I enjoy going to Starbucks when I need to have micro aggressive vibes. It seems like certain people get certain service just for existing. While others get treated like they did something to the employees just because they can use their platform to vent on people for no apparent reason. This is not always.... But should be never.A paying customer is just that - paying. Which is basically the lifeblood of any business. I would rather order from a Kiosk which Starbucks should implement so that they can streamline orders and maximize the user experience. As pertaining to this particular establishment. They allow aggressive homeless people to lurk around or inside which can pose a danger to the general public. The employees mean well for the most part. But they need proper management. Also security should be implemented after a certain time, possibly 6 PM. The crime rate in Palm Springs is getting very out of control. All one has to do is research.I am merely a concerned citizen and the volume in which this Starbucks host of both travelers and residents is a reflection of the state of the city as a whole. Good luck 🤞 and I expect to see improvements made.
This is the best Starbucks in the Coachella valley and maybe even in Southern California. They have specialty drinks also exclusively at this location like the “tropic like it’s hot” which is soo refreshing in Palm Springs summer heat. I always come here so no need to say I’ll be back cause it’s a given. Try it out for yourself
No outlets! Zero! What a horrible design flaw… or was this by design? Either way I hate it. Can’t bring a laptop to work here at all.
Very nice dexor, helpful friendly staff. As far as food/drinks... Its Starbucks, pretty much consistent good quality.
Love the restrooms, i always touch up my sunscreen and makeup when i’m out, also the baristas are very friendly
My first experience at a Starbucks Reserve and it was fantastic. I ordered a Cold Brew Affogato, which went perfectly with the hot weather in Palm Springs. The atmosphere is a bit fancier than a normal Starbucks. There is the regular cashier section, and there is a bartender (but for coffee), who puts on a spectacular show mixing drinks up. The Reserve drinks are expensive, but the good thing is, we can currently use the Starbucks Rewards.
They have an incredible level of service. When I forgot to order my drink iced, and asked them to put it on ice, Rachel insisted on making a new drink for me.I left so happy!!!! Thank you Rachel, and thank you Starbucks.
If you are familiar with the Reserve stores in WA, this location will not be what you are expecting. Yes, its a nice looking store but this is definitely not an SB Reserve. At most, this location is a high end SB stand alone. It would be awesome to have the full Reserve experience available somewhere in the Palm Springs area.
Last time I was at this Starbucks it was across the street. The new building is beautiful and the decorations are awesome. Very friendly and inviting. The wife and I were just dropping in for a quick coffee before we headed home but if we come back to Palm Springs we might find ourselves sitting inside or on the patio outside enjoying a drink.
Just found out Starbucks no longer offers Sweet N Low in this area, I think as a corporate policy? Feels like they are trying to make a statement about what I should, or should not, consume. Frankly, I dont need them making my decisions. This particular location is extremely nice and a great place, which makes it even sadder that Ill need to find another place for coffee. If this is some kind of health statement from SB, they need to let people make their own decisions. If its some other reason they need to seriously re-thing what theyre doing.
Mark made our day! I had my order wrong, MY FAULT but I didn’t notice but he didn’t waste time in figuring out the situation. He pleased my wish by giving me my correct order at no charge. LOVE THE MUSIC AND THE VIBE HERE. Not an ordinary Starbucks. Will mark this spot to come back here often. Thank you 🙏 👌❤️
This new store (for me) in downtown Palm Springs, was beautiful. It was big, bright and had just about any coffee drink you could want. From espresso to lattes, and mochas to fraps. They also sold many different coffees for home and their other home items. Plenty of room inside and out (when its not to hot) for groups. It was built across the street from the old shop, so you dont have to look to far to find it.
Living my caramel vanilla latte 🤩
Let me start by saying that it’s a beautiful facility. It’s big and new. Also, it’s a Starbucks Reserve, which means that it’s a specialty menu spot. There is only 25 in the country. We sat down at the bar and ordered a siphon coffee. Our coffee master Kyle was amazing! He explained the whole process and even gave us samples of coffee. It was so cool to learn from him and his staff. We also had the Hazelnut bianco Latte and it was excellent! My mom ordered the malt and she loved it! We highly recommend this Starbucks especially if you have not had the reserve experience!
If you like Starbucks then you will surely enjoy this one when you visit Palm Springs (or maybe you live there). It was very busy the morning I stopped in but my order was ready quickly (I ordered through the app). The employees were nice and friendly. There was a little crowd control going on - they were pausing people from entering for a brief moment when it got to crowded inside (crowded by covid standards). There was outdoor seating.
Easily my favorite Starbucks location in the United States. The exclusive menu options are a must try, and my favorite beverage is the Tropic Like Its Hot. The baristas are fun here and always sure to boost your morning.
Putting a phone order in with the app is much easier because there can be long lines. The staff is awesome in the music is great. Outside seems to have plenty of seating.
Frappuccino, cool mist, seat and a view. Its all good.
Gone here a few times now, drinks are always great!
This Starbucks Reserve is great for coffee. The location is prime for the small city of Palm Springs, CA. The customer service is on par for a Starbucks. Very upbeat personalities. The coffee is what one would expect. The difference is that this location offers Reserve options. As far as a Reserve, this location is far below the lackluster of its fellow Reserves. Seattle, Milan, now those are truly exquisite locations. Not every Reserve needs to be that exquisite, however have something that inspires the customer to venture into the shop, other than a cold pressed siphon drip. The outdoor seating is acceptable and youll find a great array of folks who enjoy this location. Parking can be of issue at this location.
Nice interior design, good place to sit & escape the heat
2nd best coffee on the planet. Consistent quality and friendly people.
A fun place to people watch and get a good picture of downtown PSs.Excellent lattes. I was disappointed in the restrooms - not clean - used towels on floor or any toilet paper. I did notify the staff.
Gave my drink to some else and remade me the wrong drink.
There are only couple of these Reserve cafés... you have to come check it out and taste some of the availavle roasts they have!So far that I know of, there is one in Seattle and here in Palm Springs.Does anyone else know where else they have Starbucks Reserve?
A great place for people watching, if you enjoy that. This is the very heart of [downtown] Palm Springs. A lively area, new construction going on. Pkg just 1 bl to the W, behind the Kimpton (hotel). Standard sbux drinks menu, plus their new Reserve special drinks bar. Quite a bit of outdoor seating outside the sbux + just to the W towards the Kimpton. Everybodys here - from the homeless to the truly well-off.
Not much one for Starbucks to be honest but here this is the life of the town in the mornings and the service is high. Manager often walking outside ensuring ppl are taken care off, Ive seen them giving out water, samples, its just a lovely well kept store with high quality friendly ppl. Def a Starbucks Reserve.

Starbucks is always Starbucks - for good and for not so good
Saw this place on Youtube, so thought Id check it out. The exclusive starbucks reserve WOW! The only thing more rude and pompous than the customers, were the employees! First off, NOTHING exclusive or unique about this. Be ready for just a typical starbucks, with long lines and rude employees. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT stop here or waste your time, unless you like being spoken to rudely, dismissive and paying a whole lotta money, for a whole lotta nothin! Only wish I could give it LESS than 1 star!!!
I had a great experience here. There were quite a few things that were sold out but that’s understandable. The Starbucks Reserve menu was a bit limited to say the least. The reserve drinks came in pretty high quality cups considering that they were meant to be thrown away. All in all, I had a good experience.
Love Starbucks coffee...Because it is Awesome!
This is the busiest Starbucks I’ve been to and the barista service is top notch props to you all.
Baristas are rude and they got my order wrong. Its like pick a struggle. It was really crowded and I did not feel safe here.
Love the reserve option and its a really great space
Very efficient and friendly crew.
BEST LOCATION BEST SPOT IN PS
Thank you Mark Torres, lovely meeting you. Great job you Made our day.. Kind, respectful professional friendly service. We are definitely coming back to this Starbucks. Mark Torres was super nice. We really like him. 😊. Great Job
The girl who worked July 30 around 1-5 & was working the cashier was AMAZING. She was sooo nice, made conversation, and based on my drink she gave me a new drink to try! I loved it! I just wish I got her name she was amazing!!! 1000% love this Starbucks! Also everyone there was also supper nice the guy who gave me my drink was sooo nice, there was a little left over in the blender of my drink and he gave me the rest In another cup!! Super nice love him!
Love the reserve locations always large, sleek and modern and the barristas never bat an eyelash at a crazy drink order like at some regular locations.
Not their fastest turnaround but improving
Awesome experience! Sheila was so sweet to help me find exactly what I was looking for and anything else I may have needed. The store was very clean and a great place to hang out!
Busiest Starbucks Ive ever been to. Service can be slow but staff is very friendly and busting hump to try keep up.
Great place to safely enjoy a coffee ( lots of outside seating) and take in the ambiance of palm springs
Busy busy busy but still good service and staff
I do enjoy Starbucks dark roast coffee and a glass of ice water in the morning. Beautiful layout and store, also great crew.
I loved this store. It was my first reserve store to visit and the staff were super friendly and had great suggestions!
Everything you expect from Starbucks and a beautiful patio to enjoy!
Probably the nicest Starbucks I have ever been to. The architecture and design of the interior and exterior is just awesome. Great outdoor seating area. Located at the heart of downtown Palm Springs. Sometimes there are HUGE lines, but the staff is pretty good at moving it along. Great selection of reserve coffees (the Jamaican Blue Mountain) and unique ways of brewing (try the siphon for a full on experience). I frequent often when I’m in town
Good service nice employees
They get some points for trying to be fancy and the whole Reserve brand is a cute effort. But it doesnt matter if you serve coffee via coffee press, pour-over, chemex, or siphon. Bad beans make bad coffee. They barely even have a light roast selection, which is the whole point of pour-over. And watching the poor barista lean over the counter to make the drink, its like the place is set up for fashion over function. I wish they would reserve some quality beans for their reserve Starbucks. But at the end of the day, its the same average Starbucks with a pretty design.
The coffee malt shake is to die for...
Ordered a drink via the app, and they never made it...
I had never been in a Starbucks Reserve store before this trip to Palm Spring. It was a great experience. When our party of 4 was in line we were greated by Gavin who called us over to the bar and had us take a seat while he took our order. He was fun and joked around with our 12 year old. He became Uncle G. The drinks were up quickly and tasted great. The entire staff there seemed very friendly and happy.
Eye-rolling good coffee. I strongly recommend the Melrose with Heavy cream. It is heaven here. Surprised to see how inexpensive the specialty coffees were here. I had to try a few things. No matter how its prepared, coffee is top notch here. Going to Palm Springs, and excited that I get to enjoy Reserve every day!
