I went there to become a new customer. The first employee messed up the registration and it was locked, so I wasted an hour there. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and tried again another day to become a new customer. There was again a single employee, with only one customer ahead. The employee didnt find it useful to inform me that it was going to be at least 30 mins wait. Employees are very patient with customers, but its often a single employee in there so that means the next customer can wait for a while... In the end I give up on becoming a customer at this location. Driving to AT&T in Hamilton instead for people who know how to run a shop.

I needed a new phone but wasnt sure what kind I wanted to get. Audey was very helpful in giving me a few recommendations based on my preferences and answering my questions about the different models. When I made my decision, he was able to set up my new phone and transfer my data over quickly. He was really friendly and made the whole process super easy.

I stopped by the Oxford, OH store today to swap from my current plan and I could not have been happier with the service. There were a few complications transferring my number (issues on my end) and the representative I worked with, Ryan L, was very patient and personable the whole time. He was able to smoothly guide me through the entire set-up process. The tier-2 Verizon representative that we both worked with was also very patient and knowledgeable. I have had bad experiences in the past with my previous carrier so it was a breathe of fresh air to be assisted today. Thanks again, Ryan!

Josh Owens was absolutely phenomenal! I havent seen such good customer service from a young person in a long time. We had to get two new phones WITH two small children in tow with us. We walked in knowing that the process takes a while and honestly dreading it. My mother and I visited the Oxford Verizon store yesterday (1-29-21). Your sales associate Josh exceeded our expectations and provided us with top notch service.I was very pleased to feel welcomed at this location because unfortunately I had an uncomfortable experience at the Batesville location (1-28-21).Josh was very patient and answered all of our questions, and we had several! I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge about all the different products.My mother and I left the store feeling great, confident, and well informed about our new phones! I went to another store in shelbyville IN she basically ran me out told me she couldnt help me. I go to this store today met the nicest smartest guy ever. Audey was so awesome he got my phone back working with everything I needed. I cant thank him enough. Julianna G is the most friendly, competent, professional and efficient sales person I have ever had the privilege of working with. Did I mention that she is a master of multitasking and has patience beyond belief.I visited the Verizon store in Oxford, OH. There were two people with whom Julianna was working when I arrived. They were picking out new phones. Another woman and her daughter arrived after me. I needed a new phone and a connection of my I-watch to my new phone. So while the first two phones were transferring information to the new phones, Julianna began to set up my phone. Of course I did not have my apple password and she took the time to change my password. She completed our paperwork. She took care of the next customers. A man came in to ask a question which she took time to answer politely and satisfactorily. Another woman came in to buy a new phone. Since I of course, didn’t have my google password she was unable to connect my phone and watch. She set up an appointment for me tomorrow at 10:30am to complete the transaction.I recommend that you give this young woman a raise or a sizable bonus. She deserves it!

I had such a great experience at this Verizon store, as everyone there was very attentive and helpful. Rio, one of the employees, was very patient in helping me transfer all of my pictures, contact info and other important information onto my new phone. Rio is the best!!

Went into the store expecting to replace my moms phone, and Josh was super friendly and helpful from the start. He took his time explaining everything, and helped my mom pick out her phone according to HER needs, not the phone Verizon would want to sell her. From there he was very attentive and listened closely to my moms questions and he provided answers in a way which was easy to understand. The whole process was incredibly positive.

We had to replace a phone my husband ran over. Mike was there from the Eaton store and he was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was also managing several customers with respect and ease. Wish we could keep him in Oxford full time!

If I could rate this less than one star I absolutely would. At first glance everything seemed fine. The wait was a little longer than I would have liked but it was after all it was a Holiday so I get it. I switched phone carriers from Sprint to Verizon and after the customer service experience with Josh I wish I never had. I was promised multiple things and they were not delivered. I was also told to follow up with Josh if I had any questions regarding the new plan. Everything seemed great. Then I began being billed for more than I was promised and Josh disappeared. The phone number I was given was not him and I then realized he had pulled one over on me. I will say this, Josh is a great salesman. After all, he sold me a phone and a plan that was much too expensive. So props to him for that. The only thing he seems to be lacking is an understanding of what is right and wrong in sales. I would NOT suggest buying a phone or plan from Josh.

Josh was a tremendous help after the dreaded update cleared my texts away. Back up and running, will all restored.

Omg! Josh was so incredibly helpful!! I ended up having to get a new phone after 2 hours of him trying to fix mine.. did I mention he stayed over 2 hours after closing 😊 He was amazing and patient with me as I knew not one sign in, PIN number, or password. I needed to replace my 5s - it getting old and not working correctly all the time - only Verizon location open yesterday, June 3, was the Oxford location. Josh was the salesperson who greeted me and through the entire sale of a Iphone 11, he was very good to instruct me how to use the new phone along with answering questions that I had. Ended up buying a phone for myself and for my son. Josh displayed what I consider a good salesman; and Ive worked with many over the years.

Josh helped me pick a new phone, and was incredibly thorough and patient. He is fantastic, and I highly recommend that you ask for him when you visit the store.

Terrible staffing. The people there are polite and friendly but the delay and time it takes to get help is literally unacceptable. I have gone in to simply pay my phone bill, a task that takes less than 5 minutes. Ive done this 3 different days in the past week. All 3 times Ive sat in the lobby waiting to be next for over half an hour resulting in me being late to work and a phone bill that is still unpaid. This location is in a college town and 1 employee is clearly not enough to handle that amount of business. Im angry and upset with my service because I dont have an hour to stand in a building just to make a payment in cash.
