Not going to lie, I pre-judged this store as it seemed to defeat the purpose of online shopping to have it in person as well.But, I will admit I was completely wrong. The store highlights some amazing products and I found myself wanting to buy everything before I left. 😅Amazon 4-star gets 5 stars from me!

One of the coolest places. I now have long term relationship with Amazon as a customer, so I was super excited to find that this store actually exists. Its like roaming around the digital store in person. I bought few good items from here, the store needs to be more spacious in order to get more stocks. I visit the one in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Honestly, easiest place to do Amazon returns, and you get a coupon for a store purchase when you do!

Amazon is always a great experiencie. Today I couldnt catch the ladys name at the store, but she was really nice,polite and helpful. More people like her should be everywhere else. The Store at The Gardens Mall, Palm Beach Gardens. On a Thursday September 30th around 6pm

Its like shopping on the Amazon app but youre physically at the store seeing and shopping for everything. The experience was nice.

Good fun browsing the store, ended up with a couple of good deals. Im not much of a reader but I ended up buying Snoop Doggs cookbook!

Eh. Rather just shop online. The selection here is more like A-B due to size restrictions obviously but still they could have a better, larger selection of products, IMHO. Now if they took over the Sears space and filled it up...thatd be incredible!!

Quite unimpressed. The store was somehow cluttered and not well organized at the same time. Employees didnt seem well versed with their own products, they were however very intent on signing me up for an audible subscription when trying to check out.

Never know what they will have but I always need or want...I always buy something.

Place leaves a lot to be desired, really small and a bunch of stuff that while best selling why would you have it in the store such as sharpies pens and other office supplies. Dont know anyone who would come to the mall to purchase that stuff. Maybe you should consider more electronics and kitchen gadgets and stuff people can actually come and see of they like it. I came to check out an air fryer among other things and they didnt even have one out on display. Its supposed to be a 4 star or higher best selling item but they definitely missed the ball on this one.

Reasonably priced stuff inside a pricey mall!

I dont normally write reviews but after what I saw there today, I felt compelled. A customer was walking around the store without a mask (I know, right!) The guy manager asked him to put on a mask and the guy flipped out and refused. The worst part is another manager stepped in and allowed the guy to walk around the store without a mask.Again, I dont write reviews but in these times we all need to be more responsible. I hope Amazon can get their act together, I expected more from an industry leader!Other than this interaction I witnessed, the store was different. Its kind of like a consolidated version of everything on amazon.com.

Customer service is great, great variety of products that are all 4 star or higher from Amazon. Just wish there was more. I enjoyed looking at the different items they had, but I feel like that if they had a standalone store then it would be much better. Seriously doubt I will go back. Amazon hardcore fans will definitely enjoy it.

I was amazingly UNIMPRESSED! I absolutely love Amazon but this store is definitely NOT a good representation of all of the great finds that Amazon has to offer. I did a quick 5-10 minute browse around the store and nothing really grabbed my attention (like the website always does). My advice: Dont rush to get here

Fortunately the line wasn’t too bad to get in here but I was disappointed in the selection they provided. Compared to the Amazon 4-star at the millennia mall I just don’t think the variety aligned and I think this might even be the larger of the two stores.

Every retail store, including the Amazon 4-Star store in the Gardens mall, is trying to follow the COVID-19 guidelines. Their goal is to keep everyone safe. The store staff is super nice and they provide a great service! I can’t believe that someone would rate the store with 1 star because he arrived at 6:35pm, and “His Majesty” was told that the store was at full capacity. This shows the ignorance and absurd sense of entitlement in our society. To the guy that wrote the childish review.....do yourself a favor, grow up and act like a grown up man.

They only sell the popular online items, so it felt a bit cheesy as you can imagine. Ill just shop online.
