Krista was absolutely amazing!!! I had a terrible experience with another verizon store so I decided to try the crile road location. Krista walked me through all my options, explained very clearly and helped me understand anything I was confused on. Krista didn’t try to upsell on me anything. I could tell she just wanted to help me in the best way possible! She was super friendly and kind. I recommend her to anyone who is simply just doing an upgrade or having issues with their device. I will be returning back to this location for all my verizon needs!!

I was having trouble with my iPhone 6sPlus (old old) for quite some time; there were several warning shots. When traveling in Ohio the phone died; it completely refused to power on. DEAD! I was without my phone only for a day and I was miserable. Karanja Williams is the man you want to see for any of your cellular needs. He educated me on a few things concerning my phone and was able to get the phone to power on again. I dont know what kind of Jedi trickery he did, but it worked. ITS ALIVE! But, I wasnt taking any more chances. I upgraded to a 12, have more memory, battery life and Im more than satisfied that I met KJ who assured me he would take care of my problem. KJ Williams is definitely your go-to professional for all your mobile devices needs. Thank you, sir!

STAY AWAY!Sales person (Kyle) took my slightly cracked screen protector off to replace it because it was under store warranty. He then realized they didn’t have correct size in store. He said he would order it and that it would take 2-3 days. After 6 days and several text messages, he finally responded and said they couldn’t get the 11 Pro Max screen protector in. I then talked to a manager who assured me that he personally ordered it and to not worry because he would contact me when it came in. Another 13 days go by. I am finally contacted by Kyle who says they can not get it in stock. It would be an understatement to say their communication skills and knowledge are lacking.

We are an apple family and he constantly tried to push us into getting all androids and then when we finally established we were getting iPhones, he put 2 iPads on our plan and told us they were gonna be free and now we’re paying for both for 24 months, totally shady and completely unprofessional

The iphone 12 I purchased at another store wasnt working, since I purchased it at the Mentor store, I called the Painesville one to make sure I could do an exchange before driving out there.Logan said that it shouldnt be a problem, only later when I came in and spoke to another associate, Logan denied having that phone call with me.Really annoying.

ABSOLUTELY the worst verizon to go to. They are way over priced, they have made up fees in which the corporate verizon doesnt charge you whatsoever. The representatives lie to you to sell things that you DO NOT NEED! Overall the worst experience ever. Transferring your phone data should not cost you $35 dollars! Every phone has the software to do it within for free! Complete scam do not waste your time!

Watch out they will make you wait for over 40 mins even if you are there to pay cash for your bill and will sit and not help others, while waiting for other customers phones to load for 18 mins. Very unproductive.

Had decent experiences there. Some of the sales people are very stuck up and act like they are better than everyone else. Really. Youre not. Theyre just phones. Had some good sales people too. When you go there youll know the ones to avoid. One guy just sat in his phone the whole time and seemed annoyed when he had to deal with a customer.

Concord store Salesman told me the watch was included for FREE, and i quote, with the purchase of my new phone that I needed as my old one was heating up to the temperature it was burning in my hands. Imaging my surprise when I received my first bill that was $342!! I called immediately, was told I had to speak with the salesperson that sold me the watch. waited 4 days, no one called. Called back, was told the manager was with a customer, further that since it was past the 14 day returns there was nothing anyone could do. REALLY??? Bait and switch? no, flat out deceptive business practices. AS SOON AS MY CONTRACT IS OVER GOOD BYE VERIZON FOREVER.

Brandon gave me excellent service, I was greeted with a smile and an open door, literally! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I upgraded from an older iPhone to the 8 and I am thrilled! If I could give less than one star I would. Avoid at all costs this is a cellular sales store, not Verizon. The employees are trained by cellular sales and are horrible. The guy who helped us lost everything on my phone and gave us false confidence/information that everything was transferred over and was extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone. When we called to complain, upper management would not do anything for us besides a small compensation that doesn’t even cover the 2 weeks that I couldn’t use the phone. HORRIBLE.

Worst experience ever. Brought my husbands phone back after three days. You can’t hear and others can’t hear you. We were told because we didn’t have the box they could not exchange the phone because the box has the info on it. SO DOES THE PHONE. Total lie. They also said to return it to a Verizon store. It’s like buying something at Walmart and returning it to kohl’s. So here I am stuck paying on a phone that doesn’t work. The manager was also rude when I talked to him on the phone. Stay away from this dealer. I thought it was a Verizon retail store, not so. Horrible customer service. RUN

I was sceptical! I have seldom received 5 star service at an authorized retailer. This store has made the grade. I met Roshon Stewart, he was circulating the store, taking care of 3 perusing customers before me. I walked in unable to transfer my number to a new Verizon phone I had purchased the day before elsewhere. I waited until the lady in front of me was helped, then he added me to the loop. Taking care of 4 customers well and making us feel at home he ran into software problems too and had a phone on both ears with Verizon working out the technical glitches and getting everything in order. Bottom line is this authorized retailer got me fixed up and leaving as a satisfied customer! They are a top notch Verizon authorized retailer I would say was as good as visiting a corporate store. Thanks for your help! 😎

Wish I could give zero stars. Scheduled an appointment with Nick at 10 AM. We show up, and Nick is not even at the store. Verizon associate was clueless about current promo going on and trade in value for our phones. This place is a confused joke. Lol 0/10 recommend!!!!!! Very knowledgeable and patient with me. Warning! After refusing to pay $20 for a sim card for my new device, John made it so I could not make or receive calls or texts from my current device. I was told by John that since I did not purchase my phone from their store that there would be a $20 charge for a sim card. Upon being informed of this I was appalled. We have a business account with Verizon and have been customers for many years and I had never heard of a fee for a sim card. I then informed John that the Mentor store had not charged me for a sim card when I had purchased my G4 from Amazon then went there for a sim card. He told me they would tell me the same thing. He asked for our account information, which we gave him. Still insisting on the $20 fee I decided I would just go to the Mentor store instead. When I got to my vehicle I tried to call my son, who is an IT technician to ask if he every heard of a fee for a sim card. It was at this point I found myself without service. We had left the store parking lot so I called the store from my husbands phone and spoke with the manager Brandon. I told him the situation and asked him to speak with John and find out what he did to my account. Brandon then informed me that John said he did nothing to my account. When I got to the Mentor store they informed me that John had in fact started a DEVICE ID change on my account that left me without service. The Mentor store gave me my sim card for FREE and restored my service. I went back to the Concord store and spoke with Brandon, who when I asked for their corporate number gave me the number to the Mentor store instead. Their corporate office for Cellular Sales appears to be another state. Internet is a wonderful thing. Shame on this store and their dishonest and not remorseful employees. By the way, they are not a corporate store so if you want to get the best service possible and not have to pay unnecessary fees for a sim card go to the CORPORATE store in MENTOR. Guess it was better in Mentor that day! Also, note how the owner seems to only comment on positive reviews.

While I was there I thought it was amazing service and they helped so much! After purchasing a liquid glass screen with insurance I was told that if the screen broke I would get it replaced for free as long as it was the screen protector. It broke and wasnt covered bc they said I didnt register but at the store they told me it was all ready to go and I didnt have to worry about anything. I was also told that my first months bill was going to be $135, it actually was $183 - once paying my bill they messed it up and did 4 separate transactions before getting the correct amount paid. Just a bad experience overall now that Ive been to the chardon Verizon location and treated with the upmost respect and explained everything in depth. HIGHLY recommend the CHARDON VERIZON.
