Went in with a broken phone with little thought of saving anything on it. Techs did a great job getting me into a new phone with little cost and quick service. If you are looking for a phone store this place should be number one on the list.

Be very careful this holiday season. One of there employees sold us 3 phones last Christmas and said our bill was going to be $140 for 3 lines, our bill is consistently $200 and t-mobile says that employee is no longer with them and theres nothing we can do.

Worst store I have ever gone to. The manager was extremely rude and wouldnt help me. He kept trying to sell me stuff that I had no need for. All I wanted to do was start service and he kept pushing me to buy a almost $1,500 phone with accessories. I will never be going back there ever again. If you think Im an employee or ex-employee shows something thank you for the review to show to your corporate office.

Great customer service! They explained exactly how the phone bill would break down, and didnt try to upsell me on a lot of products I didnt need. 10/10 would recommend.
