We took our Mazda 2005 RX-8 daily driver - in perfect shape - to Paducah Mazda for a factory recall, they kept it for months and didnt start it - lost compression, and now it wont start. And they wont do anything about it. And we bought a vehicle from them! I do not recommend them, and will never shop there again.
Fairly quick but they check your vehicle completely and offer options.
Because of the service received at this dealership, I traded in my 1 year old Mazda CX 9 for a Toyota Highlander. I was a loyal Mazda owner. I had owned 4 Mazda vehicles, a 1992 Protege, a 2002 Protege, a 2016 CX 5, and a 2017 CX 9.
Terrible service. Staff is rude and inconsiderate. Hardly apologized after learned we had been there for so long. Got there at 9:30 AM and didnt leave until 3:30 PM. RIDICULOUS!!!! Btw did I mention they weren’t fixing anything, they were just doing a diagnostic!!!!
