and be more thoughtful when students walk through the door. A lot of us actually have to budget and have no connection to our daddys money whatsoever. I know several people who have had a horrible experience there....so please just be respectful....you never know who is walking through the door.
