Yesterday evening I stopped in the store. This nice young lady named Sierra was so helpful to me. I was having problems with my phone charging in the car. She was so helpful and kind. I made it back to Oklahoma with no more problems. Thanks so much Sierra you rock💯

The girls in there are awesome. They are a great help.

Went into this store today and was helped by a woman named Christian, she was EXTREMELY rude and provided no help at all. Also as I was leaving, she walked out behind me and I was driving away and I look and she waves at me with this ugly/sarcastic look. She is not retail material. Be nice to people and people might be nice too you. I believe she is a manager too.

Very respectful organization the lady inside was taking care of business not with me but with a cousin who got the job done and she was doing it by herself job well done cricket

I had to go in several times because I didnt know what I was doing, and the girl was super helpful every time!

First, I had unauthorized warranty charges. I heard three customers complaining within 40 minutes. The representative said to another customer say I will contact 611 with your problem with the photos and I will get this guy out of here referring to me. Got my money refunded for the phone. Oh by the way, I will charge a $25.00 repackaging fee on your bill Wrong! which I had spoke to Cricket management before and after this. Beware buyer!!!

Persons screwed our order twice and when I tried to cancel someone else took over and still could not help me so in the end we had to cancel like I kept trying to and I wasted 30 minutes there for no reason! Not cool!
