Of course needed to get a coffee for the road before leaving the area at the end of 4th of July weekend. I saw Koffi a couple times throughout the weekend & didnt realize its pretty much the big local coffee chain. So made sense to try it out & happy I did.ITEMS ORDERED:I just decided to go with an Iced Americano. I like how there were two options for espresso, of which I of course chose the dark roast.The gf ordered an Matcha St. Tropez Green Latte (soy milk, less sweet).TASTE:I often get an Iced Americano at local coffee shops, especially when they have dark roast because I feel its one of the best ways to actually taste the coffee. The one I had here is definitely one Id like to get again. From the first sip it does have a very pleasant deeper dark roast flavor, pretty clean & refreshing. Well as much as a coffee can be refreshing.The Matcha St. Tropez Green Latte (soy milk, less sweet) had a pretty interesting profile I dont often taste in this drink the gf usually orders. After reviewing in the menu Im pretty sure its from the steamed sweet vanilla cream because I detected a vanilla flavor right away. The matcha flavor was a little weak but she likes an overly strong matcha so I imagine most people would be fine with it.SERVICE, LOCATION & PARKING:Service was very nice & friendly which is pretty much what Id expect from a local coffee shop.This Koffi is located on E Palm Canyon Dr, corner of S Camino Real, pretty much adjacent to the Ace Hotel.Its a fairly good sized coffee shop with a nice amount of both inside & outside seating. & The high ceilings make it seem even bigger which I like. Design looked very clean & organized inside. You get the vibe this place is the local, dominant coffee chain with the displays of Koffi merch & bag coffee for home brewing.I see myself coming back here when Im in the area since I really like my Iced Americano & the service was great. Might even have to try a baked good since the muffins looked really appealing. Also, I see you can mobile order & they have 4 locations (as of July 2021) which makes it even more convenient.

The staff seems overwhelmed, its a busy place in the morning. Not a relaxing environment and you are crushed together with others waiting for your order, which has been frequently wrong. Once you get your order, the patio is nice and enjoyable.

Made a really big online order with 8 different drinks and 8 food items. Order was ready exactly when my email confirmation said it would be, with friendly service and a smile. Everything was correct with my order, everything was hot and everyone was happy. I fully expected at least a hiccup or two with how busy this place gets on the weekend, but felt compelled to write a review and say thank you for the perfect experience. Oh yeah, everything was delicious!

Locals love Koffi because it is local, 3 locations. Visitor love it because the staff is friendly and there is a great desert vibe. Depending upon the weather, the outdoors patios are lively for sipping, chatting, and people watching. Well behaved dogs are most welcome outside.

Like Starbucks for rich people. $710 for an egg mcmuffin. My Carmel vanilla latte was good tho.

Ive been in Palm Springs for a year now but this was the first time I have had Koffi. I walked over to get a visiting friend and myself something to drink and check out the pastry offerings. When I got to the entrance, the was a line about 15 people deep waiting to order. I almost turned around and left and Im glad that I waited!The line moved quickly with two people taking orders. I probably stood in line for a max of 10 min before placing my order, which gave me time to stare at the case with all the incredible looking muffins, breakfast sandwiches and scones.I ordered a drip coffee, ice tea, and four pastries. The people in front of me to order were now all waiting for their espresso drinks so I was happy to see they did have employees who were dedicated to making the other beverages as well. I waited less than 5 min for my two drinks and was out the door!The coffee was excellent and friend said the ice tea was good as well. The coffee cake muffins were awesome and the croissants just as good. I def will be back and sorry it took me so long to try!

Just had my first visit. Can I say I’m impressed!!! Autumn helped me with my order and recommended a iced lavender latte!!! Let’s just say I have a new addiction now!!! So delicious!!! Autumn was friendly, professional and personable!!! She’s a keeper! I’ll definitely be back!

We were look for a nice place to relax, with an outdoor space. The coffee freeze was meh, a bit too sweet for my tastes, but refreshing and helped us deal with the 120° heat.Wish there was more overhead coverage and also wish that the water feature was less splattery and noisy.

Nice staff, quick service.Pastries are definitely on the higher end but that just may be the new norm at coffee shops.

Saw the name of the store Koffi and had to try it. Reminded me of my favorite restaurant in New York, The Tyger. If the tyger can become my favorite restaurant of all time, Koffi can be my favorite place to get coffee. Staff is real nice, there is a ton of seating and there is an abundance of parking in the area. Will come back the next time im in Palm Springs.

Good service but after I left with drink, to far to return. Cream on drink had turned..had to throw drink out. Disappointing on a $6.00 drink.

Place was cool. Price equivalent to Starbucks, but coffee a much higher quality. Plus they had a sugar free mocha which was SUPER good and not too fake sweet. My husband got the hot chocolate which he said was very tasty. We are from out of the area, but would come again if in palm springs again.

Essential destination in Coachella valley. Legend has it this started as a bakery with coffee. Well the muffins are proof of that & the coffee is first class. Not just a place for coffee but a true meeting spot where locals meet hipsters meet snowbirds.

My latte took longer than expected. No big deal but when the singing barista set my drink on the stand he did not call my name. Waited a sec and asked if the one there was mine? Didn’t touch it in case it wasn’t. He checked and said what it was and stated it was mine. Then he replied “we called that”. He did not. I know my name and I was waiting 3 feet from him. Bottom line is he should have acknowledged my drink and just let me go. Instead he was arrogant and argumentative. Won’t be back at any location.

My favorite coffee stop in the Coachella Valley. They now have four locations, with three in Palm Springs and one in Rancho Mirage. Must have for me is the honey-vanilla latte.

We stopped by for coffee and cake and were very impressed by their helpful staff, great atmosphere, and affordable prices. It is a great place where you could go to watch the people and read the signs on the wall or step out back to an exhibit. The atmosphere is everything here, and the coffee is good!

I love the aromas, and the food was great. It doesn’t matter whether you have breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and you will enjoy it! The servings are enormous, and everything is always very fresh. The venue has a cool vibe with college kids working in study groups and tourists stopping in for a bite.

Muffins are amazing, next time will buy 6 or more take home.

We were walking by this place, and we decided to recharge. It looks like a typical college town place for coffee very laid back and comfortable. Turns out that the coffee is excellent. We will definitely come back and recommend the coffee shop to my friends and family.

The food is INCREDIBLE, the breakfast sandwich is my favorite. Theres also great customer service. I was greeted by the staff and was super sweet. One of the owners, too, was on the list and very hospitable.

Such a great coffee shop and very COVID-safe. The staff was friendly, the menu is great, and the coffee is good. Wish we could see this place when there wasn’t a pandemic. It is clear that the community would gather here.

Basic upscale coffe shop. Had decent sandwhichs, and the espresso was flavorful. They do have light and dark roast for their espresso, better for those who cant stand the burnt taste of dark espresso.

I finally found a coffee shop in my area. Nice, and strong full-flavored, and not as expensive as some of the others Ive tried before. They have a good coffee and friendly service throughout. The ambiance is so good, and the internet connection is fast. I would strongly recommend this coffee shop to everyone who loves coffee.

This shop was truly the best than any other! The coffee and foods were delicious and very good. Besides, the waiters/waitresses that were working there were all very friendly and nice to the customers.

I patiently waited with all the other upset customers waiting for their drinks. I was in a good mood and I saw they seemed busy. A women next to me said she had been waiting 30 mins, “no big deal” I thought. I could wait 30 mins over the time my drink was supposed to be ready. people that complained were getting their drinks way before me, but I didn’t want to be rude so I kept waiting... over 50 mins I asked to make sure they even had my drink at all. Rudely told they were working on all orders. Then someone finally looked for my name and started making my drink. Left feeling horrible and they didnt even make my drink right. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a coffee shop. I live down the street and will NEVER go back. Don’t waste your time or your money on $6 drinks that take an hour to make.

Cori the Baker is the reason I will never come here. Once people are past middle age, theyre old. ... Of course, calling someone old is generally not considered polite. CORI referred to my mom as old and my mom is better looking than her at 79 years old!

The coffee freeze drink was great, but the breakfast sandwich was not good at all. The cinnamon roll was ok and maybe would have been better if they gave the option to heat it up. Definitely won’t be back for food, but maybe for a sweet coffee drink. Also, was a bit expensive for what it was.

Loved stopping here to take a break from early morning bike rides while on vacation almost every morning. Strong black coffee and a chocolate dipped macaroon was my norm. YuM!! Really like the Corridor location for its courtyard as well.

If you are a caffeine based life form like me then go here! The patio is nice and big with lots of seats. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. Its GOOD coffee and a must stop on your trip!

The best local coffee shop in the desert. They have a few locations. I love the pineapple coconut muffin. The coffee freezes are really good and can be made with soy milk.

I usually love to support Koffi throughout palm Springs. But, this morning at Koffi ( across from Ace Hotel) the elderly ladie serving at the cashier this morning was more concerned about gossiping with co workers then the line out the door. I was disappointed at the lack of concern that she had for people waiting to support this establishment in these trying times. I dont usually right reviews, but...this WAS NOT GOOD.

Koffi locations are generally all great. I believe theres three in the Palm Springs area my favorite is the South store the one I frequent the most and it has the most space inside and outside.The vibe is always good the coffee is great and the other products scones, bagels, sandwiches there often great so its a mainstay when youre in Palm Springs.

Great selection of organic coffee, nice pastries, but a bit too sweet for my taste, although if a lot of sugar is not a deterrent, youll love all of them. This location has a very nice outdoor seating area. Its a small and very popular place, so it gets very crowded. Friendly and efficient employees. I appreciate the fact that the company focuses more on organic and sustainable products.

Great quality of beverages and food to choose from and a wonderful friendly staff. Needless to say then they are real busy in the mornings. Things can get a little crazy behind the counters which causes the flow to slow down. Better deployment perhaps? Maybe the management needs to have better training program for the new kids/hires. Regardless its a great place to come meet friends or to work on a project.

Oh their coffee is amazing! We were lucky enough to grab a couple bags of it before we left Palm Springs and have been savoring it since! The Eight4nine blend is really good as is this darker roast we also got. Looking forward to visiting again next time we are out that way :)

Visited on a holiday, so lines were long, but the staff handled them beautifully. Had an Americano and bought a pound of espresso roast. Enjoyed the coffee.

Ive been to a lot of coffee shop but this place hands down has the best iced coffee. I mean all their coffees and teas are great. Im a iced coffee guy so I love the way they make my iced coffee. They really listen to their customers. I visit this place often when visiting.

Very friendly and helpful workers behind the counter. The place was full but everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves without it being cramped or disruptive. 🐶 Pet bowls available for the pooch as well. Me and my partner had a malted drink, one hot the other iced... Both worth trying again.

Very well located and thet open at 5.30am so you can be ready for hiking before the heat. Great selection of coffee and pastries. No the cheapest place in town but very convenient. Muffins are huge and delicious.
