I recently bought a few items from this boutique online...first ever purchase through The Dirt Road. I was afraid that the sizes weren’t going to be true to size like other retailers, I was wrong. Two of the items were actually a bit big on me and the shirts fit perfectly! I’d just like to point out and thank you all for the individual wrapping of the items, the fast delivery, and staying true to size. I was so relieved and excited! Will be purchasing more really soon!

I love this boutique! The employees are friendly and ready to assist. The clothing is fashionable and trendy but affordable. They have lots of accessories such as winter hats, gloves, earrings etc. They have an area with cute plus size tunics, sweaters, pants and t shirts. Everything is adorable! Cant wait to go back! Super cute clothes. Super customer unfriendly. Sent an email asking since my returns were past date did I have any options and was told to mail them back for store credit. Got an email saying oops! wrong information. Got my clothes mailed back $8 later.

This place stays crazy busy! Kudos to the owner. Theres plenty of staff available at all times to assist with your shopping and they are willing to help. The place has a vast selection of womens clothing, all new. They carry jewelery, shoes, and the occasional variety items such as mask and wristlets. They have a great variety of handmade mask currently. They offer several clearance racks and clearance shoes. Everything is so cute and If its on sale, its a great deal. The graphic tees run around 25-30 dollars, very stylish but a lil pricey. The dressier boutique clothing runs about the same price which is fair. Overall, its a great place to find unique cute clothing.

Ordered a few shirts,liked one, returned one,had to pay 7 dollars return shipping, 7 dollars for exchange shirt because not free shipping to return,shirt had small hole,but when I called and asked why I was told that is policy .too far away to drive, trying to support business, great clothes

I bought a dress a couple of days before the world shut down for the Covid. When they opened, I went in to exchange my garment, they would not take it. I’m stuck with a dress that does not fit. Didn’t seem very concerned either. Won’t be back.

I really do love this store but i have had alot of problems with them. I ask for a shirt to be held when i got there they didnt hold it: then i placed a order for cubside pick up went there and the lady told me they ran out of stock on a shirt i ordered and it was online so they refunded me but i didnt know this until i got there. They should have gotton ahold of me sooner so i could have ordered something else. But they never gave me that opportunity. Then today i go pick up some shoes i ordered online i try them on before i lefted and they are to big so i ask if they have a different size they didnt so the lady said ill give you instore credit im like again ok come to find out they was final sale. All it said when i ordered it that is was on sale not final sale. So she wouldnt even give me instore credit or exchange nothing. So now im stuck with a pair of shoes that i cant even wear. I placed a order for pick up and they mailed it to me. Why would i have my jeans and shirt mailed to me but go pick up my shoes when i live 20 min away. I just dont think this is right i work hard for my money and if i wanted to throw money away i would have thrown it out the window. I really do love this place and have spent alot of money in there and i buy alot of my clothes from there. But i dont know if i well anymore. Just wrong taken peoples money like that when they cant even wear it.

4 stars because im sick of flowery and ruffled clothing. Other than that, always a good experience. Just be careful that when things are on sale you are paying the correct price. But, everyone is always friendly and helpful. I just eish clothing was more diverse sometimes and not so Civil War-ish.

Wonderful time shopping with my daughter in law! We found all kinds of goodies!

Stood in line for almost an hour on Black Friday and was told by a worker they would be handing out socks for the ones standing in line. Well, you need to be first in line or last because if you were in the middle you didn’t get socks! They ran out and it’s very unfair that they would start handing out socks toward the end of the line when people were waiting longer in front of them. All we got was a “I’m sorry.” My family will never waste our time waiting in line on Black Friday at The Dirt Road. Treasure Tree and other boutiques have never done that.
