Steve and DJ were great. We have a very....complicated house, and despite some minor setbacks, they really knocked it out of the park. Highly recommended for cable work, and well definitely be reaching out to them for home theater setup.

Steven is absolutely awesome. We have a Control4 system in our home and had no less than 3 different companies try and fail to get our WiFi and smarthome setup functioning properly. Steven not only got our Wifi running flawlessly, he also fixed bad wiring from previous vendors, fixed our Control4 woes, and massively simplified and cleaned our rats nest of random cables/unused equipment. Steves service was exceptional!I wanted to organize a media enclosure that had been left very desorganized by original contractor when we purchased home. I did not have new enclosure needed and I wanted to get project done fairly quick because builder that was finishing basement was about to install dry-wall. At first, I decided to do project by myself. However, I encounter a significant obstacle right from the start. I drove around town searching for new Media Enclosure without success. And ordering it would take days which I did not have.Therefore, I turned to Yelp for help. I described my project on Yelp and got many responses. However, Steven Racz from ALTITUDE AUDIO VIDEO was one of the fastest responses.He contacted me via Yelp message, and when we connected by phone, I explained what my project was. He was very cautious not to over promise about timing and/or cost of project.But he said he could find the media enclosure I was looking for the following day, and may be work on it the day after that.When I explained my dilemma about dry-wall being done in 2 days, he asked me if I would mind if he worked in the late evening, which I had no problem with.Steve came the day after being contacted at around 6PM and worked until after 9:30PM doing amazing work. He went well above my expectations!Steve even hid a bundle of cables behind support beams. He had to drill through them and completely de-assemble wiring to run bundle of cables though new holes (extra work that original contractor never bothered to do). See before and after pictures.I definitely recommend Steve Racz and Altitude Audio Video to do any Audio/Video install in your home. To me, Steve felt very trustworthy and reliable, but above all, he loved the work he was doing!

I hired Altitude Audio to install cable and Cat6 lines to each unit of our 4plex. They were very responsive and did a great job. I would recommend them!

I made an appointment to have them mount two TVs. They never showed up for the appointment. They also didnt return my phone calls. I have no idea what happened! Terrible experience.

Prompt. Professional. Very reasonably priced for the work performed.Called ahead twice to let me know when they would be at my home. Had all the necessary material. Quickly assessed my job and performed everything asked and then some. Assisted with mounting a large 55 tv and re-wiring coaxial cable through some drywall. Steven and Matt cleaned up after themselves and were very polite throughout.I would definitely recommend Altitude Audio Video to anyone with an AV project and I will absolutely use them again for a future project.

Steven and his team have done all of my audio work in the house. He has put drops in the home and greatly improved my WiFi throughout the house. He is professional and prompt and gets it done right the first time. He stands by his work and has helped me communicate with xfinity to get issues on their end resolved. Steven Racz of Altitude Audio Video was referred to us after we had bid out our project to a national A/V company whom couldnt meet their original quote and time. Steven answered our first call, took time to learn what was important to us in our home theater, delivered a very competitive bid including a superior system/network and commitment to installation in a timely manner. Altitude Audio Video was top notch from start to finish in our newly finished basement, installing our home theater system on time, on budget and with premium equipment (full home theater). Stevens attention to perfection was highlighted during this project when he noticed that the new large screen television had two micro lines of lights that were not working properly (manufacturer defect)- literally only his eye for detail could notice the defect. Knowing that we intentionally scheduled the installation to be complete prior to a family event, Steven took the time to complete the install for us, tuned the system and committed to coming back to replace the television without charge. He not only kept his commitment and came back on our schedule, but fine tuned the system to perfection again! Thank you Steven and Altitude Audio Video, we look forward to our next project with you!
