Tim, an Outstanding and patient Customer Rep at the Parker, CO store made my purchase of a new iPhone fun/painless. My husband and I switched from Verizon to AT&T, and I switched to the Apple 13 phone from an Android, while he bought the new Note. Very happy with all the patient help from Tim answering/explaining phones. Good customer service is what we look for. We love the specials and rebates they offer on phones too.

We were truly impressed with the level of service we received from Isaac D. He went above and beyond to explain things in detail about upgrading an iPhone & was so friendly. I ended up changing my mind & decided I wanted a different iPhone, & when my husband went back to swap it, he was just as helpful and patient. My 10 year old son was also there, & he was so kind to him & helped keep him entertained.He even made sure we had his card and told us to contact him if we needed anything at all!You do not see this level of customer service anymore, and we can’t give enough praise to Isaac!! We will definitely continue to bring our business to him and this store.
If I could give zero stars, I would! I came here hoping to get some help because my phone kept freezing and wouldnt allow me to do almost anything. The representative refused to help me and said to go to Apple. I called Apple and they didnt have any appointments available so I decided to drive to the AT&T store by Costco. They were more then helpful. All they did was force restart my phone and did a software update. The phone was working after that. I will never step foot into this store again. If you want to be helped or treated like youre valued, drive a mile down the road and go to the other AT&T store in Parker.
After twenty years with Verizon, we took the leap to switch providers and are so happy with our decision to move to AT&T! Isaac was so helpful and pleasant to work with. He made sure all our devices were set up correctly and found the best plan for our needs at the best price. We wanted to add another tablet and decided to trust them with this purchase also. Josh took the time to explain the different options and my new tablet is on the way! My previous experiences upgrading devices always felt similar to buying a used car, this was so refreshingly different!

Isaac was able to give us truthful info and clear explanations of services and phones. He gave us options for upgrades and basics but didn’t push it on us which was super nice. We have issues with constant “ incorrect “ or frequently changed information for the last few years with a different cell service and my husband and family had literally been with the other service for over 25yrs and no perks benefits for loyalty or even acknowledgment of loyalty of sticking with them through the many phone issues and poor cell service in our location regardless of requests for further help and clarification. I was told that my BRAND NEW iphone was completely broken after I had already taken it to the Apple store for a repair even though it was a new phone….the employees told me that it was not their responsibility in any way and there was nothing they could to for me. They sent me back to Apple telling me that they “always give you a new phone” and that would be my only option. The Apple store had no issue with the phone when I brought it in and immediately had it running and were confused as to why AT&T had sent me back to them instead of just showing me what to do. Terrible service AT&T Parker and Lincoln!!!!!!!!!

I stopped in to the Parker AT&T store to get a new iPhone for my husband as his old iPhone 7 finally crashed. Issac was welcoming, kind and ready to help with no wait. We are saving to buy a home, so cost is an issue, but my husband does use his phone for work, so he wanted an update if possible. Initially we believed an iPhone 11 to be out of range price wise, but Issac showed us that was not the case. He then showed me a plan that provided literally 99.84% more data and 2 times the hot spot power, AND free HBO Max for $50 less per month than our current plan! How great is that? Well, it gets BETTER. He noticed my Samsung Note 8 and informed me that I could trade it in for a FREE Note 20 (yes, the $1000 Note 20 - free!). Issac then patiently installed our new screen guards, transfered all info from my hubbys cloud back-up and my phone and even looked up pricing on the internet for lower cost dongles and ear buds. Talk about above and beyond! Ive been with AT&T since 1998 (when I got my first cell phone) and Im not going anywhere! Thanks Issac!

I just had one the single best experience I’ve ever had with a phone company in my life. Mary helped me all along the process and was incredible helpful, kind and professional, she met all my needs and more and made me fee extremely special and cared for. Matt, also tied for MVP of the day with Mary when he overheard my conversation and came up and offered me and incredible deal on a iPhone 11 Pro Max! He had a broad understanding of merchandise in his store, and treated me like I was family and not just another customer. We got a couple of phones for Christmas and upgraded some, swapped with other family members and traded some in, so it was basically iphone roulette; but the staff did such a great job helping us out. Isaac was fantastic for the first visit of transferring info from old phones to new, and setting up a better plan and Madeleine was also amazing for the second visit when we upgraded the final phone. They were very helpful. I dont usually write reviews, but I wanted to make sure and recognize such a positive experience!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Just left at 7:52 pm, been there since 6:30. Only one employee, he sat down with these people and wasted so much time, answering the same questions over and over again, recommending all kinds of other things to sign up for like an AARP discount. He then proceeded to start yelling at the people that had been waiting even longer than I had. He told them to leave and they told him no. That was pretty embarrassing, worst AT&T experience I have ever encountered.

Mary here is so nice! Came in without an appointment because I needed help with a screen installation, she didnt even hesitate to offer to help me install it right away! She was so friendly and provided me with the best customer service experience! She also did a phenomenal job at the installation, 10/10 stars without a doubt. I will be sure to come back for future business because of her.

These guys were terrible 3 times we went there. Isaac setup our phone order wrong.. when we came back for help the lady refused and told me we had to wait. Waited 1 week came back and talked with Matt and he said he wouldnt help and wouldnt even call corporate because they closed in 45 minutes. We drove up the road to the corporate att store by Costco and it was 100x better. Two people there both helped and both got on the phone with corporate to figure it out until they closed.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. I came in really upset with a couple of questions and Josh the store manager WAS SO RUDE ANSWERED NONE OF MY QUESTIONS AND LITERALLY KICKED ME OUT THE STORE. I was so upset and crying I just need help with my account I did not expect to be coming out of an at&t store upset because the staff yelled at me, didn’t help me, and kicked me out. I’m so disappointed in AT&T I’m canceling my whole service with them after this.

Initially, I had great difficulty in securing credit for a phone trade-in, but after persisting with customer service, and then with the assistance of Josh, the store manager, a credit was posted to my account. I am grateful for his help and a successful conclusion. I will say that the staff in the store are helpful and professional, and despite my trade-in problems, we have had good experiences in this store.

The AT&T Parker store is by far the best ones Ive been to in Colorado. And I have been to a good amount. The staff is always so welcoming every time I walk through the door. I have never have a bad experience and assume that I never will. The staff has always answered any questions I have had and has ALWAYS taken great care of me and my family. I dont think I will ever consider going to another AT&T store. I would highly recommend either Paul, JP, and or Daniel for any assistance.
We have been going to this store for a couple years now. Everyone that works there is very helpful and knowledgeable about all the plans and phones. They sat down with us and work out what plan and phones are best for us. I dont feel like I am getting a sales pitch but the help and plan that is best for my needs.

Would not choose at&t for my worst enemy. Make promises to get you in the door? 2 hour venture for new service. Got up and left before they finished. Go to Verizon! A little more in cost but value is much greater.
So after 2 trade ins and $1,000 down (never credited for rebates) because AT&T says they never received the trade ins...and the manager Josh didnt take my calls and never called back after 6-7 calls to the store...I wouldnt ever trust this store or get anything from them. 😡
Jay and Ryan are great employees. I have a massive family plan with my kids, my husband and parents all on one account. Every time we need service or tech support, they are always willing to assist. I have been to several other locations in the Denver area and this one is my favorite. We drive from Castle Rock to come to this location. Never a bad experience with the staff at this store.
This store is a joke and has no clue how to fix, update anything. I havent had a good experience here ever. Everyone in this store is a tool bag milking a paycheck. I have a Samsung watch and they couldnt figure out how to charge it to connect it to my account. I have been paying 10 dollars a month for more than 6 months and still cant fix it. At&t figure this out!! Called the 1 800 number and was told to take it to the store. Told them the store was filled with incompetent people. I was not wrong.
Talk about OUTSTANDING customer service! These guys went above and beyond for my family & me. Transferring 1 phone number from Verizon, merging another phone number to get us all on a Family Plan was NOT the easiest migration, but these guys took it ALL into their own hands until the task was complete. They ALL contributed to making sure we left the store with exactly what we needed and gave us a bunch of promotions that were running at the time.We ran out of time at the store, as we had dinner reservations and 2 of the employees drove their own cars, on their own time to the restaurant and dropped off our equipment when the transfers & backups were complete. These guys have earned my business for their incredible and outstanding customer service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location.

My phone was having reception problems for over a month. This store sent me back to Apple, twice. Called ATT customer service and they told me I needed a new SIM card. I was told to visit an ATT store for a replacement at no charge. This store said they don’t do free replacements, sent me to the store by Costco. Got it fixed and the staff were very helpful. Stay clear of Parker store.
Went in on a Sunday afternoon and was helped by Ryan. Courteous, efficient, attentive, and even funny. He was patient with questions, and the other guys there pitched in to help when they didnt have other customers. Had to flow up with a phone call to AT&T, and that service was great, too. Overall great experience!
Issues with latest update on my phone. They did a diagnostic check on my phone...said it was fine. Its not... new update screwed up a lot of apps. Not their issue tho. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable

This week my fiancé and I upgraded our phones to the XS and XR and Matt Bond helped us with the whole process!! I recommend anyone go to him because he literally went above and beyond to help me backup all 20,000 pictures I had in my last iPhone 7! And let me tell you I was very extra when it came to getting my pictures and he was so willing to be patient with me and understood why I wanted all my pictures so bad and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience even though I know he didn’t have to help me the way he did, but he did it anyways!! And when we purchase our home, we will be going to Matt to get Direct TV as well because of the great service he has given us with AT&T! The AT&T stores Im used to have always been great. I went to this one for the first time yesterday. The three sales boys made fun of me immediately for using a Windows phone. They fully harassed me thinking I would change based on the opinion of a phone sales person. I am a Window-based developer and I make more hourly than the three sales people combined. Why do they thing they have influence and why do they pressure you to do what they want to do, instead of just listening and helping without attitude?Terrible customer service, I will never visit this location again.
The people here are so friendly and willing to help! I just got a new phone here and was habing problems transferring from my old service. They helped out where they could and also got two other people on our plan switched over with new phones. The whole experience was great and it would be my first stop next time I need anything phone related
Told me that this screen cover would work... They put it on my phone and noticed that the case cover on the phone would not work. The case piped it off, the two would not work together .They would not give me a refund and for me to call the cover company. When I called the manufacturer they told me that they would not refund me . They would just send me a new one ..Now why do that? They do not work! I got back to store and raised some attention to at&t salesman that sold me the phone . I Finally got a refund. But now they will not and have not paid off my account from t mobile .With everybody I talk to they send me on a loop calling someone else!!! Signal on my phone sucks! I loose signal in downtown Denver! The phone signal on my phone may touch the 3rd bar on signal. Told me the meter showing does count! Well then why do phones have signal bars in which at&t says they do not matter! Yes I have had new chip put in phone and the same on signal strength.
Every time I walk in this store my service plan is changed without permission or massively screwed up. I have been lied to and told about plans that dont even exist! I always end up having to spend hours on the phone with customer service fixing what these guys do...dont go to this store!
This store is excellent. Every time I come in here they are busy, so they must be doing something right and second they always seem to know what the answer is . Josh tends to be a multitasker and when I go in he seems to always have an answer I appreciate all of the help this store gives on a consistent basis!
