2018 we bought a leather recliner couch and two recliner chairs. After one year the manual latch broke on the c ouch. Next the back of the other part broke, then the same latch broke again. We have never had any brand be soo much trouble, even cheap stuff. I thought Lazy Boy would hold up longer . And we had to pay for two of those repairs. And the couch is soo uncomfortable the seats are too far back and the bottoms, seats have twisted sits sideways. I just want to throw it out. Oh and the two side chairs are the most awkward things to let back because they are motion chairs and when you go to let them down it makes the loudest sound its soo crazy. Never will we ever buy Lazy boy again. Oh we also had to wait a month for them to build it and the ones I tried in store was nothing like this.

Buyer Beware is all I can say!!!!! They have a limited stock so anything you order they put down as a special order. If it is a special order (anything you buy is special order if its not in stock) then you cannot cancel, cannot get a refund (even if there is a factory defect) you only get store credit and you only have three days to do it!! I ordered a Lazy-Boy love seat in January and they said it would arrive in August. With COVID everything is taking longer so we agreed to go ahead and purchase. Now they tell me it will be October (maybe). They took my money immediately so they have had my $2,000 for six months now and I have NOTHING!!! And I will not have anything until at least October 2021 (if I am lucky to get it then). Seems like a big scam going on here. I have ordered products from other places and they do not take the money until the merchandise is shipped. So another words, they are making interest off of my money for almost a year. Doesnt even seem legal to me. What if it takes two years to get my love seat????? In fine print on the bottom of the paper I signed, it says no cancellation, exchange or refund from date of purchase. They are not responsible for any delays.BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! I would shop ANY PLACE besides here!

Not worth one star. We was delivered a messed up couch, instead of changing it out they had someone come and try to fix it. The female office Mgr. was very rude and laughed at me suggesting that they should exchange it for a new one that we paid a lot of money for!!!Then my husbands electric recliner was having issues and I called but we never had anyone call us back and was never resolved. Very friendly when your ready to buy, but beware it’s not a good store to buy from. My neighbor didn’t buy from them because she saw all the trouble we had with them. She went to a different store. Our friends had a lot of issues with them too. We will never buy from them again.

We had heard so many great things about this store so we decided to order a custom sectional from them in May 2020. The sales team were nice and everything went smoothly. They stated that it would take 30 days to get our sectional. Our sectional wasnt even delivered until August. I was patient because I understand COVID has turned everything upside. Our sectional arrived with a right arm and a right chaise. The sales team had wrote down and ordered the wrong part. So we have a sectional with no left arm. They stated they had to reorder it and it would be another 30 days before we would get the arm. It is now almost December and I just called for an update. I still have no arm for our sectional. Im trying to be patient and I understand things happen but we are making payments on a couch that isnt even fully together.

I ordered a recliner from Karen who explained they did not have the color fabric I wanted in stock. Since the factory would be closed for Christmas, my chair would take a little longer to arrive. Karen (no relation) has been very helpful in letting me know the status of my chair. They have so many choices, and new features on their recliners now. Great service and knowledgeable customer service and support.

They are awesome to work with. Ordered a recliner for my husband and after we received it it broke. They sent a man to fix it and he did very well. But it broke again and they offered my money back or another type of chair. So we ordered what he his old chair was and maybe it will be fine.If you need furniture go see them. They are super.

Sales Associate Berry is absolutely amazing! This store has so much to offer for all household needs, and will get you approved easily for in-store credit. David the General Manager is very knowledgeable about the workings of building credit or repairing not so good credit an can offer advice on why Farmers is the right choice for you to buy and build credit at the same time. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to make a purchase.

Just bought a lift chair for a family member with cancer. Jamie made arrangements for us to get the chair promptly and we are so appreciative. Chair was everything we expected. Delivery guys were awesome and very nice and helpful. Highly recommend you check them out.

Ordered 2 love seats and a sofa on 3/4. First the sales person wrote down the wrong color code for our furniture, if I had not noticed, it would have came in the totally wrong color. Will give them credit, the did get that corrected. But took 11 weeks to get the furniture in then didt find out until the day of delivery that only 2 pieces were on the truck. Was assured the other piece would be on the next truck an they get one every week. Now more than 10 days later still no word on where my other piece is. Of course youve had my money for the last 12 weeks. Would like what I paid for!!!Update 6/20 - still waiting on final piece to be delivered. They set me up for a delivery today between 2-3 but failed to inform the drivers. I told them I didnt care if it was midnight it better be here today since theyve had my money for over 3 months!!!! BEWARE!!!!!

Sales associates are very straightforward. When asked a question about leather upholstery and winter, they were honest and explained that it would be cold (we knew that already,but sometimes sales people try to spin the facts to make a sale). Their open & honest answers were what sold me on doing business with them!

Bought a living room suit and was told 30 to 45 days for delivery but most of the time it doesnt take that long, So we have been making payments on furniture for 2 1/2months now and was finally given a delivery date, so I removed all the old furniture the day before my new furniture is supposed to be brought out and they call just before the store closed and said we cant deliver your furniture for another week so Im suppose to be ok with no furniture for another week just unacceptable
