I do not normally write reviews, but just had to for this company. These folks are very helpful with computer and phone issues. It is also great that their prices are very reasonable. I have used them a couple times and highly recommend them.

Professional, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable, the staff here was a tremendous find. I almost went much further to repair my cell phone camera, i’m glad I didn’t. If you’re in the Parker area, I would take my cell phone or laptop there and feel completely confident in their abilities. They replaced my cracked screen cover at no extra charge, even though I came in for a rear camera repair. They also tested my battery life because I had noticed my cell phone was dying quickly. Very good experience. Glad I visited them!

Service was great and the staff knew what they were doing. Apple service center told me just to replace the IPAD2 for a $500 newer model. These folks said that they could replace the battery and had it back working for a fraction of the cost of a new one.

I have been visiting this store the last few months since the Aurora location closed down. Everyone on the team is helpful and empathetic to older Macs that break. I’ve had a much better experience here than the old closed down Aurora store, it’s worth the drive.

I just had my iPhone glass replaced - I had to share how delighted I was with my experience at Experimax. The service I received was exceptional the folks there are highly knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly! I won’t go any else for help with all my apple products! 😊 Sally

Ive dealt with Experimax now for over a year and have bought several devices and pieces of equipment from Eileen, the stores owner. First of all, Eileen is a real sweetheart of a person and she treats all her customers with respect and courtesy. Her IT staff are experts in repair and servicing and are quite the friendly bunch of guys. Here is where the rarity of this kind of business owner stands: Twice Eileen traveled over 30 miles to my house to deliver a computer and printer because I could not travel there to pick it up. Wow! kudos for that. But she didnt stop there in her awesome service for her customers. My mother bought a computer from her and because she is invalid, Eileen traveled to her house to not only deliver it, but she also set it up and installed it for her. Who does this anymore? Well, Im sure she cant afford to do this for everyone, but when the chips are down for the customer, she goes the xtra mile for them. She is my familys official go to computer store. I recommend Eileen and her Experimax staff to everyone I know that needs a computer or other device needs. I know that she will treat them as greatly as she has treated me and my family. Russ

OMG! This is a total joke. I cannot believe places like this are in business. Charged $300 to replace a screen and when the screen broke 2 weeks later they wouldnt fix it. Ridiculously expensive and terrible service. I cant believe I let them screw me even once.

This place had horrible costumer service. I went in three weeks ago for a keyboard repair for my MacBook Pro. They said they would order the part and it would be in within 4-6 business days. I am a full time student and I need my computer so I really needed this to be fixed as soon as possible, I do not mind waiting but they did not call me there after. I heard nothing from them and ultimately had to call them asking what was going on. They told me that my part was in and to come to the store to get it fixed. Once there apparently there was a “mixup” in which I understand things happen. The kind lady had told me she would overnight the part and it would be ready within the next few days. A week and a half had went by and I yet again heard nothing from them. I called them today and they told me mail is backed up. The part where I am frustrated is the fact that I am completely out of the circle of information and am left having to call and call wondering if I’m going to get it fixed. I am normally an extremely patient person but this just blew me out of the water. Three weeks have gone by with no call, no email, no nothing and me the costumer is now left with a broken keyboard still. The man over the phone called me rude, the fact that they spoke to me like that was ironic knowing what I’ve gone through these past few weeks. I do not recommend this company and as I said on the phone, I will gladly take my business elsewhere. (Also there was a cat in the store roaming and that felt very unhygienic)

Great Service!I have had my phone screen fixed here multiple times. She does with care and very quickly, affordable, and the screen has quality. She also is sooooo nice.

Had to go back numerous times and ultimately left with a phone that was inoperable. My first trip involved paying over $170 for a screen that was clearly used. I had to take it in a second time and was told it would take about an hour and it took over 6 hours. A month later, the screen was defective and, though she replaced the screen for me, when I picked it up after repair it shut off 2 hours later. It has yet to turn on and now they said that it was to no fault of their own that it is inoperable and would not help beyond that. Would never recommend using their services.

I have been an Apple/Mac user for a long time, so I have had many opportunities to have work done on products. This was by far the fastest and most friendly experience I have had. To top it off, it was also the best price I have ever paid. I live near Lowry, but I would travel back to Parker for this quality of work.

These guys were very nice and friendly. I came in to get my charging port fixed. They fixed the charging port, but for the next few days my signal was non- existent. Checked in with my carrier service to resolve, but still had the same problems. I came back to Experimax to see if they could do anything. All they could do was set my phone to WiFi calling.It would have been nice if they took the time to reopen my iPhone and double check, but they lost my trust after trying fix my service issue by WiFi calling.

I really don’t like leaving poor remarks but in this instance I think it’s fair to leave my opinion as I tried to resolve at a store level first.My daughter broke her iPad and it was her financial responsibility to fix it (kids and life lessons). We chose Experimax on Cottonwood because of all the great reviews and they were a little less expensive than a competitor. The staff is really friendly and we felt comfortable leaving the iPad for repair. I picked it up a few days later and took it home. When I went to put the iPad into the case I noticed some dust and streaks. I cleaned it with a terry cloth and sadly all the dust and streaks were INSIDE the screen. I took it back on Monday and they were happy to fix it. Apologized and took it right in. When I went to pick it up about an hour later I inspected the screen again. There were worse streaks and looks like some scratches now. I pointed the defects out and was told “that’s the best I can do. I wish I had a clean room to do these but I don’t” my 11 yo may not notice much when using it (hopefully) but I certainly see them plain as day. They’re not as visible when the screen is on, but still there. Sadly we won’t be back because of the lack of attention to detail and care.
