Im posting this for my husbands truck. He has a dually, so it cant go thru the car wash, we have to pay extra to have it hand washed. Thats fine. (Suppose to cover wash, dry, tires, vacuum interior, clean windows, crevices, scent, and wipe down interior)But when we pay $65 to have it done, it should be DONE, not walking around to see dirty windows (inside AND out) tires not done, and having to move the back seat to vaccum. My husband asked them to clean the back window and the guy said thats on the outside, SO🤷‍♀️ we paid to have the outside cleaned, too! Asked to have the rims wiped down, we were told it only includes tire shine!!?? Seriously?? We will be sticking to the trucker car wash, Blue BeaconI took a couple pics but its hard to see on some of them....

They have one time wash prices and they also have three different tiers of a multi- product monthly price.Once you decide what level car wash that you want, you pull up and then they pre wash your car with bug wash windshield cleaner that help get all those lovebug and grimy stuff off of your hood and off the grill and the rear of the car.Then you go thru the automatic car wash ...make sure that your hands are off the wheel, your foot is off the brakes and theres no windshield wipers on and it will automatically guide you through the system until the end and you will get the green light to go forward. At the conclusion of the wash an employee drives your windows your rear and side mirrors and a side of your car its a great place to go I got the money package starting at $19.99 this know where you can get a card at like this that I know of, if Im wrong please let me know.

Really nice car wash place that even towel dries your vehicle after going through and has free vacuuming. They also offer detailing at reasonable prices.

The company went above and beyond to make certain I was a happy and continuing costumer. They saw to my needs without question. They were kind, and sensitive of my time. A great job of it gang! Thanks so much.

No different than a regular car wash. Leaves dirt, leaves bugs, leaves soap. People dont hand dry all of it. The people doing the interior only do half of the job and then stand there like voltures waiting to be tipped. Not worth the money in my opinion.

I will NEVER come back to this place; to have my car detailed again. I have been here several times; and every time they never get my third row. They maybe wipe out the big stuff in the seats. But no vacuum and no wiping down. I pay $53 everytime. And i have to bring it home n still vacuum n wipe it down. I ask if they can get the dirty finger prints off my head liner from my children and i think they make it worse. So from now on Ill keep my $53 & do it my own self.

Great job on cleaning and waxing my car. The monthly fee to keep it clean is very reasonable as well. Attendants were friendly and nice.

How simple. I drove up and got in line and there was a line.. Then a young lady. Checked my car and folded the mirrors back.we eased up to a young man that locked us on the track and sent us in with an Enjoy the ride. There was no problems and it didnt take long and we were trough. We were treated by another pleasent attendant who wiped down the windows and wished us a good day. All the attendants were very polite and thurogh. I am sure I will be back.

I go here routinely. Prices are right and the pine pollen dissappears. Quick and efficient with no day worker drunks about. Waxed up,cleaned inside and out and youre outta there. Safe and professional services.

The ONLY reason I am giving 5 stars is for the window tinting and the young man Micah who waited on me. This young man who I dealt with saved a one star rating. I brought my husbands truck in to be tinted and then paid for an interior detail and seat deep cleaning/shampooing to be done after tinting. So..the 5 stars are for Micah and the tinting service performed only..outstanding job and Micah was courteous, professional and RESPECTFUL..(please, thank you, yes maam, no maam) *(parents: awesome young man you raised and it shows..he does you proud). So I highly recommend the tinting service..job was well done and Micah is a stellar employee! Now once my truck was delivered to the detailing service from tinting it all went to hell and deserves negative one star. I was initially left standing at the counter to pay for detailing after I left vehicle to be tinted with two girls standing right there talking to each other while simultaneously texting on their phones but never acknowledged me..a third girl came out from the back and helped me..the only time either of the two spoke to me was to ask how long the tinting would be to ensure they would have enough time to do the Seat Cleaning..tint appointment was at noon so told her she would need to ask tinting dept..I dont know how long it takes? I went home and after a couple hours got a call from a young lady asking for payment by phone for tinting and told truck was ready. Drove from Bostwick got there and truck was just being delivered for detailing only finished with tint service so said it would be an hour. So I leave and go to eat and before my food is even to the table (maybe 20 minutes tops) a girl calls and says I need to come get my truck because they close in an hour..ok but I was just there and they said an hour but I will come now..so I get my food to go drive back over and my truck is no where to be found and by now its storming so not an employee outside to ask so I call and a girl answers and says it has to be right there somewhere let me check so I watch her come out and look around and she comes back on the phone with an attitude and says you are going to HAVE to hold so I can find out and abruptly puts me on hold. After 5 minutes she comes back on the line with same salty attitude and says its at the body shop where you left it earlier? I said I never had it at the body shop only at tint and I had looked there but not around the corner at the body shop so why are you being rude to me..click..hung up on me! So I go to the body shop and find my truck and the hood is popped and my door is ajar and its raining in on my freshly conditioned driver door panel which is now all spotty. So no keys so I walk over to tint and Micah was thankfully still there but hadnt seen my truck since it left his care but walked to truck with me when I told him what I found. He realized door was ajar because someone had slammed the seat belt in the door which is why it didnt close but no harm done other than wet drops all over my door panel and he opened and reclosed my hood and made sure it latched for me and got my keys from body shop all in the rain so I didnt get wet (true customer service). So I left and called to let someone know about my door panel to see if they would wipe it back down and condition it again and got same snooty girl and said to call in the morning and speak manager she couldnt help me (she refused to give her name) so that was final straw for me. So..attention Palatka Auto Spa: the email asking for quote for tinting on 2020 Mitsubishi and packages for same vehicle and Dodge Ram for monthly interior and exterior detail services..please disregard!!

Broke down, sad, leaves soap On the vehicles, Pink slime even after theyve tried to towel at off. Definitely go to the new car spa. Same Price, Way better.

My wife took her truck to be washed at this shop. She paid for a wash and dry so she never got out of the truck at the wash. She came home and parked the truck, I came home later that afternoon and asked how the soap dried on her truck. She didn’t know what I was talking about, we went back outside and looked at her truck and you can tell too this day that the soap wasn’t rinsed off. She took the truck back the next day and was told that she couldn’t prove that they didn’t rinse the truck and they weren’t responsible.

The very first thing I asked was would my wheels be clean when it was done . I was assured that they would . NO, they were not ! I drove back around and some guy sprayed them, told me that they were clean and they sent me back through. I paid for the expensive one. When they sent me back through, they did the cheap one, hence, it took off the wax and tire shine. Of course, another misrepresentation. My wheels were NOT remotely clean. I am 65 years old and had to come home and clean my own wheels. My car is a PT cruiser. No fancy wheels. Very poor Place to do business. Dont Waste your money or time

Few problems:1. I Purchased $16 option because of the bug wash, their employee put no effort in scrubbing the bugs off, he swiped the brush one time on the front and the back. Old, dry dead bugs require more than one scrub to be removed.2. The same employee did not instruct to put the gear in neutral, so my car got pulled while I was pressing on the break, with my gear set on drive....

Always crowed but they do the best job on town. Buy the unlimited wash but not the vacuuming. My car doesnt get that dirty inside

I have gone to get my car washed twice this week and it was out of order ..and this has happened so many times.I need to know how to cancel service ! I had to edit this because I went again the day after and it was out of service a 3rd time, cancellation is complete

Basically accused me of “stealing a package I didn’t pay for” because the girl I gave my keys to must have told somebody I was getting a “full detail” even though I paid for a smaller package. Confused on how that’s MY FAULT. I told the girl I left my receipt in the car showing what I paid for and their miscommunication lead to me getting a better package than what I paid for. Customer service is garbage, go literally anywhere else.

I feel over time the staff has gotten lazy. I used to go in everyday and now that I’ve traded my car in an got a newer car I feel it’s is dirtier after I get out of the car wash. I finally called and spoke to someone and they said give it a week. I’ve made them aware that I haven’t gotten tire shine on one side of my vehicle and that the bug guts normally come off but they stated that the power washer was broken and that it was fixed but I still did not notice a difference I think anyone who may go here may find overtime that the quality of service continues to lack. We pay every month for what ?? All this money they make and they can’t even maintain their machines. This is no good and very bad for business also you may notice your hood gets scratched.

Took 2 cars for washes, both cars still had bug guts all over the front end after the washes. And on my car, the little orange spots on my silver car are still theres! So much for my car getting cleaned! Wont be wasting anymore time and money bringing my cars out there!!!

Extremely disappointed. My rims looked terrible. And my dash or door panels wasnt clean. Still had dirt and dust everywhere. They could take more pride in their work. I could rant more but I wont.

Staff is great, but the management is rude and unprofessional. After sustaining damage to our passenger mirror and confronting the manager about the damage, how he spoke to my husband was extremely rude, unprofessional and aggressive. Unfortunately they lost a customer due to his behavior. Never going back.

Absolutely fabulous job!!! We flew from Texas to purchase a used car in Keystone Heights. Unfortunately, the car was extremely dirty inside as well as out. I mean an absolute mess. The car had been sitting in a yard for 6 months and the previous owner was a mechanic who cared more for the mechanical maintenance than the aesthetics. We could not fathom driving this car all the way back to Texas in its current state. We called several detailing places and most were closed or closing due to the weather. Auto Spa told us to come by and they would see what they could do. I was not expecting much, but boy did they surprise us. They put in a lot of elbow grease. I was amazed how clean they were able to get it. They really put in a lot of effort, more than I would have ever expected for a $49.95 detail package. This car was seriously dirty when we brought it in and so clean when we drove it out. Not to mention they were extremely courteous and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. I would definitely bring my vehicles to them if I lived in the area. Top notch service. Thank you Auto Spa of Palatka!!!

As far as car modern day car washes go, this one is definitely lacking when it comes to self serve. They definitely do not have enough self serve vacuums for you to vacuum out your car. The vacuum nozzles are somewhat outdated for 2018-2019. You won’t be able to completely vacuum out your vehicle. The nozzles will not maneuver under your seats or in the crevices next to the seat we are the majority of the dirt and grime falls. The vacuums also do not provide enough suction to pick up dog hair, dried mud, or dirt that is in hard to reach places. The vacuums are placed far apart and unless you’re okay with moving your car over another spot you’ll be dissatisfied with this one stop shop. You’ll need to move over in order to get your entire car vacuumed as much as possible. The only upside to the price that you’ll pay is they do make sure your vehicle is dried before exiting the wash.Good: for a quick wash - 7-10 minutes dependingTerrible: for inside self serve detailing.Very pricey to have the employees detail your car.Location: Ducked off, but it’s the only newish one in the area.

My vehicles are always dirty when I leave. I pay for the most expensive packages. They leave the rims, mud flaps and in between the seats and console dirty. And that is not everything.. I have to go home and finish cleaning it. Today was my last day to be taken advantage of at this place.

Great location and they do a good job of cleaning your vehicle, I have two vehicles on the monthly plan and take both of them there at least twice a week, the employees are always friendly and professional and do a great job, the only reason for 4 stars is on several occasions during the air dry the mechanism on the chain that pulls you through will skip and leave a vehicle just sitting there while the next vehicle is still being pulled through, I have had this happen to the vehicle in front of me and have had to blow my horn to get the other drivers attention so we dont have a collision, this can make you very nervous because you cant just back up because you will hit the vehicle behind you, if they would leave more space between vehicles and check the pulling mechanism more often this place would definitely be 5 stars or higher.

The wash could be better. Missed wheel well and didnt scrub off love bugs. The lady that cleaned the inside helped with those issues.

Tory and Trey did an amazing job on the interior of my SUV and the best part is they got me out of there in under a half an hour. I am a loyal customer for life!

I would have gave a 5 but today I had to sit and wait for the 3 girls to stop talking to a customer. When I pulled up 4 more did behind me and they still kept talking. Then when I was done, I pulled around and had to open my own side mirrors and wipe my own windows off. Straighten up guys!!

Convenient and quick.

Went there today and they did a wonderful job. I was there for a while, but my vehicle was really dirty inside and out. The SUV is amazing afterwards. Almost new looking inside. Thumbs up!

I got the 10.00 wash and my red truck was looking goodRedder then ever, in really liked the place, I was just passing through by Palatka FL. And have stopped there twice, reallyCleans your vehicle and they wipe it down on your way out.

This was my first time at this business. My vehicle was washed by hand because I have a mobility carrier mounted on it. The staff did a first rate job getting into the hard to get to areas. I didnt get a full detailing as this was a Customer service gift from Becks Auto just down the street. The staff are both friendly and professional. I would encourage anyone needing a great car cleaning to come here. They have mechanical washing also.

State of the art!

This have changed a lot one of the things I’ve contacted them about is that they’ve gone from using microfiber towels to using ordinary bath towels. Doesn’t a car detailing place KNOW that this causes swirls and micro scratches that willNeed to be buffed to be removed. Have notified them beginning of November. Let’s see when it’s fixed. And their crew no longer dries car properly. They used to dry it off where I leave and no water on my car now it’s. Wipe wipe wet still

Awesome auto spa, only been once but I was satisfied..the only thing they missed was under my spoiler which i dont blame thembecause its a low profile and hard to see underneath...other than that overall good experience

They are fast and efficient. I like how they get the water that the blower didnt get off the vehicle afterwards and free vacuums after youre wash. Sundays are only 5 dollars for a wash. This place has great deals and does a great job. Definitely worth the money.

Don’t waste your money. Didn’t wash all the soap off my car. Says wash comes with towel dry, but no one was there drying cars. Vacuums barely work. Waste of money.

Paid 50$ for the interior detailing and it literally looks like you told a child to come in and wipe it off. Its not clean they didnt get the inside of the cup holders didnt get underneath the carpets, barely wiped anything down. They told me it would be 2 hours and they didnt even spend 20 minutes in the car. Im not sure what kind of service others have been offered but this is NOT quality of any kind. Im taking it to another detailer to actually get it cleaned because this isnt it.

The auto spa is a terrible place to work, I do not recommend anyone working for this company. The employees are treated like slaves and are told to hurry even when working at a generous pace. I got promised a position while working there and never got it, just like any other workers. It is just a bunch of bullcrap. If I could leave 0 starts I would.

Friendly personal service. Excellent cleaning of the outside of the car. Havent tried the cleaning of inside yet, plan on doing it this week. Ill be taking my cat there from now on.

Ok wash. Free vacuums. Need to update hours. Went there Sunday morning since online it says they open at 8, I called to make sure and nobody answered. The automated system said they open at 9. I arrived at 930 and workers were there and told me they have new hours and dont open until 10. Went somewhere else, just as good.

Cheapest, best place to get a quick wash and vacuum. I have a twelve passenger van and in less than 45 minutes, they will have it looking new inside and out.

You can get unlimited car washes for about twice the price of one! I get mine done almost every day for $26.50 a month. Nice folks.

The drive through automatic part worked well. But I paid for an interior cleaning in addition. They did not vacuum inside, nor did they clean the door threshold or floor mats. All I could see was that they cleaned the windows. When I took it back to complain I was told they would look into who did such a poor job on my car. Thank you, that’s not at all helpful to me.

Great car wash and a good value! Get the monthly membership and take your car thru the wash every day if youd like. Very good service with friendly staff. Those kids who clean and wipe the cars are hardworkers! We appreciate them!
