I anticipated having a few basic foods for my multi week excursion, that is the reason I went to this specific supermarket. Every one of my ideal food sources, conveniences, canned merchandise, and so on were there. Additionally, the saleslady was obliging, neighborly, and well mannered. She was the individual that I am glad to meet with. Right now, I understood that I was adequately fortunate to visit that shop today.

Th butcher shop is really nice, good and fresh vegetables, nice staff

Checkout speed is the most important thing to me in a grocery story. For this reason, Stater Bros. fails.I only visit this store once every few months, but every time I do, Im reminded of why Im not a regular customer. There is usually only one checkout lane open, and so I end up spending half my time waiting in line. Im not sure why they dont open self-checkout lanes. I imagine the union has something to do with it.Sorry, guys, but until you decide to place a greater importance on customer service, Ill continue to avoid shopping at your store.

Good produce is hard to find, but usually really nice here. I try not to have to buy the meat. Staff are pleasant and helpful, and they give you their attention when you need it. The store is very well-organized and clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff, professional crew members and you will always be greeted with a smile, CLEAN, well stocked and if you cant find what youre looking for, they always check the back!

The grocery store is really well maintaining they keep the shells valley stocked and the register clerks are very kind of generous and have really good service

Such a wonderful experience I just had to write. Rosa my checker was friendly and engaging. She guided the front end helpers to assure the elderly woman ahead of me had help to her car while not slowing down the line in her quick lane.Sushi chefs were also very helpful and high quality products. I recommend the ahi rolls and have my eye on the reasonably priced entertainment tray for my next party.It was also impressive to see the manager in his long sleeved white dress shirt overseeing the parking lot staff to collect all the carts and help keep order.A well run ship! Stater Bros is known for their meat counter which is excellent. What I like even more is the produce section which is always well stocked. The store is very clean, wide aisles and the staff are friendly.

I found this Stater Bros. Market to be the most impressive sb store I have ever shopped at . I have to tell you every Item I was after was where it could be located easily . The aisles were wide enough for multiple shoppers and the varieties of available sodas and other Bevs including Beers, Wines, & Spirits are a delight to experience .Thanks & Well Done n. I have always liked Stater Bros. Its always immaculate, the produce is very fresh and the service is good. They also always prepare for the holidays with attractive displays. Today they had a wonderful Valentines Day display!

I truly enjoy shopping at the Stater Bros. On Sunrise& Vista Chino theyre always so clean and organized, usually all of them. It just seems this one has alot of bulk items. The staff is always polite, the flowers and plants are fresh and healthy!

Stater Brothers is a very well kept clean store with a large selection of meats produce and grocery items. There were many aisles as is the case these days that were rather empty such as paper products disinfectants and other items impacted by covid-19. I have noticed that Stater Brothers prices have been consistently getting higher and they dont have a decent reward program at all so its difficult to save good money there. But they do have a lot of faithful clients and I think they are doing very well

Ive never had any problems at this Staters. Simply mind your business, and get what you need, pay, and leave. I try to smile just to make peoples day. Even with a face mask, people can feel positive vibes. Thats needed right now.

I like Staters. I was out of town when I came here. Its a nice store. All staff were masked appropriately. I felt safe. All shelves well stocked . Just one thing. The frozen food items were not where the label on the front describing them were. Like a price label said Mexican dinner but were chicken dinners. Maybe the prices wont be correct and that wouldnt be good.

The only problem I have with this starer bro. Is their pricing. Its a problem big time because this happens to me over and over. They price an item for sale then I go home and look at the receipt and find out I was charged regular price. Then I keep having to return to store to show them. I do this over and over.

I havent shopped at Staters in years. Reason is their selection is so small. I drive to Cat City to do grocery shopping

Prices typically lower than other nearby markets, and excellent deli selections; although much smaller overall grocery selection store-wide compared to larger stores, such as Walmart or Albertsons. Store is well maintained and very clean. You’d get your money’s worth here. 🌟

Ive been shopping here for 9+ years. My dad always call Albertsons the dollar more store because they sell the same exact products for $1 more. Stater Bros is great quality at reasonable prices. I usually dont have a problem here but the other day when I went in I happened to ask one of the employees a woman where something was he snapped at me like I was out of line then I went down an aisle and there was a woman there stocking the freezer section he acted like I didnt belong there and told me to wait she move in a minute and she went along and kept stocking the freezer look at me with evil eyes as she rolled them in about 4 minutes later she moved out of my way if they would do their job when theyre supposed to they wouldnt be in the customers way when theyre trying to go down the aisle big letdown I will go to the one down the street I wont return to this one

I love this place. The prices are amazing and this stores store brand of just about anything you can think of. Store brand is awesome. The checkers feel like family.

Girls that worked in the deli today are extremely lazy and lie to the costumers. They claim to not have make the sandwiches but lied because I used to work at the stater bros deli. I spoke with manager and they told her they ran out of bread, why couldnt they said that in the first place? Just do your job.

I had several times where the prices of the products are incorrect and clearly not my fault. They always seem to refused the price thats labeled vs the price that it rings up. They make such a big deal over a buck when they shouldnt have to tell you Ill dont this time but.. retail is retail Ive been there for many years, but if its clearly a mistake made by the store they should just do the adjustments and not make it sound like you are wrong and they are doing a favor to you. I never say anything and always just pay the price that rings up because I dont want to have the hassle of the enployee running clear down the store for a dollar price discrepancy and make the line behind me wait. But its happend so many times where I just let it go Ill just shop at Ralphs where they really take care of their customers and do not make you and other customers wait for a buck. Just make sure you check your recipient to ensure you pay what you should.

My go to place. Amid the CoVid19 procedures they follow through. On this particular occasion I was putting together a meal for a bereaved family in the community. I called to see what offers where out there. The first location had me on the phone waiting for almost 30 minutes just to tell me they dont make those orders this late in the day. It was 1730 when I inquired. Everybody stressed out these days. So I thanked him and continued my search. Called Stater Deli. Someone picked up before the second ring. Took my order and asked me what time I needed it. In shock, I replied when its ready. She said I can have this ready in 30 minutes. Here is my info. Thank you so much for not giving me the run around. Got there order was waiting for me like a drive through... Keeping it moving. In and out the store in 15 minutes. This wasnt just a small order either. PSO: Staters accepting all business. Ill frequent. 😉👉

Its their meat that made them famous and the main reason I shop there also all of their stores are set up all the same so no matter what store you shop at even the one they set up in the infield at the Nascar track in Fontana everything is in the same place so you dont have to wander around looking for things.

A local grocery company that has competitive pricing especially on own brand. Their meat dept. counter always has a sale on selected items. Great deal on chicken breast when buying your own quantity by pound.

One of my favorite grocery store chains. Every store is usually about the same as far as how they’ve stocked everything. There isn’t one area that’s lacking and they also have a friendly staff for the most part. Shout out to the Meat Department!! I try to come here for all my grocery needs and it saves me a ton of money in comparison to the other grocery store chains.

They have great sushi now. The produce is very nice at this location.

The store is always very clean.Ive been a some in other cities and well....Everyone is so very nice and patient with me.Sometimes I have to use the motorized cart and they are always very helpful.My only concern is for the ones getting the carts.The store should provide some kind of hat.Its extremely hot here.

Groceries. Fried chicken is addictive. Probably has all the ingredients for your next meal. There also freshly made sushi, and its really good.
