I have gone to Pride for years for my personal vehicles and company vehicles. Just recently I went a local tire distributor to get new tires on my vehicle. Pride Auto in Parker had put my previous set of tires on about 2-3 years. While this other tire shop was changing out my tires, one of the locking tire lugs on one of my tires had seized and the socket key that came equipped with my car stripped in the middle of the tire change. The tire distributor that bought my tires from could not extract the locking lug off the tire. I called Pride Auto in Parker since they had changed out my tires previously. Of course that company pointed the finger at ones who previously changed out tires (Pride) for possibly over torqueing my locking lug. I know for a fact that Pride is very professional and provides honest and quality work. When I called and spoke to Vince and Lehland at the Parker store, they told me to come right over and they would see what they could do. Pride had no problem taking on the difficult task of removing the seized lug. The task was quite invasive to extract the lug with an air hammer which scratched up the rim. Nonetheless, Pride and their team of mechanics got the job done quickly, returned the car back to the place where the new tires were being installed, and replaced my rim at no cost. That folks, is absolutely the BEST service and that is why I will continue to bring my business and referrals to Pride Auto Care. Thank you Vince and Lehland! You guys and your team are the best. I had interactions with 5 different people at this location and they were all very friendly, professional and courteous. They were able to help me the same day I called. I dropped it off just before closing and they had diagnosed it by 0730 the next day. I have always gone to the dealer but they have been very backed up the last few times. I will be using this company from now on. Very pleasantly surprised!

Been taking my vehicle and my daughters vehicle here for a few years now. Had an issue with my truck after some off roadn. They quickly identified and fixed the issue same day. As others have stated, they arent the cheapest around but you know youll get an honest answer, not going to try and upsell a bunch of marginal items you may or may not need, and theyll get the job done when they say it will be done. Definitely a breath of fresh air in an industry thats not always on the up and up.

Fantastic everytime. Recently, I told them I was on a time crunch. I said I had 90 minutes, they did everything in 45. Unbelievable customer service, and always super nice.

We brought a Jeep in for concern of a large clunk on downshifts, a large coolant leak and a tick from the engine bay. We spent THOUSANDS on repairs, and months of running the vehicle back and forth from the shop. The clunk was not remedied at all after paying for their suggested repair. After replacing nearly the entire cooling loop, the radiator cracked after they tightened clamps and it took 3 trips for them to figure this out. As for the tick, they completely disregarded and said it was “normal for the vehicle”. (We later found out it was a cracked manifold, which I suggested they check as that is fairly common). This shop did the bare minimum, and was extremely unprofessional when we questioned their process after many failed attempts to fix things. They stated that unless they couldn’t physically see a problem, they wouldn’t even diagnose it, and that they “don’t have a crystal ball” to see problems. We practically had to beg for further diagnosis. After all of the trouble, not a single repair was proper, and we had it all redone at another shop (Anthony’s Gold Auto Care). This took 3 days and just over $1000 and our Jeep feels brand new. Surprise, it was exactly the suspected problems we asked Pride to look at. The only way I would recommend this shop is if you want to waste your time and money, or if you would rather wait until your car is having major issues, as they advised me to keep driving mine until the issue was no longer “preventative maintenance”. But Phil was lovely, a reputable shop should consider hiring him.👌🏼

These guys are fantastic, and I will always trust them with my cars when bringing them in. It seems like I am a repeat customer with my Jeep (my fault usually...its a jeep :) ) and absolutely every time I need their services they have been more than cordial and professional, and done a wonderful job on my Jeep. One of my first experiences with Pride was to remedy a horrendous death wobble and alignment issue (if you have a Jeep, you know this one) that these guys assessed and fixed in under a day and had me back on the road. Well, that wobble came back quickly and I called them right away and they mentioned a recall that had popped up just after the fix on the steering dampener that they replaced right away and at no cost to me. Now my Jeep is in their hands again working through a much bigger problem with engine oil severely leaking and working through getting the car to their shop with Matt and subsequently working through the fix process with Nick has been fantastic. While I may be a bad student in that my Jeep seems to always be in detention, these guys at Pride always take care of it and are just fantastic to work with. Would recommend anyone to this shop with any vehicle

Pride Auto Care was recommended to me by a neighbor when we spotted an oil stain in the driveway. I kind of put off going becuase going in to most shops is an extremely anxiety producing trip for me. Ive had one to many experiences with super pushy shops who would try to upsell me like crazy and push uneeded expensive repairs on me every time I came in for an oil change. Anyway I finally just couldnt put it off anymore. Well luckily it turns out the hesitation was completely unnecessary. I had nothing but a great experience with Pride Auto Care. They did a great job looking over my truck top to bottom and of course there were a couple issues but they were not pushy at all about it. It was more of a Hey just so you know these are some things we found all backed up with pictures. I will only be taking my truck here from now on and its nice to know I dont have to dread bringing it in for general maintenance for fear of feeling pushed around. Also as a plus the repair they did do was super fast, the waiting room even though I didnt use it for fear of my toddler screaming the walls down, looked super clean and cozy, and every one of the staff was super nice and attentive. Special shout out to Nick, thanks for being awesome and taking so much time to explain everything. I will be recommending Pride to all my friends .

Over heard a conversation about this place at a computer store. I am glad I followed their recommendation. I was treated with respect. Being a woman I was prepared to be defensive if needed. But there was no need. They took the time to explain things to me. I did not get the feeling they were trying to take advantage of me at all. When I came to get my vehicle they called me by my name. I did not expect that because it was my first time doing business with them. The gentleman got my keys wiped them down, wiped my car seat, and door handle. Then politely open car for me to get into it. The service was just AWESOME! My car runs great. Will go back to them and recommend them as well.

I have spent Thousands of dollars here but I just felt I was over charged this last time for the following:ADVANCED DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE LEVEL 2 TO REMOVE BROKE TUBO SUBTOTAL: $154.00 FEED LINE BOLT(Not sure if this is the work it took or the amount of time) this issue wasnt broken when I walked into the door it happened during the process. Not blaming anyone just feel I shouldnt have been charged for it bc the issue didnt exist till it was in the shop.They tell you its btw A-price and B-price and its always the higher. Everyone is feeling the pain but again the issue wasnt broken when I went arrived. I would still recommend these guys. Just watch the prices.The Team is Great and Workers do Great work. I just wasnt happy about the charge.

This was the first time I have used this shop and they truly impressed me. They got me in quick on an urgent repair, they fixed my truck quickly and the price was right. Actually I had a Dodge Charger rental and was a bit disappointed that they were done so quickly. I got my car towed there and provided information on what I thought was wrong with it. I was told my car would never start again, my fuel pump broke, and my fuel line burst.They gave me an estimate of $2,000 for repair. I asked why it was so expensive and was told the parts were half and labor was the other. I was able to find the parts they asked for for about $200 total. Upon asking if I could bring in my own parts I was told no.I stated that I needed to get my car to my normal mechanic because I cant afford that. I was met with the condescending response of take out a loan. I stated I cant do that and asked to have it be left outside.After the tow truck gets there he was able to start my car and there was no scent of gas. Theres an obvious issue with the car but it wasnt a fuel issue. The car was delivered to my normal mechanic in northglenn and he informed me that theres nothing wrong with the fuel pump or line. The engine was dry and had stalled.They didnt seem to actually look at my car and took the information I gave and rolled with it.

Pride truly stepped up for me. Huge blemish/bubble in my tires sidewall. I did not purchase the tire from them, brought it in and they told me they would take care of all the warranty paperwork for me. Its surrounded by new development, and it is one of the best mechanic shops I have been to in awhile (based off my first experience.) I will be back again for as long as I live in Parker. The mechanics are well certified, just check out their website!I got 4 new tires on my 2002 Subaru, plus some additional fixes to increase the cars ability to drive on those tires well. I didnt feel like I was being pressured into getting anymore services then my car needed. I was also given a diagnostic of the car. Mike at the front desk explained everything and gave me some solid advice. He owns a Subaru himself.I recommend this mechanic shop! There is good energy at this place, and I want it to be successful.

I started going to Pride Auto over off County Line 12 years ago. We moved to Parker 5 years ago and I now bring my cars here every time I need something. Theyre so honest and wont charge you if something isnt wrong! The work they perform is solid and they always guarantee their work. Its so hard to find a good auto shop you can trust. I have been bringing in my car to Pride Auto Care since 2003, which should say it all. Recently I brought my car in for routine maintenance and to check for any other issues. Though there has been many changes in how they process their care of your vehicle they have never lost the personal touch to the customer. I loved the new system of sending a text of what they suggested being done and all you had to do was approve online what you wanted them to do. Very fast and efficient! I had a flat tire that I urgently needed to be fixed. The night before, everything was already closed so I called Pride Auto first thing in the morning asking if there was any way that I could get in right away so I could still make most of my busy work day. They were professional, kind and on time!!! I was so incredibly grateful that my flat tire didn’t ruin a full day. I will absolutely go back. I highly recommend their services.

I probably broke my baby (my Jeep SRT8) by inadvertently overfilling refrigerant with an OTC can and a inaccurate guage. Ended up finding out my AC problem was a Blend door actuator gear which I fixed. Unfortunately, overfilling caused the combination transmission cooler and ac condenser to fail, starting to leak transmission fluid. Pride Auto confirmed my assessement, and had my baby fixed under half a day. They did a solid job at a fair price (under the estimate actually) very efficiently. (communication was solid as well BTW)

I just had service done on my car and they found that the gasket on my oil pan was leaking. They quoted me a price to repair it, but suggested I check with the dealership first as it should be covered under warranty. They were correct. What awesome customer service!!

We used to go to PRIDE on Broadway (near 470) for our car repairs for years. And last few times they started to up sell me things that I didn’t need. Also they replaced 2 front piñon seals and one was still leaking . It was supposed to be under warranty but they said it was ok, it was not leaking. Then I took My truck to their second location in Parker, and guess what that location said... yes, my piñon seal was leaking. You want to recharge the ac coolant, they upswell u entire ac check, u wanna change a radiator- they up sell you a transmission flush with it... u know, when u have this weird feeling that someone is lying right into your face ... that’s kind of my feeling now about this place. So how would u bring your car for a repair to this place if there is no more trust.

The guys at Pride Auto Care took excellent care of my Tacoma and their customer service is second to none. I’m extremely picky with where I have my truck serviced because of bad experiences with other shops in town and Pride was able to diagnose the problem and fix it immediately.I called them several times when my truck was in the shop and they took the time to explain everything that was going on and walked me step by step how they were going to fix the problem. Even when I had further questions they went the extra mile and got the technician on the phone with me so I could hear first hand from somebody that was actually doing the work on my truck.If you’re looking for exceptional customer service I would highly recommend going to Pride Auto Care.

I took my recently acquired used truck in for a full maintenance update expecting close to $1,000 in replacement fluids and brakes. They told me all I needed was a brake fluid flush and everything else looked great. Amazing honesty and customer service!

Wonderful!!! The repairs on my car took a very long time because specific parts had to be ordered, then they didnt fit right and the manufacturer had to come out and take a look. Long story short, it was a long 10 days that my car was at Pride. Leland was AMAZING through the entire process from explaining the exact problem, to the cost and the repairs he was honest and it made for a wonderful first experience at Pride. When additional work was necessary he was quick to order the parts, get the repair done and recheck the work that was done the work before. I am so appreciative of the honesty and care I received, I will definitely return to Pride in the future.

I had a blow out and they ordered a replacement tire, explained the tire pressure management system was monitoring the blown tire sitting in the back which is why I kept getting an error message, changed out my tire and did an oil change while I waited. I was thrilled with the level of service I received when I brought my car in for new brakes. I received a detailed explanation of the work that needed to be done and the breakdown of what was charged. I was taken promptly and the work was completed when promised. I think they are terrific and would not hesitate to use them again.

Best auto place I have ever been to. The prices may seems a bit steep compared to other local big names but it is worth it because they are very honest guys who give you honest opinions about whether or not you need to get something done and or not. My entire immediate family takes their cars there, and for 6 years, the one tiny mistake they made was resolved instantly and commendably. A technician did not tighten a valve on one of my tires all the way so it slowly leaked into a flat by the next day, and even though I noticed it right as the close up, they drove out, put a spare on it, drove it back to the shop, checked what the issue was, and brought it back to me, of course free of charge, but after hours and immediately. I was very impressed by this commitment to customer service.

I have never had this experience as a woman at a garage and they are the BEST! They make me feel like family and I am always pleased with the work I have done there.

Ive used Pride Auto Care several times and have always been pleased with how promptly they get to my vehicle for diagnostic testing and repairs. Their prices are fair and their work is good.

Considering that it is never a good feeling to have your truck unexpectedly break down, these guys made it as good as possible. They diagnosed and communicated my options, and then got it done within the same day. I will continue to bring my vehicles to these guys for sure. Nice to know there is an honest local place to service and fix my vehicles.

Todays cars will last many years if they are properly maintained. I hate car payments! So Ive been taking my cars to Pride Auto Care in Parker for nearly 10 years now. I always get fast, reliable and courteous service there. I highly recommend them.

I am a single woman and you know how we can get taken advantage of in some car repair shops - not at Pride. I have been going there for years and I will not take my car anywhere else for any repair or maintenance it may need. Just got my oil change done today and bought a set of tires and got the alignment! I am good to go! Ladies - if you dont go to Pride, you are crazy!

I have come to this shop 3 times now for some big issues with my car. The staff is always friendly and professional. More than that I have come to trust the knowledge of the people that work here. They listen to me describe the problems best I can then go check it out and get back to me with what they found before fixing it to make sure I can afford it and want to proceed. Each quote they gave me for the work and parts stayed the same from start to finish.After years of trying to find a good mechanic I can trust and the negative experiences I had I am happy, and so relieved, to have found this shop. I know if I have a problem they will take care of me, be honest about the work and cost, and that the work holds up for years to come.

Great, honest service! I was referred by a colleague, and as luck would have it my car broke down on the day of my first appointment. Pride went above and beyond, calling a tow, looking at my car right away, explaining why it broke down and what I needed to focus on fixing right away and what I could prepare to budget and fix in a month or two. They fixed it quickly and have gained a loyal customer! Thank you for all you do!

Im always a little cautious about where I take my car since I have had bad experiences in the past. Pride Auto definitely changed my feelings about auto repair shops! Walked in without an appointment and less than 24hours later I had my Jeep back. They were even kind enough to give me a ride home! They have good prices and GREAT customer service and great turnaround time! They definitely will have our business in the future! Thank you Mark and all the mechanics who took care off my Jeep!

The staff is always honest and the price is always fair. I have never paid for unnecessary services, like I have at the dealer or other shops. At my recent 30k service, my car was inspected from bumper-to-bumper and I was only charged for the items that needed replacement. None of this we replace everything as a preventative maintenance when the fluids/filters were still serviceable.

I cant say enough good things about the service and people at Pride Auto Care. Many say it is difficult to get the quality of service that we got in the good old days. Pride Auto is a fine example of the good old days service. I have full confidence in them and appreciate quality of service they deliver.

Pride Auto Care has been our go-to mechanic for years. From the ownership to the service technicians, every person is friendly, helpful and responsive. They will not recommend unnecessary repairs or give you a hard sell. Many times, they have returned our car to us without charging anything b/c they did not recommend a repair at that particular time. Its refreshing to work with people who are honest and who honestly care about their customers. We dont trust anyone else with our familys vehicles.

The guys at Pride Auto Care are always great at servicing our vehicles. The prices are reasonable and they really check out my car and let me know what is going to need serviced soon. No pressure sales.
