Smaller location than I am used to back home but there seems to be some major construction on the building. Be prepared that this is Florida and even though Costco has signs posted asking customers to wear a face mask about half the people dont which is their stupidity and not something I expect employees of Costco to enforce as much as I think management should....

This is a bit chaotic but that’s to be expected. Prices are great on a lot of things but a little high on things like electronics. The checkout experience could use improvement. Good for what it is.

Costco has been my favorite wholesale club for years. Quality is better than other clubs. Their brand name products are great at a great price. Tires and car batteries I have only purchased at Costco for the last 10 years. And the associates are always friendly and helpful.

We love Costco, but this location is always too busy and parking is so limited. I can’t wait for the new renovations, I hope the store will be more efficient for customers and parking reconfigured. The new gas station is exceptional, best prices and very clean 👏🏼👏🏼

Very, very busy place. Lots of people any time during the day. I don’t understand why Costco runs out of toilet paper and other stores don’t?Lines are manageable in length there.And workers are helpful and nice most of the times.

Best place to get discounted price on most products.very good management service.you will find most of the food products here and many other products for household.this place is clean,well maintained,organised and the also have liquor & spirit products in big sizes with good discounts.

Caitlin, with the Pharmacy, is always Kind, Professional & Attentive. She remembers your name & makes you feel cared about & not just another number. She even went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of when a problem arose with a new script. She wasn’t the person who initially helped me & called me at home with solutions. That helped me so much with pain I would’ve had to put up with through the weekend. I am so Grateful!!!I always say “Costco Rocks”, so does Caitlin😃☮️💟🙏🏼

I love Costco, but it is coming time for me to renew. I will say Sams may getting my business now due to the fact that you can scan your items and pay from your phone. You dont have to wait in line to be checked out. You take your paid barcode to the attendant and they confirm that you paid. I would say this is something Costco needs. The lines have gotten worse at my Costco. This is the only thing making me question renewing.....Besides that it is a great store.

1st visit. After hearing various stories decided I had to go see the place even though I live an hour away. Much dirtier than other warehouse stores Ive been in but the variety of inventory was amazing! Store was very busy. You would have thought it was Black Friday by the number of customers. Dont know if this is typical or not. Will be back to explore more.

I like Costco for Hearing aids. Their 3 yr warranty cannot be beat ! Produce is overpriced but the meats are very good with fair prices. Cant beat the pizza, hot dogs at the snack bar !

Bad experience. Would not give me a refund on my membership. Told me I only had a month left and that I had used most of the membership. So I would not be entitled to a membership refund. Very strange experience. I dont think that is the way it is suppose to work. Never going back to Costco.

I went there this morning at 8:52 was told it was senior shopping until 920 which is totally fine with me came back at 9:30 was told now I can’t go in until 945 because it’s still senior shopping so I called to ask and I was told 10 o’clock so now I was told three different times because apparently you guys do not know what time senior shopping is! It might be a good idea to actually put your hours of operation by your door especially for your senior shopping when you have to pay for your membership!!! So now I’m going to go spend my money at BJ’s because you guys can’t get your information right!!

Costco have a great product selection at a great price. However, parking in front of the store is crazy and the construction added to the challenge.

This is my joint. I am a loyal Costco fan! They have all the good stuff. Everything is quality. I freaking tell everyone to get a Costco membership. You save money and get quality goods. They even have a nice little book section, which I love! I love my kindle but sometimes I just need to feel the pages. And dont get me started on the clothing section or the home section. Costco, I am a fan 4 life.

Since Covid it is a bit of a rush from the moment you get to the cashier and packing your own bags we would like you to come down a bit. The person who works to help the cashier doesnt really she throws our things like in the cart like wow inhale for a moment would you mind. We feel like they dont want us to stay there too long like do you have someone whois timing on a chronometer ? Costco we like you but Im telling you come down whats the problem when I get to the cashier and I have my own bag = recycling have you heard about that ? Welcome in 2021 thanks

I had a really good experience in Costco!The place was really clean, employees working that day were really kind and helpful at all times!Prices were really good as always and the entire shopping experience was at its best. Costco really never disappoints! :)

This Costco is reasonably well run. Its got the standard suburban customer base, although slightly upscale reflecting the area. Of course its always busy, but lately morning checkouts have been pretty fast.

I just wanted to share a great experience yesterday. Dillon was an amazing help loading our vehicle. He saw us struggling to load my suv and ran up to help. He was engaging my small children and very friendly. He gave 5 star service and I wanted to share!

Whats not to love about Costco? Love that this location now has a gas station. Excited to see the renovations when they are all complete.

Not super packed with people. There is construction going on but that is okay, parking a little far is good for walking.

Honestly buying bulk is not always the best value. Gas prices are always lower and thats great! ... the rotisserie chickens are amazing! There are many more great values as well.

The products are great, but you have to go prepare for a chaos at the entrance.. Everyone park infront of the main entrance while people try to cross the street or pass by.. No control at all at the main entrance.

After today I really dont want to go back there for a long time. Its not Costco, its the customers that shop there. I just dont understand why that place attracts so many entitled people? It was so crowded that you couldnt move in some spots and instead of being polite, the majority of people in there acted with no regard for others. Smh. On the other hand, all the employees we interacted with very friendly and helpful.

Yea! Costco has seating for lunch. Now you can enjoy the hot dogs, only problem no onions or sauerkraut.

Who’s stupid decision was it to stop giving sour kraut with the hot dogs. That person should be fired. You lost a customer just for that alone. Never going back.

There was a lot of construction going on at this Costco. The layout inside was totally different from the Costco I shop at in N. Miami Beach on Sole Mia Way so I had to spend A LOT of extra time finding products for a sick relative that lives in West Palm Beach. I traveled from Miami to West Palm Beach to help them out.

This particular Costco is under renovation and it is not very pleasant to shop this store at this time. Products that were on sale were out of stock and no rain checks are issued.

Went to get gasoline. Done in less than 5 minutes.

Omg the store is crazy busy on a sunday. We had to park and walk from very far away, which was okay but it was really hot.

Charged two times for dishwashing machine pods. Only bought one box. Live 40 miles away. Inconvenient to return for a refund. Only go every couple of months.

Great quality. More expensive than Sams Club. I gave 4 stars because the parking lot is always crazy and the lines are always too long.

My third time trying to order pizza from their food court. I should have learned to order a hour ahead of time but sadly its normally a spur of the moment idea. Any way 35 minutes waiting no.pizza. finally just left. The store is great, staff friendly but Davila everytime I order pizza.

It is ok....Good things:Meet(beef), milk, sour cream(only one brand),good fruit like mango and papaya. Great choice of wine. There you can find couple brands of good cheese. Cheep and clean gasBad things :Impossible to find snacks without sugar or sweeteners, poor choice of vegetables

Everything under one roof. Never out with one item. I have been shopping there for over 15 years. Love it.

If you buy in bulk or for a family, Costco is the place to go. Its set up like a big warehouse that has everything from food to TVs to Diamond rings and everything in between. All the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I hope to come back again in the future. Thank You!

Costco is remodeling this location, so many parking spaces are unavailable at this time. But the store was not crowded and I was able to get what I needed easily.

I’ve been a long time customer of Costco! Each time we visit this location there are employees in the apparel section. These employees provide what is intended to be good customer service. But, being asked “Can I help you?”, or “What size do you need?” over and over as I go from one section of apparel to the next turns out to be quite annoying. For me it “does not” make for a good shopping experience.

5:30 PM, on Saturday this location was not so overcrowded, never go at lunchtime,you will wait 30 minutes to drive out of the parking lot.

Been going to this store since 1997/continue to go only because thankfully they started carrying organic products with good prices/with a few exceptions, egregiuosly rude, unhelpful staff and administrators/ some customers are inconsiderate, cutting in line

It can be very difficult to find a parking spot but very effective in finding what you need.

Typical Costco that is now expanding its size at this location.

The Costco photo center provides really fair prices as well as a quick turnaround. Even within a hour’s time I was able to get a 20” x 30“ posterboard printed with no trouble at all.The only reason why I did not leave five stars in this case would be that for me the margins were slightly off in how they cut the photo. Though regardless of that the speed and quality is definitely there; they can even do canvas prints in about seven business days.

The worst service desk woman of any Costco.. one man at service desk very helpful. This is not the 1st time I have seen this. If they dont like there job get a different one. You can check your schedule see who was working. March 7th 2:00 pm.Plus Barhroom a pig pen.

Usually crowded to the max. Parking is normally in the back of the lot and theres lines for everything. When your not interlacing the crowd hunting the isles for goods, youre deep in line for checkout and to get out of the store. Itd be better if costco opened another location in the stuart fl area, so the citizens of that region wouldnt have to, not only, travel soo far but also consistently crowd our stores. Who can blame the people, Costco has a lot of good stuff, prices and services to offer. At the same time, only so many people you can fit in the store and jam packing it would only conclude a disservice to its internal and external customers. Gas station was a good addition but doesnt remedy the former.

Lines are always going to be at a Costco, but here the lines seem to move a little faster - so this Costco among the best

The man who we spoke to about signing up was not a friendly person. He lacks customer service skills. Not one smile and not one nice gesture. After we told him that we did not want the credit card or the $120.00 perks plan, he developed an attitude. We never did recieve our cards. Since we had once had an old membership, he gave us a voucher to pay for our renewal in the check out line. So im assuming ill have to stand in the customer service line again to get our cards. This guy not only gave me a bad taste in my mouth but also wasted my time and alot of it. I think he would better belong in a collections or IRS position.The second stars because all the other employees that we came across on our visit were helpful and friendly.Also we had originally gone to Costco to purchase cabbage and also corned beef. They were completely sold out of both. Both Publix and Winn-Dixie were fully stocked. Good thing to know for any upcoming holiday. If you have to wait until the day of, shop somewhere else.

Prolly the worst one I have been too. It was a little dirty, carts were all over the parking lot and food was up against the expectation dates. It was very disappointing as we getting ready to start heading north. We were not able to stock up as planned.

Just what youd expect from a nice Costco. Recently upgraded to provide gas services big plus. Relatively busy most of the time.

Checked out with my fiancé and they gave us a hard time for having different last names. One person (me) was paying and the other (my fiancé) had her membership card used for the transaction. That apparently is unacceptable. Go pound salt Costco.

The best pharmacy and pharmacists of any place and the best prices. The best Roast Chicken, wine prices and selection, new products, pet and paper goods, especially Costco Brand. Great value and good safety and hygienic practicing. I feel safe shopping there. Costco is indispensable. Im a member since it was the Price Club!

Loved the new gas station and its low prices. Hopefully exiting will be easier in the future as construction still going on. The eyewear staff and lens prices were great. Only visited for eyeglasses and gas.

Everyone is very helpful and accommodating. The lines are a little long but overall good experience

Three guys helped us stuff 2 big boxes of furniture into our car. Probably took almost 20 minutes, but they were cheerful and never gave up. They wouldnt even accept a tip.
