Literally the slowest service Ive ever experienced at a phone store. The lady who works the store closes before, sometimes HOURS, before listed closing times presented on Google for their store. If you dont want to work said listed hours, go find another job.

I love coming to this store. Ive had nothing but the best service from the staff and the company overall. The phones available in the store are top notch and affordable. The plans are affordable and when I added my daughter to my plan, the payment for my plan changed just a little bit, which the store rep explained in great detail and in a way I could understand easily. I foresee myself being a returning customer

This is the best store Im always greeted with a smile and treated with respect. Both the young ladys here are polite and knowledgable, wouldnt go any where else.

Came in to this store to switch from boost and the store manager was beyond nice, not to mention beautful. She got my account number for me and got me going for $100 out the door within 10mins. Best deal

Jasmin has literally became my new favorite person I had 2 lines on my account paying $90 amonth and she got me 2 more new phones and I only pay $120 a month with everything unlimited including Amazon, cant beat that deal any where

I love it. Bought my phone from there. Amazing service and staff was very friendly.. They never have much in stock though except for max of 5 phones. The only reason they had my phone was because they just started selling them.

Both the girls made it so easy to switch over from verizon they were so helpful, and even switched my email, photos and contacts over. Not to mention they are very pretty and sweet to talk too.

Had a bad experience with the short foreign guy there a couple months ago but the young lady there was very helpful, she made sure all my questioned were answered n that all my concerns were put to rest as Im switching from ATT after 12 yrs. Thank u again young lady

My husband went in to upgrade his phone and they quoted him $300 for the galaxy a21, he then called the store a little bit further and got the phone for $100 less.

Dont go to this store. Went in to store to get my son a new phone in March and found out someone had added a line to my contract. The only way i found out was i had to call metro pcs today i had a discrepancy on my bill.

The girl there today helped me she was able to transfer all my info to my new and took the time to download apps for me.

Best customer service by far, I wouldnt go to any other metro the girl theres is always smiling n ready to help, need more like her :)

Never will go back to this store. They will charge you more than suppose to. Watch out for this wathouse charge for 30.00. Even metro pcs customer service had no ideal what that was for..

I been a customer for a couple years now and I wouldnt go no where else or to any other person to fix my phone, theres a young lady there shes by far the best, the owner factory reset my phone and lost everything I had I was devastated, but she helped me recovery my information.
