Our F350 oil filter was spraying diesel fuel all over the engine. It was a Sunday morning so we were doubting we could find anybody to help. But our insurance company Progressive found Joshs company and he was happy to help. It wasnt safe to drive our truck to the repair shop so Josh showed up at our campground and gave us a tow.He even popped the hood and diagnosed the issue for us. He offered to fix it himself but didnt have the part in stock. We would have gladly let them repair instead of the shop, but we were leaving the campground that day and needed a quick fix.Gave us a ride to the shop. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Thanks for helping us get back on the road quickly!

Josh was called by me to see if he could tow my fifth wheel to a campground as my truck was towed to a garage to be repaired. My tow service couldnt locate anybody in the area and that is when I called Josh. I told him I would pay for it and he responded very quickly. My tow service and him worked out the details and I didnt have to pay anything.

Guys were super helpful. Helped with everything we asked, answered all of our questions and towed us to the best place. They were knowledgeable and friendly and tried to get us on the road. Great service and recommend everyone to use them.

Absolutely saved my skin while looking at a farm in the middle of nowhere. Had to pull me out with a skidsteer and worked with me on what should have been a recovery tow. Loved working with them so much Im bringing the truck back for maintenance. Honest guys with honest work.

Josh and his team responded quickly to tow my truck and camper off the side of I-90 when we were stranded over the weekend. Not being from the area, they offered their repair services for my truck, and suggested a safe and convenient location to take our camper where my father could meet us with his truck to take us home to Columbus. They repaired my truck on Monday in time for me to pick it up in the evening. Their pricing was very fair, and they were true to their name, fast and friendly.

Josh and his crew are top notch. We have a 2003 e350 short bus that we turned into an ice cream truck. He has kept it running tip top for our cross country travels. He replaced the transmission for us and provided many other repairs and services. He even caught a few things before they became a problem. He is our go to repair shop. Tire pressure light came on while driving, called to see if someone could check to make sure I was t going to end up with a flat. Someone came out and checked all my tires pressure and filled the ones that needed air as soon as I pulled in! Always more than helpful and fast!

I broke down the other day in my box truck and needed some help getting home, josh responded and got the truck home before I got home, parked it in the driveway where I can still get in. So I ended up spinning off the road and was in a ditch and I couldn’t get out and it was the day that there’s a really bad snowstorm so I expected it to take a while but instead of anyone telling me that they weren’t getting my car they never called me didn’t communicate about anything left my car overnight I had to call in the morning because they still never called me and I went and pulled it out myself with a few friends so I would not rely on this tow company.

Very poor customer service I called during a snow storm my car slid off the road. I called and asked for a pull out . I was told they were busy and the phone call ended. I called back because I thought it was a bad signal, the guy on the phone told me I told you we were busy I informed him I did not know who else to call I was given a attitude about how they were to busy to handle every one who slid off the road . I think the owner should know the poor way his people handle customers in need. I found another towing company who explained to me that because of the snow storm they were busy and they would be there in 1-2 hours. Very poor way to handle people in need.

Great place with great techs. I was surprised to see a huge truck with the body on the lift and engine and frame sitting on the floor with one of their techs working on the engine! I was there to have my exhaust fixed on my Jetta. Josh was able to repair my exhaust and keep my Jetta going when another shop quoted replacement of the catalytic converter which was very expensive! Thanks again for quality work and saving me some money!

Josh charged $856.00 to tow a vehicle 10.3 miles. Vehicle was on his property by his permission. He states that the overcharges were for space rental. Josh lied to me many times over the course of 1 plus years. He claimed he would send me a receipt for services, which he never did. I feel like I was scammed by Josh and his partner George Skidmore. I would never recommend doing business with either him or George.

Worst towing company. They made me wait 3 hrs then to call back and tell me he can’t find his driver . My Insurance called them, the same guy said that he got a another call that he had to take .i been waiting for them for 3hrs I would not recommend this company.
