Wow, what an amazing place! I cracked my phone walking my dog, and I needed it fixed ASAP. I called u break I fix and they were able to get me in right away and it took less than an hour to fix. They were so wonderful and the customer service was exceptional. Definitely will be back if I ever need another fix! Happy customer :)

Called about cracked camera glass on Samsung phone. They had the replacement part in stock, and I was able to drop the phone off immediately and it was repaired in a few hours. Staff was friendly, courteous, and professional.

I broke my phone and the screen wasnt turning on, but you could tell the phone was still working. I brought my phone in and had an awesome experience. I felt like the people here were very friendly and personable, and they fixed my phone amazingly. They said it might take a day to fix (which was already way less than I was expecting) and then got to fixing my phone even earlier so I wasnt even without it for 24 hours. I know some people need their phone for business, or just generally find it hard to go without it, so the fact that they fixed it quickly was fantastic. Overall the experience was fast, friendly, and had me considering whether I should purposely break my phone right after having it fixed so that I could get it fixed AGAIN.

Broke my phone screen. They were able to fix it the same day because they had the parts. They told me its be done the next day because it normally takes 2 to 3 hours to fix and They were 2 hours away from closing.. An hour later they said my phone was finished. 2021-July, Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra.I was really bummed when my selfie stick broke and dropped my phone that caused the screen to break.Anyways, uBreak iFix, fixed it and restored my screen like new! All buttons and thumb print reading still works! It costs me $300 because i did not have insurance, but it beats getting a new phone.The reason for taking out a star, is that the person that check-in my phone was the tech.. and was not very customer service oriented.. no smile- no pleasantries. And their website that will show you the status of my phone, did not work at all.

I brought my phone in for repair. My screen was broken. They replaced the screen but, it wasnt installed properly. Within 2 days, the screen was broken again. They charge way too much and they do a terrible job at repairs. Avoid this place like the plague. Theyre rude. Theyre not understanding. They claim to work under the same standards as google but, they really dont. As a person who does repairs as a hobby, I can tell you from personal experience, these people have no idea what theyre doing. I wish I could rate them a 0. Terrible service.

I dropped my iPhone X in water and it was stuck in a reset loop. I got it to the screen where I could restore but restore failed. I took it to one shop the following more that opened a bit earlier than this place and the guy said it was fried and to buy a new phone without even looking at it. I then brought here and they took it and dried it out for a day before inspecting it. They didn’t charge anything for the diagnosis. Just brought it home and the restore appears to have worked this time. Great experience all around. Highly, highly recommend this place. Thank you!

I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service and quality from this shop. I had been put through the ringer and given the runaround with Batteries Plus Bulbs, so I called these guys. They assured me they had what I needed in stock and they had time right then and there. My headphone jack wasnt working; I took it into another shop and they told me the entire bottom port of my phone was broken and they would fix it for $100. Went here, they just dug some fuzz out of my headphone jack, and gave it back to me for free. Worked like a charm. Knowledgeable, friendly, 100% recommend!

Great experience. I took in an older tablet that Verizon told me needed a power port. They worked with me to find a solution that was cost effective due to the low value of the device. I was told it would be 3 days till the part was in. They took it apart the same day and were able to clean and repair the connector. I was able to pick it up in just a few hours. To top it all off they didnt even charge me! Great experience I will definitely use them again.

These guys are absolutely amazing! Super friendly, fast, knowledgeable and efficient.They told me about an hour to replace a screen on my iPhone 6, Within 40 minutes they called and said it was done. This is the second time Ive had a screen replaced with them and they do such a fantastic job! They even knocked off 10% since this was my second time replacing the screen.I recommend everybody to go to them I know about 15 people that have taken their screen or battery to be replaced and theyve done an absolutely fantastic job. Love these guys! They are always honest direct which I appreciate. Very knowledgeable and I’ve come to trust them as people who care about the customer and not just their money. I brought my iPhone 7s in (which is supposed to be water resistant) because the camera had fog in the lens. They guys here said they’d open it up and dry it out for me to make sure there was no other damage. Told me to come back in 30 minutes. Went to lunch and came back to a newly cleaned and dry phone. When I asked them how much they waved me off and said “don’t worry about it”. Who does that?? Great customer service, bring your stuff here!

I went in for a screen repair and they were very friendly and accommodating! Unfortunately, the glass was making me have issues with the touch screen and I went back in and they replaced it again, no charge, no questions asked, no reciept needed! It was very refreshing to find a knowledgeable and friendly place for technology repairs and I would recommend them every time!

I had my iPad screen replaced here, and it has not worked the same since. It opens and closes tons of things when I don’t want it to. It types extra letters I don’t need. Don’t go here if you have an older iPad model. Even typing this, I feel like throwing it at the wall. If someone knows somewhere I can fix this that’d be great!

Don’t trust this place after misleading diagnostic on my laptop and almost spending $340 for nothing! I dropped my laptop off after the screen went black and I couldn’t get it to turn back on. Brandon said the complete screen might need to be replaced or it is just a cable that could have been disconnected from the drop. So I left the laptop there for diagnostic, after one day I got a call that we need the screen replaced (the screen was $150 online and they wanted to charge us $340). My husband and I picked it up and we decided we are going to try to replace it ourselves. Turns out that only the cable was disconnected and no one during diagnostics has even lifted the tape to check it!!

I had filed a claim on my phone screen, Insurance company (assurion) recommended I bring my phone here. I was told I would have it back within 3 hours and I did. The guys were pleasant and I appreciated the experience. So far my phone works great.

I was having issues with my charging port so I called to get an estimate to see how much it would be to fix it and the gentleman told that it probably just needs to be cleaned out which he could do for free instead of having to spend a bunch of money on fixing it. I went in the next day and he cleaned it out and bam it was fixed. I greatly appreciate him for actually helping me. When I broke my phone apple told me there was nothing I could do to fix it and that I would have to buy a new one. I took it here and they fixed it within 30 mins and it works perfect. My speaker ringer on my phone was not working. Verizon in Parker suggested I take my phone to uBreakiFix, Verizon store is a joke. uBreakiFix recommend a hard reset, saying the speakers do not typically go bad. Reset and phone works great. Honest service.
