Took a bit longer than expected but overall not a bad spot. Much cheaper for an oil change on our Audi than going to the dealer, a bit cheaper than the quoted price too. Faster service than the dealer as well. They made aware a couple of issues going on with our vehicle but didnt try and oversell, or pressure for a sale to get more out of it. Ill definitely be back again.

No one likes an unexpected car repair. But they happen. When they do, go here. They saved me a ton. My AC compressor went out on my Subaru. I took it to the dealership and the quoted me over $1500. I felt like I was being hustled. I called Parker Imports to get a comparison and they were under $900. I really appreciate their honesty and fair pricing. They got it in and done quickly. It’s nice to get a car repair done without being ripped off.

I use these guys for my aging Audi. They’re knowledgeable about the brand, do quick service at fair prices. Parking lot is a little crowded, but that’s a good sign. Be aware that if you take an Uber from here, your default pickup location might be Parker Rd, which is not good, so pay attention. Otherwise, great service from these guys.

I first visited Parker Imports because I side-swiped by side mirror. The cost to fix it was super affordable and they took care of it in one day. I have since been there twice where he has replaced my key battery at no cost. Yesterday, I stopped by because I had knocked my rearview mirror off (apparently I have issues with mirrors) and Josh took the time, no appointment and didnt charge me anything. and put the mirror back on for me.Just really kind and super helpful. When a local tire store told me I needed about $1800 worth of work done on my car, Jason told me Ill let you know when you need to have that work done. They have kept my 2007 Honda CR-V, affectionately known as Scout, running fabulously. After I relocate to Arvada, I will still make sure Parker Imports takes care of my car, my current car and any future car I own.

I just found these guys. My little Volvo needed some TLC that my neighborhood mechanic couldnt do, and he referred me to Parker Imports. They were wonderful to work with. Couldnt give me a price on a catch can

I was a loyal customer, and this business bought my car after it caught on fire, and now I am getting express license plate toll statements from after I owned it. They did not destroy the license plate as they should of. They are unethical.The response from Parker Imports to my above review was worthless. I do not care who is driving my old car and whether they have a new plate. Two trips to Colorado Motor Vehicle; two phone calls and one visit to the police department; three calls to the attorney collectors for Express Toll, and four calls to express toll: this, plus the toll bill is what I had to deal with because Parker Imports and the representatives who bought my car did not destroy my plates as promised. It makes you wonder how badly they were ripping me off on repairs costs for all the years I entrusted my car to their care. Just because they were nice and polite does not mean you can trust them. Beware. Do not be a fool like I was.

When looking for an honest mechanic, Parker Imports has been that every time I visit. They will only do what is necessary. Even when I moved out of state for a short time I would call them for advice and they would be quick to respond and helpful in determining what needed to be done. The people that work there are friendly and definitely put the customer first. Adam who now runs the shop is continuing the integrity that Vern created when they first opened more than 20 years ago.

So glad I received a post card from this business. Had my car at Mercedes due to a light on the dash about an auxiliary battery. After 4 days, Mercedes said well it is rare but your vehicle does not have an aux battery. We just need to replace the main battery. I picked the car up and placed it at Parker Imports and yes of course it does have an aux battery. Mercedes would have replaced the main battery and the error message would not have resolved. I appreciate the attention here at Parker Imports. They go above and beyond!!!!

Very professional, never charge extra, a few times did not charge for some checking appointments, honest. Always give you a pretty accurate estimate and never do anything that was not discussed until contact you to verify. Like someone mentioned, I service my wifes BMW after warranty expired, way less expensive that dealership. Strongly recomend this business.

For the past several years, I’ve had my MB C300 maintained by Parker Imports. They have always provided excellent, professional and reasonably priced services. When I take my car to Parker Imports, I’m confident that they’ll do a great job, be very easy to work with, and, very importantly, not try to sell me services that my car doesn’t need. In my 70+ years, this is probably the best auto shop I have ever used.

I have been a customer for many years and have always had excellent service. My daughters car had a bad fuel leak and it needed to be fixed asap. Even though they were booked up, I had the car towed there. I was expecting it to take several days for them to get it looked at. I use Parker Imports for all of the manufacturer recommended service and any other needed repairs for my Lexus and BMW vehicles. Great, friendly staff (at the front desk and the techs doing the work). The techs have great expertise and are clearly well trained on both BMW and Lexus. (and Im sure on other import brands). Ultimately, great value for outstanding work.

I feel that the employees are professional, knowledgeable, and display a high level of integrity. They do not say things are wrong that are not. There is no pressure provided on repairs, they take their time to provide an accurate assessment of the concern. The prices are very fair and the service is outstanding.

Dropped off a Porsche Cayenne to have some work done. One of the things needed was to have the panorama sunroof shade adjusted so that it would close entirely. They were unable to accomplish this and said so. Upon picking up the car the sunshade was out of its track and all wrinkly and loose, basically hanging down in the vehicle. In addition there is now a piece of the shade that must have been in the track protruding from the top of the shade itself. In addition there were dark smudges on the headliner where a mechanic left grease, dirt or what have you. The kicker? I just purchased this vehicle one week ago and it was in mint condition and now it is not.UPDATE:All the problems noted above have been remedied. Adam, owner of Parker Imports, was very easy to work with, we were able to reach a mutual agreement which addressed all the problems noted above. I would recommend Parker Imports to anyone.

If I could give no stars I would. We brought my sons car here due to it was leaking power steering fluid. They replaced the Rack and Pinion at $2200. They told us two different times its ready, and then it wasnt. When we did pick it up, they had disconnected my sons stereo speaker in the front. The car wouldnt lock. And the door wouldnt stay shut. It actually flew open while my 17 year old was driving down Parker road! Guess what, the leak is still there. Never BRING YOUR CAR HERE. THEY ARE CROOKS THAT WILL LOOK FOR THE MOST EXPENSIVE THING TO REPLACE.

Ive had the pleasure of dealing with the guys at Parker Imports for the past two years with two different cars. First with a Mini Cooper Countryman and then a BMW X3. Theyve always been extremely helpful and communicative on the issues with both lemons that I sadly owned. I always felt confident that they would fix whatever the issues were in a timely fashion and not suggest anything that didnt need to be done. I also never felt like I was being taken advantage of and they always did what they could to help me with cost of very costly repairs like new engine mounts and a new clutch. Outstanding service at reasonable prices! I started using Parker Imports when my BMW certified pre-owned warranty expired on my 2013 X3 3.5i (N55). On larger repairs Parker Imports has been about 40% - 60% less than what the BMW dealer in H.R. charges. I also appreciate that they will take the time to explain the problem and solution in detail if youre interested. If your BMW is out of warranty, these guys will save you a bundle compared to the dealer, and they genuinely care about their customers.

Generally a great place to take your car. Ive been with them for years and I feel as if they have got my back! These guys are great. We take our Toyota Highlander and our Mercedes to them for all the service. Roughly half the price of the Dealer, without the rip off factor! Its great. No up selling, only do what needs to be done. Very professional and helpful with maintenance of your vehicles.

Brought in my 2009 Porsche Cayenne S for a second opinion on an expensive repair quote that I received from a Porsche/Audi dealership. These repairs just seemed like overkill to me but the cost was too high for me so gave me pause. So, I decided to get another opinion and took it to Parker Imports. Parker imports confirmed my suspicions and said it would not make sense to do the repairs now AND even recommended a CHEAPER alternative in the event I did need it down the road. On top of that they cleaned my windshield washer nozzles for free while topping off my windshield wiper fluid without saying a word because they are just that good and humble. I will never go anywhere else.

Firestone wanted to charge me $400 to look at a headlight that was out on my Volkswagen. Had Parker imports change my oil and mentioned the light. They said theyd take a look and if an appointment was needed wed reschedule for it. They fixed it in five minutes at no cost. Turns out the bulb just wasnt locked in place and was shining inside the bumper. SO glad I found this place. Honest and friendly.

After having them recommended to me by a friend whose family had been taking their cars here for years, and now having taken my own there for over a year, I can confidently say Parker Imports is top notch. John is always friendly and helpful, they do great work to keep my car running smoothly, and they dont try to get me to do unnecessary work (like some other garages Ive been to). I have taken my Volkswagen Phaeton to Parker Imports many times over the years. Each time the have been able to properly diagnose any problems, give me a very good quote and get the job done for the quoted price. More importantly they get the job done in that day or the next day depending on the size of work and parts. My wife and I have taken both our cars to Parker Imports since moving to Douglas County seven years ago. They are quality oriented, hard working and fair in all their dealings. I cant imagine taking my cars anywhere else.

John at Parker Imports came to my rescue by determining that my cupped tires were the problem with the rough ride and helped me demonstrate this to the dealer since it was under warranty.The dealer treated the problem in a patronizing way. They acted like I was just not used to how my car handled. After looking at my car for a day they determined that all my car needed was an alignment and that would be at my cost. I went back to John at Parker Auto, he agreed to look again at the car to help isolate the problem. Within 15 minutes, he found that 3 tires were out of round. He took 3 short videos of each of the tires spinning out of round and emailed them to me.I emailed these back to the dealer and was able to get all 3 out of round tires replaced and t a free alignment. I had to purchase 4 new tires myself. When I followed up with John at Parker Imports he refused to take any money for his time, and was just glad I was able to get the results that I needed.Thank you for your ability, tenacity, and integrity.
