Great place to chill, but didn’t get my order right.Ordered a Frappuccino with no whip but still got whip on my drink

Let’s give a try, ‘photo-enthusiasts’!!!I was here for the first time, as other Starbucks I’ve been so far in the U.S, this place is absolutely polite, and fast service. Me as international student myself love that so much.Also, one more point makes me up to write a review/feedback for this place is that there are many decorative painted walls around here which you’re gonna be guaranteed to have amazing photos. 🤩

I come to this Starbucks regularly. And like most Starbucks Ive visited, the service is average, usually a pretty long line on certain days, lots of space, and a clean bathroom (compared to majority of cafes I have been to).Being that my name (not that my account name is credibally real, but similar), is remotely un-American, and very uncommon around here, the cash register almost always spells my name wrong, but I suppose it is understandable. Personally, I love ordering the Vanilla Caramel Decaffeinated Latte. A phenomenal cold and refreshing drink.

The service and the meal were wonderful.

Counting hundreds of coins and didn’t even wash hands before taking an order and even worse serving coffee. They should have better employee training.

Poor - the staff spend more time chatting to each other than acknowledging and helping the customers.

Great Starbucks location, much better than the one near my home. Drinks quality is very consistent. Service folks are friendly and make it a point to get to know you.

I came here a few different times and theyve lost a customer. I always feel rushed by the cashier Alexa she is inattentive when you talk to her its like everything you say is going in one ear and out the other. Extreme negligence, and if you want quality service dont go here.

Its nice cafe to work, sit, chat, close to Stanford campus and on very lively street. Mostly its not super busy and they have outdoor seating as well.

As far as Starbucks goes, this is a pretty good one. Plenty of space, good service, clean restrooms, good location... Why not?

The staff here are very friendly. The store manager, Theo is very customer focused and friendly. They recently redesigned the place as well which looks good. The internet speed is very good here.

Its Starbucks, consistent and always a long line. I wish they had gluten free baked goods, those breakfast sammies look good.

The chocolate chip cookie was good, but the vanilla latte didnt have any vanilla taste and the coffee tasted off.

Got here right when they opened before a bike tour. Grabbed coffee and a breakfast item. Store was a mess as they were remodeling while open, no problem, it happens. The staff was all rather rude though... wouldnt be my first choice if I was in the area again.

Typically visit this location during the Palo Alto Farmers Market. Its crowded, but the line moves quickly. Lots of interesting people to talk to as well!

Packed never any seating to many people seat there on their on their computers for wi-fi & image status. Look at me, Im at Starbucks on my computer acting like Im getting work done, and I dont even drink coffee or tea or even eat Starbucks food, I just want to be seen here!

Denal Cauanny and Jenny are very professional and friendly, and always smile; will give 5stars if everyone else working there is like that.They become better and better now, so five stars no doubt.

Ive been coming here everyday for the last month and not one of any of the morning people ever greets with a smile or is being friendly at all. Normally, i would know names of the baristas already after a couple regular visits but people here doesnt seem to be happy to be at work. Yes theyre quick with service but still sucks for not even wearing a smile on their faces. It makes a big difference to start your day with a cup of coffee and a friendly greeting to come with it.

My new #1 Starbucks despite the fact their app ordering system is not up. However, this place is nice and spacious after the new remodel.

REALLY GOOD, but you should expect a long line. Its your basic type starbucks and of course that means a chill vibe with a nice atmoshpere. The sandwhiches are also good so dont only get coffee 😅

The manager goes outside and smokes in front of the alley where everyone has to pass through. The amount of traffic that goes through this place is too much with people squatting for hours at the tables where you can never find a place to sit for just one second. This is one of the worst coffee shops in the area

Poor service to walk in customers while phone in orders are top priority while walks wait thirty minutes while you wait for Starbucks to make phone in orders first top priority. Hope you have time to wait
