The best experience ever with Verizon! They talked me out of a phone I didnt need and talked me into one that better serves my needs. Just a 10 out of 10!
Stopped by Verizon and they gladly put my Zagg Screen Protector on for me.
The guy who was helping me did really seem to want to work on my phone or my problem. I was pretty disappointed.
We want to say how impressed we are with the staff that was there today. They made our trip easy AND took care of an unruly customer with expertise.
They want you to make an appointment but you cant just call the store. I was told by the corporate people I had to go to a corporate store I get there one of them tells me they can help me one of them tells me after an hour they cant. Finally get back to the first person after they were in the back room for over 30 minutes for them to take 30 minutes returning my devices. Glad Im not with Verizon any more.
Verizon help me very much I needed a SIMs card my phone was stuck on 3G the manager the Verizon store in Paducah Kentucky was extremely polite so is that the other employees they looked out for me and I wouldvery very much recommend them thank you

I pay too much to such poor customer service. Been waiting over an hour for a SIM card. A 2 minute SIM card. I waited outside in my vehicle so I didn’t have to be next to people and I swear they bypassed me.

One star, Because no stars or a half a star arent available. Verizon was supposed to have a new phone ready to be picked up for my Dad, whos on a Towboat. Account is in perfect standing according to CSR who was supposed to make the arrangements, so it would be charged to the account. He didnt do his job, the staff at the store were nonchalant and uncaring of the situation. Weve been customers since the bag phone (towboat dad) but they dont care as long as they are getting paid. My next call is AT&T
I ordered a phone from the website inwhich they dont except orders from online but... That was the only shipping option.. Now someone has my $800 phone and nobody has answers
Went back today issues not very helpful at store manager has an attitude said they dont resolve technical issues at the store anymore contact the technical department which I did and they were very helpful the man I spoke with was Pete but these people that work at the store they need to find new jobs the sales goal that took care of me originally was good but there were issues and we needed them resolved and the manager was not very helpful
This Verizon was rude and unprepared. There were only two people working on a Saturday and only one customer could go in the huge store and I quote, Have to make a decision for the whole family.I understand there is a pandemic but its a large store that you could fit at least 7 social distancing (and masked) people in there. We are not coming back here again.Please stay safe!
We visited the store to purchase a new phone. After watching people walk in we went to the door and were stopped and asked what we needed. I told the man I was looking for a new phone and asked if they had the one I wanted to look at. He told me he couldn’t discuss their stock and told me I could order it online and pick it up. We really didn’t know what to say I felt he was extremely rude. As we walked to our car a lady got out of her car and walked right in. This is not the first time we have been treated rudely at this store but it will be the last.
The man who helped us, was spot on. He gave us the advice we needed that was pertinent to us.

This place is no good and my lawyer will be here they are scam they will tell you one thing and then once your bill is up that they said it wont be there where my bill should be max 150 it is now close to 300 I came told them at first nice then they told me right away Im a lier not in those words but still they said they went over the whole thing when they did not.so I want to give this place a negative 1 star the lady I dealt with is not truthful about anything be aware of this place

I went to this same store about six years ago and soon left with no purchase because the staff was very rude. I said I would never go back again! Well, my son was needing a new phone quite urgently and didn’t want to wait for shipping to get a new phone. So, I went back to the store because I figured it the same staff couldn’t still be there. Actually called first and spoke to manager who answered several questions I had before I completely decided to try the store. She was so helpful and friendly. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by David (I believe) and he immediately began to help me out. He had a customer who returned from earlier that needed help and turned me over to a sweet young lady. Within thirty minutes, I had purchased my son’s new phone. It was set up and ready to go! The employees were helpful, and very courteous! The kind of employees Verizon should be proud of! Thanks for great Customer Service!

Always a good experience, but this store is really busy! Plan on a wait but the sales associate will take a lot of time assisting you if needed. A payment kiosk is available in the back of the store and they keep a good selection of phones in stock. Four or five sales people are working at a time to assist customers.
Extremely busy store. But they got few good customer service agents. David is The Best on them. He is only will not guide you for his pocket. He will clear your choice and need then proceed. Extremely friendly. I will come to the store for anything. I promise if you get David you go home with smile.
While I do like the salespeople no one in the store took my sales seriously and they did not appear eager to show me phones that are normally on display that are hidden during their remodel. I felt expected to know which phone I wanted without seeing it. Lone oak rd handled my sale instead.
This store has always been in the worst location it could be. Its always packed with people and not enough employees to deal with them. I got what I needed finally. I had better luck talking to an agent on the phone later that day when I had to cancel the order I had placed.

I had an appointment with them got there and when I said bill they wouldnt let me say anything kept referring to 611. When 611 was the one who set my bill up with them. Wouldnt help me at all

Even the manager was rude and seemed put out when I was asking questions about phones. The male store employee was not very professional nor customer friendly. He was very uncertain of himself, but unwilling to connect me with the store manager. Another female employee also became defensive when asked a question that she could not answer. After finally getting through to the manager, he was able to answer my question, but it was definitely not what I was told by Verizon customer care on the phone. I would suggest trying another area store first before going here.

Stood in the store yesterday for 45 mins. Didnt get offered any help by any associate and Im looking to upgrade. I even asked for help and got told that some one would be with me in a minute. Finally got fed up and walked out. I think Ill be switching to AT&t
I took an elderly friend, with a walker, to this store to buy a new phone because her phone will not stay charged. The young lady working would not allow my friend to use the stores restroom. The worker instead took us outside and pointed towards Mc Callisters Deli two parking lots and many steps away. No thank you. What sort of business insists an elderly person with a walker walk so far to use the restroom? We will take our business elsewhere. I give this place a zero but have have give one star to post.
When you buy accessories from this place and they tell you if you have problems with them to just one back in and they will take care of you it is a bold face lie please dont listen to them no matter what they tell you order on line and see tons of money
The best cell service of all the carriers, even though theyre more expensive you do get what you pay for. They no longer require 2 year contracts but your phone has to be paid for on your monthly phone bill so youre still basically stuck with them for even longer than 2 years unless you have the money to pay your phone off. I do like that they allow you to make payments on your phone though because with the high cost of the good phones most people cant afford to just buy them outright. We had an issue with a phone and it was still under warranty so it didnt cost us a thing to replace it. Any time Ive had an issue with my phone theyve helped me and always went above and beyond to ensure my happiness with their services. I have the Moto Z Droid with the unbreakable screen and I love it. The only issue is that the turbo charger that comes with the phone does stop working for absolutely no reason. Ive had two of them stop working and when I went in last time to get it replaced I was told they didnt have any. They couldnt help me so Ive been forced to purchase type C chargers from Amazon and they just arent as good as the turbo charger that originally came with the phone. The agent told me to contact Motorola personally and complain, but I dont feel that with how much this phone costs and with a monthly phone bill over $300 the least they could do is replace the charger that should go with my phone.
Very frustrating to say the least. Its getting where the place I bought my phone .the company that my service is through cant service my needs. We cant do this in the store. We cant do that in the store now. Yesterday was the worst.I was hearing the same thing through the store. Cant never could do anything . They keep this up and the only thing they will be able to do is lock the doors.

Went to get upgrades in November. Went with LG specifically for the 200 dollar rebate. Halfway through our transaction, salesmans buddy came in and wanted something. Salesman didnt tell us that we had to send in for rebate nor did he give even us our receipts for our phones. We couldnt have sent it in anyway had we known. Now we are out 400 dollars. Stay away from this store.

Was helped right away, quite a few CSRs waiting around to help someone. Not really keen nor knowledgeable on prepay phones like mine and the unique problems I was having. Still, they tried to help as much as they could and didnt use it as an excuse to try to sell me a newer phone.

I went to this store to upgrade my phone. I met with David, who had my phone ready. David quickly processed my transaction. I asked David about the pricing on my new phone. David assured me that the discounted price that I had observed on the Verizon wireless website was accurate and that I would start seeing a bill credit in one to two billing cycles. Everything seemed perfect. Two days later I received my monthly bill. I noticed a charge for $13 for total mobile protection. I called customer service to inquire. Well it turns out that David had signed me up for this $13/month phone protection plan. Ive never had a phone protection plan and he never mentioned it during our short time together. I then inquired about the pricing of the phone. The customer service representative tells me that the discounted price only applies to new lines of service. Well it seems as if David forgot to mention that. All of my concerns were taken care of by customer service representative Shameka. Shameka, thank you for taking care of your customers! David, you should be embarrassed that you approach your career in this manner. Sales representatives get a bad name for themselves because of people like you taking advantage of the average consumer that puts their trust in you. Fortunately, this educated consumer caught this shady salesmanship before I paid a bunch of money for a service that I didnt want. I received an email from Davids supervisor, Travis Patrick Drake, after a bad review on a survey. Travis states in his email that he attempted to call me in reference to my survey response. I had no missed calls on my call log. I responded to Traviss email and informed him that I did not receive a phone call. Travis responds and says that he attempted to call my number one time and the call went straight to voicemail. However, Travis did not leave a voicemail to verify that he had called. My phone is never turned off and if the call went to voicemail, then it must have been an issue with the cellular service; no surprise if that was the case. I guess Travis considers one attempt at reaching out to a dissatisfied customer quality customer service. Buyer be aware. If you decide to go to this store to make a purchase, please do some homework on your own and monitor your bill closely. Its unfortunate that there are people like David in this world that would be dishonest and take advantage of someone, but its a reality. There are plenty of other ways to make a living in this world besides taking advantage of people.

Bought 3 faulty jbl blue tooth speakers and they wont even connect . I went back on 3 separate occasions to resolve the issue and got nothing but run around, then I was told they cant do nothing cuz they dont know how!!! I cant say much for a company who cant back up there faulty products, or that dont have proper knowledge of there products. Go to anywhere but here! Im stuck with 300 dollar loss!
Poor service. 24 hrs after we got the phone it locked up. The do some reset and it wants the Google password and its not working. They try telling me the only way to make it work is spend 200 bucks for an insurance claim. Argued with them a wile. Went home and called customer services and they said that wouldnt work any way. Guy talked me through some stuff and ended up giving me the number to Samsung to unlock it. Just call teck support dont go back to these people. Its a rip off
