My experience with this particular store (6001 SE Babcock St. Palm Bay Fl 32909)was excellent. Veronica was wonderful. I had an issue with my Samsung 8+ phone and Veronica worked for over an hour to solve the issue. She was dedicated to the cause and determined to solve the problem. She continued until the issue was resolved. She is was fantastic!!I highly recommend her as an employee for Boost...she deserves a raise...for her dedication.Sallie Johnson
A 1 is generous. This store sold me a services I the didnt work in my area. I was hoping for a nice phone better value..Instead one store called police because I told him my phone didnt work. I explained 3 time driving 45 min and 2 hours in store. I ask for money back and thats when the police where called . I had already left due to his attitude the owner of the store told him to call after he called her.I ask another store and even spoke with a Boost Rep Chris nothing .. He stop taking my calls this is plain fraudulent. I did lose business my phone number never worked it show and a recording said it was disconnected. To this day they never corrected this or refunded I even ask to unlock phone and Ill go back to ATT by far a better company. Do not purchase a phone or service these are rude and frauds with no regard too stealing your money and selling a service that doesnt work and not taking responsibility.Donna Moore
I cant say enough about the young lady that got my LG Stylo 6 up and running. She was knowledgeable, she knew her stuff and very nice! I hope they pay her well! Thank you again...
My personal experience with this store and staff has always been a good one. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I just wish they had a larger phone choice for purchase.
Wasnt in the store was on line looking...Been having issues with another service where cant call out or recieve calls. Been going on too long.So Im seeing what my options are...I do know of 3 I wouldnt go withHad them before....
Really not thrilled with boost in general. Store associate has no power. Literally had to do our business over the phone while in the store cause store couldnt help us.

If I could give a negative I would! I have been with boost for over 4 years Roberto was so damn rude! I almost switched because after a week I bought my phone it turned off and wouldnt hold a charge so I brought it back and he proceeded to say that he couldnt help me because it was past 3 days! My phone is under a year warranty with apple and Roberto also wouldnt help me because I didnt have boost insurance and tried to sell me insurance even though the phone already is! So I brought in my old beat up boost phone to switch the service and he tried to sell me a phone, but eventually switched it over. My phone just needed to be reset! It took 2 minutes to fix it so the next day I walk in, he greets me with Oh its you in front of other costumers! The only reason Im staying is because Celeste Howard took care of a months charge of service for the rudeness I had to deal with.

Not happy at all I ended up paying $184 for a phone that only cost $129 and I was eligible for an upgrade. I shouldve been paying closer attention. If I cant get some money back from that store I will switch my service provider.

Affordable plans. Store feels old and not a lot of phone selection or cases. Staff are not very knowledgeable.
Got the free phone deal, had to upgrade w/in 3mo. Of plan (ZTE max was the free phone) then got some kind of virus that wiped out everything, even call abilities and password, prompted to go to nearest store for phone reconfigure after she tried for over 30m to reconfigure, finally called support (on the stores landline) after min or two handed phone to me (on thier landline) and support then couldnt figure out why I wouldnt have the correct p/w (on thier landline) then informed me sorry nothing we can do about it, unless you buy ANOTHER phone (for the 3rd one in 4 mo.) Worst cellular service Ive ever encountered. And went back to where I left originally thinking THEY were bad (until boost)
The crew in the store are always very helpful, and if you have any questions they will give you honest answers,, and the store is always clean.

I went 3x to get insurance removed from my phone. They said it was done and after I was charged the $7.a month again.Until I finally called corporate and it was removed right away.

Sold bad phones, and some of workers were rude on Babcock. My friend who bought same phone 3 weeks ago, now left because of bad phone. Could not take the customer service.
