I really enjoy finding collectables before the eBay scalpers can get ahold of them. You never know what you may find. Picked up the Count Dooku force fx lightsaber, in store, before it was available on the website! Very happy shopper!.

They know a lot, I mean A LOT, about every known form of the gaming world! And they dont push junk on you, if they dont have what youre looking for they will find where you can or order it for you!! Just wish registers were as reliable as employees...having trouble with registers more than the norm seems like!

Called before the New Years regarding a specific game I absolutely want in physical copy not digital. And was told come January that theyd have it. But when I called before going there to make sure it wouldnt be a dead run I was informed that they didnt have it nor would order it for me for an in store pick up. Bogus. Same way with another game. Best utilised as a $5 dollar per game bundles deal store for those gamer score Gamers raither than as a must have game collection and Arsenal store. Definitely not the Gamestop I once knew.

Typical game store. Lots of choices. The store is clean. The staff are friendly. Found what I was looking for and got checked out in minutes!

Ive always enjoyed conversing with the Gamestop workers, but their prices can be a little off the wall, sometimes. But thats goes for all Gamestops. With that being said, I definitely prefer this one over the one at the mall. I cant explain why, but it just has a better vibe to it.

!!!! I traded in my ps4 and paid $195 and they gave me a broken ps4. When I returned the next day to exchange it they tried to charge me another $60 dollars for the exchange after I had already bought the warranty. Then when I got home and tried to transfer the data from my old ps4 to the new one I just bought I realised they wiped it and now it dont work. They destroyed it and now its worth nothing please if you value your coustomer service do not use this game stop. !!!!!Go to the one at the mall.

Ive been in plenty of gamestop but this one feels different. The customer service makes you feel like your getting advice from a close friend. Very down to earth and honest opinions when it comes to advice from these employees. Stores very clean and organized also. I really dont see any competition when it comes to any gaming needs.

This GameStop was almost identical to the last 4 or 5 GameStops Ive been to. It has games and consoles and all that stuff. The employees were very helpful at this particular store.

This store has so much cool stuff! The competitive prices. Its notso expensive that you would assume you might as well just not waste your time stopping there. Another great plus is it has a great array of items throughout the store, from all different spectrums of gaming system platforms and games galore for all the platforms, as well as merchandise for games t-shirts, Socks, figurines, anything you can think of they have it. Yet everything is all-in-one its very cool the staff was tremendously Awesome! Tremendously knowledgeable about their jobs and all its content they were extremely helpful! They were delighted to help actually, which is nice to see, they went out of their way to help ALL customers equally and to their best ability. The kind of store with employee employees that make the customer come back over and over and become now repeat customers. To the staffat the GameStop in Paducah Kentucky I want to say thank you so much for everything you did for meyou made me a superhero mother my boys loved me and thats because of all yalls hard work and I appreciate it to the core of my soul

I have two teenage boys. They love coming here, and I love the fact I can poke my head in the door, let employees know they are good to look around, and run over to Walmart Supercenter. It is in the same shopping center!!! You can not beat that kind of convenience!! I love it!!!

This GameStop has very friendly staff and is much easier to get in and out of than the one in the mall.

The manager Tyler is rude and does not know what hes doing. He causes the store perfectly good games and consoles by not looking at them before taking a trade. Ive watched him take a ps4 in trade without controllers or chords, then once he realized he blamed it on another employee or the customer!Adrian the assistant manager is a great guy who will do everything he can to help you out, wish i could return to a five star rating but as long as Tyler is in charge it doesnt deserve anything more than three stars.

Good place to get a game, console pre-owned. Recommend buying pre-owned thow. They wont do returns for bran new items after a week. And pre-owned they will and they will make it right if it dont work or mess up in 30 days. Nice customer support too.
