Markale is the best cell phone representative I have ever worked with hands down! I had a very complicated situation and he took the time to explain all of my options and help me find the best one. He is patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The customer service was great and I would definitely chose this store above the others!

The store manager, Markale, and the other store associates (Matt, Shane, Bethany and everyone else) were SUPER friendly and helpful. They made the experience very smooth and easy. We switched from Spectrum Mobile, who had terrible customer service; so this was definitely a breath of fresh air! We had a few little bumps along the way with our Trade-ins and rebates, but Markale was able to get things corrected in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this T-mobile store!

Brandon is a great guy, intelligent and thoughtful in the sense that he doesnt just want the outcome that will make you happy today, but next week and next year, etc. A rare find in the sales atmosphere and I hope he is properly recognized.

The manager was very helpful and patient in understanding what I needed and answering any questions I had! Informed me of all the current deals, was very honest with his opinions on phones, and made the switch from a smaller carrier SO easy. Will definitely recommend this store to people looking to switch services.

Don’t waste ur time for this place.. One of their employee was very rude and liar.He said when you join sprint, we give free speaker but he do it finance.That time He doesn’t tell anything about that finance. Later ummmmm......no more 🙅🏿‍♂️😖😤🥶✋🏿

Very helpful, kind, calm

I called Sprint to replace a broken screen, they sent me to this store, the entrance has a 4 inch curb at the door entrance and Im in a wheelchair, [ not compliant with the Americans With Disabilities Act ], so after struggling to get in they said I had to take it to another store 45 miles away. Im not happy with Sprint and plan on going another company when my contact is up.
