H & R Block. Margaret Johnson took care of my tax returns, but more important she eased my anxiety about the whole process, my fear of the IRS that made me literally sick. She was great at distracting me while she punched the numbers and got the job done. I highly recommend Margaret Johnson if you have as bad a negative reaction to the 1040 process as I do.

I went there for lunch time as well and this Publix also has several people making subs so youre not waiting for 2 hours in line! They were very kind. They had great service as well I would recommend this public especially if youre in a hurry to get a sub and get back to work this is a great one to go to!

My worst experience at any publixs ever, All I asked the cashier was Change for $2 so I could get my water jugs filled up she snapped at me rudely and told me go over to the customer service we cant help you here real rudely, I told her I was gonna report her she said I dont care go ahead and report me what kind of customer service is that. I talked to the manager and explained him he said he was gonna take care of it my guess is I dont believe will happen.. If youre having a bad day stay home because you shouldnt take it out on your customers..

Great Publix here, but parking lot can get jammed at peak times.

I was able to order my birthday cake on line and everything came out perfect. Very pleased with the appearance and taste. Whenever I am in town, I will order again at this location.

Went to the gamestop there, it was nice and they did have a version I was looking for but sadly not exactly what I was looking for.

Other than c.r. chicks and the publix deli this place is beat.

I went to my favorite ice cream store. Swirls and had my favorite strawberry cone. Cones are $3.00 and fully packed.

The deli over here always disappoints me. Horrible service. Noone ever really knows what they are doing and there will be Noone in line and everyones too busy chit chatting with each other to take my order. Im never greeted, I just get asked what do I want or get stared at. I say hello and I get nothing in return. I tried to order a pitcraft turkey sub and a woman in the deli had no idea what I was talking about even tho it was on sale. I told her what it was cause I also work in the Publix deli and she insisted I didnt know what I was talking about. So I ended up not getting my sub even tho they had it on sake for that week and had the sticker posted up on the deli counter.

Perfect service.i went there every week.the customer service was patient to help me resolve an issue.i was so happy with the result.Thank you Publix for the great service in our community in Palm Springs Florida.

Always shop are staff is always always polite and courteous and very helpful pharmacies get your prescriptions in and out and even with the vaccination going on at this time they still have the flow of customers in and out very quickly Deli King is very helpful get your team name sandwiches made very quickly one time had an issue but the manager just a very quickly and took care of my needs

Dude, publix is my stuff since 1988... always the greatest customer service... my favorite thing was the rugelach in miami shores store off biscayne in the middle 90s . The best ever made by an older lady...

Very expensive all Publix are by the way. Issue here is I only speak English. They only speak Spanish here. No comprende each other. Cant ask for help. If its truly a Public(x/s) place have bilingual staff on each shift. Not here. Ask a question get passed to the next person 4 times and then give up and figure it out on your own. Not a good trend .

I used Publix online order and curbside pickup which works great. Just wish other shoppers would follow rules and leave the 2 reserved spots for curbside pickup shoppers. Publix requires curbside to be picked up only from these 2 spots. FOLLOW the RULES PEOPLE !!

I went here for the ups store but there was so many other things I was able to take care of while at this plaza. Lots of options & good place to take care of alot of errands quickly.

Masks are required for entry. I see a lot of disinfect cleaning happening. Staff is very helpful.

The merchants that are in this Shopping Center are all first class establishments. Its unfortunate that the customers who patronize them have to navigate a poorly illuminated parking lot at night. It appears that the property managers cant provide safe night time egress through this fine shopping facility. The merchants and their customers deserve better.

Try to get a donation to help with an event going on and nobody wanted to participate. But thats okay because I received other donations from other competitors other shopping centers and it went over awesomely well.

CR Chics was good and pedicure next to them was great with social distancing and rolling walls to seperate me from pedicures. Ofcourse mask were worn also

Visited the jeweler at the North end for an estimate on gold. The price he offered me is lower than one other place that Ive been. When I asked him if my gold is 18kt, he said he thinks so, would test it if I go back to sell it. Jewelers have different systems, but this one should have done more to encourage the purchase, if he was interested.

Publix always has what I need and the bakery the staff is very pleasant

They have a decent selection, but an item they carried regularly and is listed on the website as in stock wasnt there. I asked assistant manager about it,was told they would order it. Went back several times over 3 month period asked several employees all said they would make sure they ordered it never got my product. Its still not in stock.

I recently moved to the area. This Publix will be my new grocery store for sure. Its clean, well organized and well stocked.

I usually go to Publix in this plaza but I decided to try Amigos for their 99cent margarita as advertised. I was not disappointed. The food was very, very good and seemed fresh. Staff was friendly and attentive. I really liked their chips and salsa, which they gave 3 dips! I will definitely recommend this place and come back again.

Publix in this plaza is great place for quick shopping. If your in a hurry, dont shop during rush hour. Getting in and out of plaza can be frustrating. Many other shops make it a one stop shopping plaza.
