I use to love going in on my way home in the morning to get breakfast but lately there isnt anything out other then on Mondays and Tuesdays...not sure whats going on but I started thinking about hitting McDonalds. Well this morning was the icing on the cake, stopped and grabbed 2 items and walked up to the counter, The cashier help the person in front of me then walked away to go talk to his homeless Friend that just walked in and went to the hot plate few min later he walked over to the counter talking to him still.. never said anything to me other then is that everything, I said yes but why are you double charging me (wouldnt happen if he was paying attention to what he was doing)? He said oh Im sorry, then I ask him If he would like me to step aside so he could finish talking to the guy behind me cause that was what he was going when he was helping me....Im sorry but thats not customer service, theyre 3 ladys in there I love going in and seeing but the rest of them need classes....dont believe Ill be back

Always clean, well stocked, friendly staff. Its a one stop mini truck stop type store, fuel (vehicle, home heating, propane, and diesel), car and pet wash, RV dump station. Hot food, ice cream, auto/truck/RV supplies, groceries, high end snacks, fishing gear and licensing. Who could ask for more?

Love to shop at local Alaskan businesses and this location in Houston is amazing for those of us who live past Big Lake! Love that they have a few more grocery items than the normal gas stations, especially if u just need 1 or 2 things and dont want to run all the way into town

Its sad no customer svc skills. Some blonde lady. What are hiring managers doing hiring young adults with no skills for general paying customers. Treat everyone the same! Db

My son and I stopped in a week ago to get fishing licenses and supplies. Because my son is under 16, he only need a Harvest card. The Attendant was unable to figure out how to print the Harvest card, and since there was a line behind me, I requested to pay up and come back another time. After I paid, I went out to the car and was getting ready to leave when I recalled that we forgot hooks, so I went back in. As I approached the counter (the line of people had left) the associates were still trying to figure out how to print a Harvest card! They were on the phone with an associate at the Wasilla store and determined there must be an issue with that specific location, so they offered to have it printed at the Wasilla store where I could pick it up! Who does this?? No one in the lower 48, thats who! Of course the Wasilla store is a site to behold, so we spent a bunch of money on cool stuff.Three Bears knows customer service!

A nifty place for gas and snacks when getting on highway to Glennallen, AK. Fresh coffee and plenty of soft drink choices.

This new convenience stop has all the convenience needed or missing in Palmer; right up until you ask for propane and then ur waiting minimum of 20-30 min and the customer service turns a bit sour. TheYoung ladies do not like to get propane and/or do their jobs. The young man is always helpful and friendly. I’ve called multiple times to inquire when propane service ends. I’ve hear 8, 9 and 10pm. I believe it’s 9pm at this point but if you get there at 8:55 do NOT expect a warm reception. If the attendants refuse; respectfully remind them of the policies, remind them of their job duties and ask to speak to a manager (won’t be on site this late).

Little bit of everything. Good location. Stop here almost every other day for smokes and coffee.

They always have what Im looking for...wait...I actually have to take that back...there has been one thing that they dont seem to carry anymore, which makes me very sad because it was my ultimate favorite thing. And that was the big chocolate chunk muffins. OmG they are sooooo good!! I would literally by at least 6 everytime I stopped there. And was so sad one day several months ago and found out that they no longer were selling them 😳😣😞!! Please 3BEARS bring them back?!!?

Sudzy Salmon car wash is fantastic. Gets the vehicle clean and the workers looked they were actually enjoying their jobs - doing some little dance moves while spraying.....made me smile!

Heidi, doesnt know how to use a counterfeit pen properly. And was extremely rude about her mistake. Jenn a larger woman has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Never smiles, exasperated sighs when asked to do her job. If it wasnt for Benny, I would never go back there even though I am a gold rewards member.
