Very professional and cordial employees. Ive chosen them to work on my computer problems since 2007. They have never under performed or over charged and Ive not had to take anything back for a redo. And they work as quick as they can considering their workload. Definitely top choice in Oxford.

I had to send in my almost 10 year old, difficult-to-work-with laptop and they tried their hardest to fix it while clearly telling me their thought process and what they thought the issues were. Unfortunately, it would have required even more in-depth work than I was comfortable paying for in order to fix it, but it certainly wasnt for a lack of effort on the stores part. This is by far the best technical support Ive ever received from anywhere, online or in-person, and I highly recommend the team here at Oxford for all theyve done for me.

After an open heart surgery on my MacBook Pro it was back up and running again like new. Word of advice: never use the generic off brand chargers with your MacBook, its worth the extra dough to go with namebrandand avoid the same problems Ive had to go through.

After updating my iPhone, my cellular service was not working at all anymore. AT&T couldn’t figure it out nor could Apple. The lady at AT&T recommended this place to me and I’m so glad she did. They got it fixed so quickly and for cheap. I really thought I was going to have to get a new phone and wait for it to come in but they saved my life! I would definitely recommend them.

I broke the screen on my Microsoft Surface. I have since come to understand that Surfaces are not really made to be repaired. No one else would work on it, then my wife mentioned UBreakIFix. They went through several screens and all kinds of parts, but they fixed it, and now I have my computer back. What they charged me for their time and labor was far less than they could have.All of my computers will be going to them from now on.

Ive been to uBreakiFix on three or four occasions for iPhone and computer problems. They have always been helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. My last iPhone had a problem that would have cost more to repair than it was worth, the result of an Apple issue they told me might be covered under a special warranty. They told me how to contact Apple and what to tell them the issue was. As a result, Apple sent me a replacement phone at no charge. This is just one example of their terrific customer service. They have my complete confidence.

Great honest customer service

Avoid this place at all costs! They are borderline scammers, and their only intention is to manipulate and rob you. They will not listen, and they couldn’t care less about you or your well-being. We worked with Kyle, who was extremely rude and snakey the entire time. When I called them to explain our problem, he put me on hold and switched back instantly to interrupt my already very brief explanation because he did not want to listen. I just happened to have him on speaker phone at the time, and it was strongly suggested that I not use them. To my regret I decided to ignore this, and we dropped off a laptop for repair. We only needed a new screw in the hinge and the screen frame re-glued. I stressed that the screen was perfectly fine and that we needed the hinge fixed also. At that time they insisted the repair would be much less than $100.00 because this was a simple service, and that their policy was to call us before initiating any repairs that might be over $100.00. Only minutes after leaving, they called back trying to up-sell us into buying a new screen for $235.00+ even though we said beforehand that we did not want to do that. Kyle called us back two days later to let us know that it was ready, and that it would be $142.00 for the repair. We refused this, as they’d already told us they would not initiate any repairs over $100.00 without contacting us first. After making us wait another day, they finally called back allowing us to pick up the laptop for $107.00 after tax. The entire time Kyle kept complimenting himself on how great of a job he felt they did, and that they were doing us a favor by “charging us less per our request.” They were not doing us a favor. They effectively overcharged us as much as possible because they’d talked themselves into a corner already. Even worse, when we got the laptop back they still did not even fix the hinge. Their excuse for the cost was that this project was very labor intensive but ultimately they did not even do the correct repair. Overall they took four times longer to do half of what services they promised, made up a number to charge us whatever they could get away with, and lied through their teeth to us the whole time. They will sit around doing nothing with your device all day and call it labor. Go anywhere else. Watching a 10-minute YouTube video and doing it yourself would be better than coming here.

Im very glad to have found these guys. I was needing some expert input on two phone repairs. Although they have nearly everything necessary for most repairs of any brand phone; my new Pixel was not included in that grouping. No worries...they had Google overnight just what I needed. They used manufacturer approved parts for both Google and Apple. The work is guaranteed with a warranty at any Nationwide location. Kyle worked hard to ensure that I was taken care of. It took about an hour for all repairs to be completed.....FAST!

Kyle is simply the best!

Kyle was great and really the perfect mixture of professional behavior and friendly to a max and extremely helpful. The loaner that was given during the process of getting my computer back worked 100 times better than the one I had getting repaired and having them do the job of sending my damaged Mac to apple for me during exam week made my week 1,000 times easier and was the least stressful thing I had to deal with during my final exam weeks. Staff is helpful and knowledgeablein what they are doing. I would recommend to anyone that needs help and would suggest coming here if you want a friendly atmosphere that isnt all about money.

Super knowledgeable team got me in & out in no time. They offered to look at my phone on the spot but I had to leave so they had it ready for me the next day. Luckily I had another phone to use in the interim but I believe they also give out loaner phones so you dont have to be without the most essential electronic device you own. 😉 They are an authorized repair center for both Google and Apple as well I believe.

So by me giving this review I want y’all to know how appreciative I am of the staff here, and I want to emphasize how friendly, efficient, and helpful they were.I realized after my evening class that my computer screen was cracked and I rushed to express computer service as fast as possible. I got there about an hour before closing and I was expecting to not have my computer fixed for a few days. I walked in (without an appointment) and they immediately checked me in and assessed my situation. They very graciously changed my computer screen right then and there. I’m pretty sure they even stayed open a few minutes after closing to fix it. Anyway, I don’t know what I would have done without them (shoutout to Gage who so graciously fixed it). I will be recommending their services to anyone and everyone who has any tech needs. Seriously y’all rock!!

He is amazing at recognizing everyone and why they came in even though they have a lot of business. During my recent visit to Oxford I dropped my Samsung and was in need of a fairly priced fix. After reading online reviews and receiving recommendations from a few local friends I decided to take my damaged phone to Express Computer. Express Computer staff repaired my phone while I waited for a very reasonable price. I was treated with courtesy and kindness from start to finish. Extremely satisfied with service received here. Had a water damaged laptop and at first I was a little skeptical of initial quote as I am somewhat competent myself and it seemed high but proceeded with it as I had no choice. Got a call from them telling the good news that damage wasnt as bad as they initially thought and beat their initial quote significantly. This is best I can ask for. I am a big DIY guy and like working on computers, but if I ever again found a problem I couldnt figure out I wouldnt hesitate to bring it here. In Oxford for a week on business, I left my Lenovo laptop power cord at home. They don’t sell my (old) model cord, but found a couple in the back they use when people bring in older laptops for service and sold one to me at a very fair price. Such nice, knowledgeable people. Rip off prices that loves to take advantage of the unfortunate.They wanted $80 after taxes for a fake Apple charger.You can get an REAL Apple charger from Apple itself with free overnight shipping for $79. You can find real ones for $30 on eBay all day long. You can get fake chargers like these for around $20 on Amazon and eBay.One of my friends bought one on eBay almost 2 years ago and it works just fine now, we found the seller was still selling them so I bought one for $22.50 and it came in two days later.I guess this place figures since they are only ones in town that have Apple chargers they can charge full retail price of $80 for fake chargers since students need their laptops. Just borrow a charger from a friend for a few hours and order one online.AVOID this place at all costs. This just goes to prove they love taking advantage of people.

Express Computer is awesome. My daughter took her laptop in late in the afternoon with what appeared to be a bad hard drive. They evaluated it and determined it was a faulty hard drive cord and had it fixed and ready for her by noon the next day. For a student that needs her computer for every class, this was excellent service. They were prompt, pleasant, knowledgeable, and reasonable. Would not hesitate to recommend them or take anything in to them for service..

Express has always been reliable and quick to solve problems with my computers and phones. They have earned my repeat business. Today happened to be a very simple issue (needed a quick cleaning) and they didnt even charge me. Im sure this was because of my being a repeat customer. Thats one more advantage of doing business wil a local company!

Great staff. Had a Surface and Mac with issues. The response was fast and courteous. They even handled the Mac being sent to Apple and it was repaired for free. Saved me at least $800.00.

Friendly knowledgeable staff went in for a MacBook Air that I thought was completely dead and turns out I had a track pad malfunction which was causing it to short out they repaired it and now I don’t have to go buy a new computer.
