Rent one is the best they work with. There serves is the best. And Sidney is the best she takes time to work with you. And the whole staff is friendly witch makes it easier to let go of your money lol.

Sydney is really helpful. I got a mattress and paid it off today and she was helpful with me finding a stove for the house. She also worked with me on when itll be delivered to my house. After the stove is paid off definitely be coming back for more stuff

If I could give zero stars I would. They exploited my 90 years grandmother who has passed away. She purchased an entire bedroom set and recliner which was paid off. She made ALL payments but 1 on her mattress and they threaten the family with False court proceedings when she has giving them 3 times the amount the mattress is worth. Please I beg you to go to Home Depot, Lowes, or Big Lots to get whatever you need. You will pay 3xs the amount here at Rent One, then just purchasing on your own. They also offer credit with no interest and Big Lots offer Lay-a-way. These people gain off people who are trying to get on their feet.

They got back with me within a very decent time frame, and made it possible to get what I wanted

Great Team of people! We love all of our items we have received from Rent One. Delivery guys are outstanding from any rent to own places we have ever used! We understand that we may pay a bit more for our items, but in the same aspect love the warranty and the quality products that they carry.

This is absolutely the worst place ever!!! They need new management and customer service Rep.. I had the worst experience ever!!! On some used bedroom furniture they brought me that was suppose to be new. Which they never adjusted the price for me when I decided to keep it .. I made a payment and agreed to make another payment of just 65 dollars that same day when I got off work at 5 I get home to call my payment in and they were in my apartment removed my bed set while I was not at home, no adult was there but my 15 year old God daughter .. took all my personal belongings and put them on the floor and clothes piled on my bed, and broke my blinds in my bedroom and told me they didnt do it it was already broke!! And laughed about it!!! They sent 2 crack heads to my home with me not there that had no respect!!! Please dont deal with this Rent One!! Im warning you!!! Your asking for trouble!!!!! I will Suggest anyone Going to Metropolis Rent One!!! This new Paducah office is terrible they will lie and they will cheat you!!! Ive had the worst customer service ever!!!

The Paducah Rent One is one of the cleanest furniture stores I have been to. Taylor Mason, the manager, is always friendly and lends a helping hand. I will recommend this Rent One to everyone I know.

Definitely recommend! Staff is super friendly and when delivering our new bedroom set my toddler had fell asleep in his crib which is in our room and managed to put the whole bed together without disturbing him at all 😊👍

These 5 stars dont go to rent one at all id say they get about 3. The care and awesome personality of Michelle gets them a 5. Shes the only reason I even came so if you read this go to her shes a awesome woman and will help in any way she can. Rent one bump her pay up and mover her on up.

Contrary to earlier posts of this store, which I believe are totally wrong, biased and untruthful to be hurtful under personal gain, I have NEVER had anything but wonderful experiences from this store and the staff. Starting with the stores manager Taylor, all the way to the delivery drivers and floor employees. They have been knowledgeable, courteous and always right on top of everything to help! If they didnt have what I wanted/needed they found it or ordered it from another store and had it delivered with out question. Wither you need a tv, a dining room table, computer or tech equipment or bedroom additions to your home, I would TOTALLY go with this store, because youll be in great hands and NEVER BE DISAPPOINTED, EVER!!!!!!!!

Wasnt Happy with this store at first we was lied to from the start back almost 2 years ago fridge was suppose to be new and it wasnt on top of that we didnt receive everything that goes with it husband had to go buy it at Lowes. I also fill they are over priced Ive been paying on a fridge and range for almost 2 years and what I pay a month I could have already bought 3 at lowes or somewhere I know they have to make a profit but why take advantage of ppl that have to rent to own stuff to have something nice I will say this the store is clean and the stuff now is nice and now that there is new people in the paducah branch they are all nice and work with us.

This place is a joke. Even though it cringes me to go all the way to the metropolis store Id much rather deal with them (metropolis) over this horrid store. The employees are terrible. Minus one little girl that has always been kind. Her name was Samantha if I remember correctly.
