Not a good breakfast place. Maybe better for to-go drinks. We got our drinks well after our food. This was probably due to understaffing. A single person was taking orders and making drinks on a Saturday morning. Everything was fine but not special.

We came in for breakfast and we were more than a little disappointed with the experience. My boyfriend ordered first on his own, and received his meal last after an entire family of four and my food. I got the breakfast crêpe and he got the carne mechada arepa. His single cornmeal bun had no seasoning or buttery taste to it but was more like plain cream of wheat with a 2-3 oz portion of a not so great beef stew, it could have strongly benefited from some type of salsa or something. The salad side was decent but the flavors of the dressing did not complement the entree. Mine was plain, the Gouda tastes more like a light Swiss and the over all flavor was pancake with little else shining through. Over all the food was very plain and over priced. From the photos and pricing we saw before we ordered were expecting bigger portions and bold flavors but sadly this was not the case. If you’re desperate for a little caffeine I’m sure this place works but if you’re looking for a good meal I don’t recommend it. Although even for drinks I wasn’t completely happy with my latte and the orange juice was $4.25 for a very basic store bought juice even the drinks weren’t the best. Won’t be returning.

Loved the coffee that they serve here. I went on a weekday morning and it was not that crowded too. Good service as well.

Great coffee, Poor service qualityI had the experience of coming around 10 times lately in this cafe to buy a coffee.Exactly 6 times the store did not have the coffee ready. Strange..6 times they made me wait for around 10 minutes to prepare the coffee, each and every time, while behaving just as if that was a normal situation.The reason we return is that we really like the coffee, and we live very nearby in Palo Alto.I was wondering every time and then finally I asked.Am I allowed as a customer to kindly ask if I don’t enjoy something?-It was unexpected. And repeated 6 times. So, yes, I think I do.The person working started giving me some excuses accusing the previous shift for the circumstances.To my bigger surprise, finally, he told me that I’m coming late.It was very rude, it was 10am and I came mostly between 9.30-10am.Overall, I was astounded.I did not expect excuses, maybe just an acknowledgment and better service next time.I did not want to leave a bad review just because of that.I came 2-3 times after and met the same person. I was treated in a very impolite manner. Very different from the customers in front of me. Is really that a way how your treat unsatisfied customers?Unfortunately, no service delivered.At the end :) your cafe in Ramona street is not far either and your stuff there is much more appreciative for the work they do.

Great place for coffee. I enjoy Americanos and this place has a Venezuelan style Americano called a Guayoyo and it is delicious. I havent tried the blossom coffee but it looks promising. The food looks decent but also pricey. Over all definitely worth checking out if only for the coffee!

Very great customer service. Nice ambiance. Food and food presentation was amazing. My husband and I had breakfast which again was great, but they have lunch and dinner options as well. Highly recommend!

Excellent staff, food is great. Great place to wait for the Caltrain. Staff was very kind to a pregnant lady who needed to use the bathroom, I ended up buying something, which was very tasty.

There are very unique selections of tea and coffee. In addition, the teapots and fancy teabags really set the mood of this high quality cafe.

My go-to place for a Palo Alto coffee meeting. The menu is huge and all great. Never as crowded as the downtown PA location. Easy parking. Short walk to Caltrain. I just love it.

Way too expensive. Their small size coffee is kids size. It is barely 2 ounces and costs 4.25$. not worth it. Their tiger spice chai latte is good but again quantity is way too less for the price!

I usually have only a short time here since Im always running for a train but I like going to this Cafe as it truly the best! They make great coffee drinks and have pastries on hand but I have grown to truly like their grab and go salads. Well, worth a vist!

Consistently good drinks. The smoothies and elephant chai are fabulous. Good burgers if youre hungry.

I thought that the coupa Cafe was cute and well situated, the staff were friendly.The three stars were for the price of the drinks and the washroom. The restroom looked like it would have a changing table but it didn’t :(

Good coffee shop. they have wifi, outlets, and variety of seats. I dunno why but I cant read app pages for my iPhone with their wifi. maybe because of the network type?and bit too cold the air conditioning for me.

Amazing food! We had a Lytton bfast, a banana crepe, almond croissant, burger, cappuccinos and hot chocolate.

Excellent coffee. Very friendly staff. I come here sometimes to just get some work done away from my desk. Great place to hang out for a while. My recommendation: get the best gelato in the area from next door and then get your coffee from Coupa - perfect afternoon break.The lunch choices for salads are good, the arepas are only so so.

Love the space of this location, a relaxed open atmosphere, not stuffy like downtown. But one major drawback is there is no sweets or chocolates here!

Ive been to several of the Coupa locations. The coffee and tea are consistently good. The food varies quite a bit-- the one in Los Altos has reliably good breakfast, but this one was disappointing.

Palo Alto classic with Palo Alto prices. Coffee is freshly made and the breakfast tacos are deliciously simple, but that hefty $20 price tag on every visit limits my frequency here. Its just coffee and eggs, after all.

All the great drinks and some of the baked goods from the main store on Ramona. The Spicy Maya Hot Chocolate is outstanding and the Marron is a great, stiff latte. Its a lot less crowded than the store on Ramona.

Overall I think they did a good job with their second downtown Palo Alto Coupa location. I wish they had kept some of the pasta dishes they had at the first location.

The best place to work or meet near downtown Palo Alto. Its not as crowded as the Romona location, and they have both grab-and-go food and made-to-order.

Good place for a coffee, right opposite to the Palo Alto Caltrain station.

Lytton is a noisy street, particularly the corner that Coupa is on. Still, the outdoor patio is nice and the entire place is far less cramped than the other Coupa location. I find myself frequenting this spot due to it being just slightly off the beaten path of University and therefore offering a less bustling ambiance. The Chai is super sweet (as Ive come to expect at most places), would recommend the cafe au lait.

Wish the hours were longer; more relaxed branch of Coupa with delicious french fries.

Not as funky as the older one in town, but still a nice place to come.

Pricy, but a decent breakfast. (Huevos Rancheros). Still a solid and consistent cup of coffee. The shots are smooth (rarely burned) and the lattes are creamy.

Coffee and wifi, more quiet and spacious than the old coupa. just as many if not more vc meetings youll have to eavesdrop on.

I really enjoy Coupa Cafe as a meetup spot for meetings, but every time I go there the espresso drinks seem burnt. Great location but Ive never had a good drink.

Different menu than the other location. Burrata panini was delicious, side salad was ok, but $12?!? I guess thats the convenience price for being near Caltrain. Friends have tried the mushroom and chicken tacos, those are very overpriced (no side beans or rice and the toppings werent generous - go to Tacolicous instead).

Specially with their enlarged sitting place a great place to go and get your coffee or other drinks or food. Lots of special chocolate, but like all things there it is pretty pricy.
