Liz and the guys did a GREAT service to us.First, our truck was taken in for damage done and fixed it. It came back with the color being two toned. when they took it back in to match it correctly, they involved us in making it right.I recommend St Johns Auto Body to everyone. Its a family oriented, owned and operating business.

Got in a wreck got them to fix it. Took them 6 weeks and they lost my key. They tried to say it’s not there fault. Gave it back without the AC working. Parts they put on falling off when driving down the road. They said they put it back the way they got it. It was in a front end collusion. They put one new light on the other one all scratched up mine before wasn’t messed up. Would highly recommend not to take anything to them to fix but the towing wasn’t bad. Oh got it back with no brakes on it they let me drive it away that way it was at the Ford dealership that day and it had breaks so lost the breaks after it got back to there shop after I went off on them. Seams a little fishy too me.

I was in a wreck in my 2004 BMW and the insurance company wanted to total it. But it has only 16K miles and is a great car.They were very honest and upfront about the estimate. They were not sure what extra work would need to be performed once they got into the engine. It was minimal and they researched used parts to save me 3K dollars.St. John’s Body Shop did a superb job and finished within one week.I will go back.

Liz and Bryce at St. Johns Auto Body were great to deal with. My car came out of the shop with an amazing repair job (body/paint job). They even cleaned the interior and exterior of my car, air fresheners and everything! I would surely recommend this shop for quality work and great customer service.

Bad customer service, we wasted a rental car pick up cost us almost $70 because, they called us 1 hour after we dropped of our car for repairs saying they couldnt get part for 5 days.... we called ahead to make sure they were all ready and she said yes!!We had our car fixed at a different shop for less $$ and it was not 3 day repair it was a 1 day repair we saved even more rental fees with them.

Brought my car there because something was leaking inside and staining entire interior roof. They determined it was a cracked antenna base. They fixed it AND had the headliner upholstery cleaned and got all stains out. They did all this in a timely manner and stayed with their quote that they gave me. I will definitely recommend them and bring my car there for future work to be done. I was very pleased with what they did and I’ve checked every time it rains and it’s not leaking anymore.

These guys and gals are awesome! Helped out our cause in a heartbeat. May God Bless them and their family in abundance!!!

I recently got in a car accident, and I called them and on the phone they were very nice and said that they could give me a estimate on how much it would be to fix for the insurance. I drove an hour and thirty minutes just for the shop to tell me I have to contact the insurance company and get them to send them stuff first. I really wish they would’ve told me on the phone, it would’ve saved me a lot of trouble. Also, whenever I arrived in the office the workers were discussing how they’d rather hit and kill animals then have to fix their car. They all thought killing a dog was very funny. I will definitely be going somewhere else.

This business gets 5 stars due to the Fast courteous and nice professional service they offer. I will be more than glad to refer St.Johns Auto body for anyone. They are Awesome!!!

They provide towing services that were a great help when our family vehicle broken down on the side of the road, and then again when we needee to transport the vehicle to our home. The driver was friendly and helpful to my husband, and we were pleased with their timely response in our time of need.

Took my dads car in for some work. Its still in progress so cant comment on how it will look but I was impressed with their thoroughness and communication on the work they will do. I expect well be happy with the results!

This place..st johns auto body..was not the best choice for me..the did not compete the work on my truck and on top of that the did not lock my truck and ...supposedly someone got over there barbed wire fence and broke into several vehicles # that were unlocked..inside the gate..they stole a very expensive bracelet and ring out my truck...st Johns did not offer to compensate me for items that were taken...I do not recommend this business to no one ..oh buy the way I had to point out to them that my body work was not complete after the had my truck for a week..

Had an excellent experience here with body damage repair on my truck. Top notch customer service from the very beginning, no effort required on my part. The estimate/quote was done and submitted to my warranty company by the shop, they had my truck in and out within a week. Workmanship was first class on a part of the roof that 3 other local shops refused to work on. Everythings as good as new with zero hassle! Highly recommended!

My wife and I met a few of the guys who work here on lunch, all were very friendly and recommended coming in for a quote for front end damage on my wifes Honda. Went in for a quote and we were greeted (using the term VERY loosely) by the front desk girl who offended my wife within 30seconds by rolling her eyes at her and treated us like we interrupted her break and was anything but friendly or personable. The snobby girl then grudgingly went outside and took pics of my wifes car. That was 6 days ago and never heard a word back. We will NOT be returning.

I actually overpaid on accident( the manager got my tires cheaper) and he came up there and was honest and said I paid to much, gave me the difference out of his own pocket. For as long as I can remember I have always trusted St. Johns Auto Body to restore my vehicles to like new condition. Recently I had to have repairs done on by truck and it happened to be at a very trying time for me... The truck was repaired and they went above and beyond the call of duty to help me through this time... There was a little flaw in the paint job due to the part it was taken from and they took the truck back and made it right without hesitation. Looking like new again! Very professional, nice group to work with

Front end damage from hitting a deer. Insurance company told them to get alignment to ensure no other mechanical issues. They didnt. They replaced the bumper but color doesnt match and its not installed correctly. Also after picking my truck up. I noticed a new dent by my fender and gouges on my rims. None of that was there before. They also put the wrong skid plate on my truck that insurance paid for. Horrible work done. Do not go there. I wish I could do no stars.

I’ve recently had a horrible experience with St. John’s Towing department. The two times I’ve called this location the representatives have been very rude and very short with information over the phone and this is coming from a business that works closely with this company. With that being said, St. John’s Auto body is always polite and I look forward to doing more business with them.

We had to move a Z06 thats only 3.5 off the ground, Jason did a phenomenal job. You can tell hes a man that takes pride in his work and loves what he does. Hes incredibly careful and treated our car like it was his own. Were definitely keeping him on file for any future tows.

My car was rammed at a stoplight. After talking with police I immediately went to St Johns Auto Body for an estimate. It was the cleanest, nicest, friendliest body shop I have been in. Plus they have a neat fish tank and 2 adorable dogs to pass the time quickly instead of browsing old magazines. They were efficient & thorough in getting my estimate completed with 2 copies, one for the man who hit me (& still hasnt paid--wanted to bypass his insurance.) They explained what & why of the needed to be done & I was out of there quickly. I have not had the work done yet thanks to the man who needs to pay but will post a review of that when I do. They are in a convenient downtown Palatka location.

I took my car here after being hit broad side. They were very professional and helpful. They handled everything beginning to end. They dealt with the insurance company. Up front and honest. Very excellent workmanship. Would highly recommend them.

I contacted St. Johns Auto Body by phone to do some work on one of my vehicles; it was next door at the Chevy dealer.I was informed by the young lady on the phone that there would be a $40 charge to (drive) get it from next door.I reiterated that it was a minor dent and totally drivable.After about a 3 minute wait on the phone she came back on the phone and confirmed that it would be $40.I decided to just get it and bring it to them, I was only a few minutes away.Upon arrival I mentioned that I was the man on the phone and asked the man at the desk for clarification, if the $40 fee would really be accurate.This employee/owner went off on me saying I had no business questioning him on how he runs his business.When I said but it was only next door he angrily told me to leave and have a good day.I cant speak for their work, but from the attitude I received, it was probably a blessing I didnt get the chance to find out..

Did a fairly nice job on my Prius, but they need to learn how to turn the thing off properly, killed my battery several time and it took them an hour to start it when I went to pick it up... They tried to tell me my battery was bad... Theyre a body shop, they need to stick with what they know! Customer service was awesome, though. A real family ran operation. All in all, I was pleased... Other than a huge drip i noticed a week later and the bottom of the door bent in a little and not aligned to the body, the work was ok. I wouldve taken it back in, but I didnt want to wait another week to get it done... A suicidal Bambi picked my car to do the deed... she didnt have insurance, either!

My car broke down and I spoke 3 times with manager at store I left it at and they said fine after that St Johns towing towed my car after 300 dollars I ask the owner of a restaurant if I could park it there til the shop could get it then at Johns towing called and told me I had 24 to 48 hours to move off private property and getting permission from the owner of restaurant they are not personable at all even after getting cash money I would never waste my time with them if I had to wait for another company to come get me not nice people in office real short and nasty girls work there

Did a terrible job creating a flat surface before they painted and tried blaming it on me saying it was paint chips. Finally refinished it once they decided to look in the computer and see that it was actually their work. They also did not put my exhaust back up like the insurance company paid for and the second time I brought it back they tack welded it on instead of putting the proper bracket up. After that there were many bumps in the paint and it was a struggle for me to get that fixed. All and all it took me four trips not to mention one trip that there was no communication and they told me to go home ( I live an hour away from there).

Did not get a written estimate and owner lady is bi-polar and unbelievably strange. Was told different prices and stories. and argued with her until her son came in but then he sold me a used rusted out tailgate and charged me extra to paint it. Also, painted truck bed but did not fix fender body as he said. What a joke, typical Palatka mafia screwing.

BEWARE!!!! They are nothing short of scam artists. The will smile to your face while they stab you in the back. They inflate charges and even make up new charges and if you question it, the owner tells you they can do what they want and if you dont like it, theres nothing you can do about it. They tried to refuse to release my vehicle and I had to get the sheriffs office involved to recover my vehicle. They are professional extortionists and they know it!

ARGUED WITH ME ABOUT NOT PUTTING MY TURNING SIGNAL ON WAY FURTHER BACK WHEN I CLEARLY PUT IT ON HE WAS NOT PAYING ATTENTION AND IF IT WASNT FOR HIM PASSING ME HE WOULDVE SMASHED IN THE BACK OF MY LITTLE TOYOTA WITH MY 5MTH OLD BABY!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡 AN MOST LIKELY KILLED US!!!! DANGEROUS DRIVER!!!!!! NEEDS TO HAVE LICENSE TAKEN!!!!! 😡😡😡🖕🏼🖕🏼

Owner/Driver Jason does not exercise care when driving in traffic. Nearly Caused 3 accidents within 3 miles. His Reason was that other drivers didnt want to move when he used his turn signal. Which excuses tailgating, and sharp cuts across the off ramp, as well as not using a turn signal except maybe one flash. Guy is going to end up killing someone!

The worst business in Florida, and the reviews show it. Employees there are as rude as can be and their pop-up fees are ridiculous.
