The prices are markdown quite a bit. Every department has shrunken down in size and quantity. Jewelry department has only 2-3 cases of jewelry on display...the rest are empty. The look and feel is very much like a going out of business sale. Some good bargains.

Just a sad facsimile of the Sears I remember.I have shopped at Sears since i was a little boy coming in with my Mom to get a new pair of Toughskins jeans or Dad to look at guns and USA made Craftsman tools.

Long line. Cashier had a 20 minute needless conversation with the lady in front of me. It shouldve taken 5 min to ring her up and take her money and it took 20 min instead. On the bright side Gwen had her first baby and everyone is healthy....

Sears looks like ghost town. Covid has really had an affect on this store. Dont waste time they have barely anything in this store.

Worse customer service ever!!! DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES from Sears! Bought 2 refrigerators in the past two months...They come to deliver the 2nd one and wont take the old refrigerator when it clearly states I paid the haul a way fee. They leave the new refrigerator in my Moms dining room. Shes 83, How the hell do you expect her to move that fridge now? For me to fix the problem Im expected to spend my time on hold, REALLY? This is my work time??? Do you REALLY wonder why your company is not doing well!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Sears is one of my favourite shopping places. The prices are reasonable and you can find some good staff around.

Sears PGA florida Location. Clothing shelf are bare. Little to no selection of clothing anywhere. Almost as if they are going out of business. Buyer beware. Dont waste your time find somewhere else to shop.

This Sears store serves me right every time, they give me all the options I am looking for compared to Home Depot or Lowes or Costco or Bestbuy etc, Sears gives me more product for less. Then the warranty, they have warranty people across the US that can repair or fix or tune up my Sears appliances. I have used Sears products for such a longtime and theyre products just dont break. We love you Sears..

I was looking for school uniform and sears was the last place i got them.

Quality merchandise and a wide array of name brands. Transactions, returns and customer pickup are handled with ease. The salespeople are always professional and personable!

Im amazed this place is still open. The worthless employee I was attempting to converse with seemed more interested in his cell phone than helping customers. He barely looked up from his phone to give me any eye contact.When asked about a certain item his response was I dont make the decision .

I have been shopping at this location for twelve years... I know the older guy in the appliances department, hes always been kind to me and my family. The customer service is always excellent.... I have seen some not so nice/rude customers behave terrible; however, Sears staff always remained professional. The management team does an excellent job at this location.

I had a Christmas gift that was unwanted and I went beginning of March to exchange item (which is unopened and unused) they told me no exchange or refund after 45 days. I even escalated my request to the manager who quickly refused to make an exception. I dont plan on shopping at Sears again after this horrible experience. Does anyone wanna buy this wood engraver that I dont need? I paid $25 I wanna sell it for $20 Thanks for nothing Sears!

Im just here for the tools. In my comparison i found that Sears craftsman beats that other store, blowes in both quality and price.The biggest problem with this store is the lack of stock on hand. There is so much space that could be put to good use.I have had a couple of problems with a couple of products, and the people at this store have bent over backwards to accommodate me.The reality is not too many tools are made in the usa anymore, and ive priced tools that still are. I think ill stick with Sears till the end, at least for hand tools.

Large department store, with typical unique to Sears offerings. You can get things from Sears that you would to go to multiple department to get. Selection is good, but can be limited. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This is a GOOD Sears. When you step inside, you would think that the Sears company is doing just great. Plenty of stock, shelves are neat, floors are clean, displays are set up well, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Oh, and its actually full of SHOPPERS!! Yes, there were lines at the checkout and many people browsing merchandise. (A contrast to the pictures of other Sears stores). If all Sears locations were like this one, they might still have a chance.The only disappointment was that the electronics department is basically non-existent. Just a few TVs, thats it. Looks like they are focusing more on furniture and mattresses, since I saw couches where the sound equipment used to be. Thats a shame, I remember buying our first VCR and camcorder at Sears. They could really take advantage of the fact that there isnt really any other place inside the Gardens Mall for electronics anymore.

Very few people there to help anyone. I went to get several watches repaired and get new batteries but they reduced days and hours to 3 days a week. So, they will obviously continue to get less and less business if no one is working there.

Picked up a dishwasher purchased previous evening. Transaction was smooth & friendly. Pick up was even better. Gentleman came out to help us in about 30sec, pulled up our order, checked that we had the hoses & cord then another gentleman loaded the unit into our vehicle. We were on our way. Took about 10min total!!

I was wearing & shopping for thin black polyester or cotton everyday pants. When a clerk had me follow her half way across the store after my car painful car crash. I said great do you have this in a plus size. She said for years Sears stopped selling petite & plus sizes. Two clerks said they can sell medium sizes better per square foot of retail space. I replied so sell ten to fifteen percent of your medium sizes as plus to keep your plus sized women shopping here while spending on so much more in the store. Both clerks replied corporate says no. Now I will avoid Sears all together. Bad policies equal their loss. Try ten percent speciality selling like shoes, sneakers & sandals in size 11, 12 & 13. Sears you may make good profits since those sizes are hard to fine. No wonder Kmart & Sears is close to Bankruptcy.

The skirt I picked from the rack was on sale for $14.99, yet at the register it rang up as $40.00. I was told it was not on sale. I asked the woman at the jewelry counter if I could try on a boxed watch please. No. She walked away. I followed her and asked why? She turned abruptly and responded Because its in a box I told her I might not like the way it looks, or maybe it isnt adjustable, I would like to actually SEE the watch. She said If you want to see it, then buy it and she walked away. I purchased the watch, opened it in the mall. It didnt fit and I had to return it. Im fairly certain I am done shopping at Sears.

They closed the door stuck in the store. Without any notice . Had to walk around the back of a mall in the rain ......

Sears 3 years ago used to be at its best costumer service, especially on Auto Care, which u COULD just drive your car, give info, and wait. Now, u have to MAKE an appointment and wait even longer. Not the same before. Customer service needs to be improved. In fact, they sure have low prices!

I thought sears was sears everywhere. Came here to exchange a merchandise from Puerto Rico that was a little small and was told by the manager on schedule on 11-3-2019 that they dont carry the merchandise and we cant return it and/or exchange it. No wonder this sears was empty. It was not the sears that I knew many years ago what a shame.

I went upto PBG for tires at Sears. Apparently their stock is low. Looks like theyre getting ready to fold up the tent. Did not have any tires for my car. I went somewhere else and got a better price anyway.

Great place to get your car worked on in the automotive department if you need your battery replaced or your tires rotated. They also have a good watch repair station in case a link or something falls out in your watch.

Shameful what has happened to Sears. Nothing in the store.

Store had one person working the counter the day after Christmas for sales/returns. This salesperson was awesome and handled it better than anyone in her position could have. Selveta,we salute you.

Best mens jeans selection in town! Skip the trendy stores with skinny or baggy styles. Sears has lots of regular, straight, and carpenter fit jeans that adults and professionals can wear.

The service we received during a recent tire purchase was outstanding. ALAIJAH, in particular, took ownership of the transaction with an effective balance of product /process knowledge, appropriate salesmanship, and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. She was absolutely brilliant, Kudos to Scott, also, for running a great department. 4 stars b/c my guess is that Sears doesnt allow enough hours for more staff when needed. But...again...10 STARS to Alaijah, & team!

Still a great place for tools. Hopefully they dont sell or the the craftsmen brand of products. Good appliances as well.

I have left a message asking for a manager to call me back. Sadly, I dont expect follow through. While I understand working in an environment of being short staffed, there is obviously such chronic mismanagement at this location that when you can find someone to ask for assistance, they will probably tell you, (even though they are not presently helping anyone else), they cant help you, someone else is responsible for answering basic questions about inventory. They will then yell across the the store to their coworker, Miss! ... And then tell you, You can talk to her. Then that employee will yell across the store at you, I cant talk to you, I am with another customer. which could have been understood given how frustrating it must feel to have everything passed over to you given the basic lack of training for an associate whose job is supposed to be customer service, except for when you are simply a customer and have now become the brunt of this employees obvious exasperation, it leaves you feeling that blindly ordering your own supplies online from anywhere but Sears is better than ever driving half an hour just to be turned away and yelled across the store at ever again. If not hiring enough staff or not training them is the way this store expects to save business costs, look forward to a liquidation sale some day ... At this rate, very soon. I would have left no stars had that been an option.

Came to this store to get a battery for my car The staff was very nice and pleasant and I didnt wait long for a battery less than an hour Was very happy with the service
