I have been working with John and Brad for many years for nearly every home theater purchase Ive made. I first bought a projector from him more than a dozen years ago. Since then, every upgrade (many) has been a fantastic experience. Im always impressed with the personal attention, responsiveness, and just the general willingness to make sure Im happy with everything. You cant go wrong here - they love this hobby just as much as any of their customers!

John is probably the most amazing dealer/person i have dealt with in as long as i can remember. He literally spent hours answering any and all of my questions from start to finish no matter how dumb i thought the questions were. If he was not sure on an answer he would take time out of his day to contact the correct people to make sure the answers he provided me with were as accurate as possible. John went out of his way to help me with an issue i was having on an item i purchased prior to meeting him. The original home theater dealer who i purchased the item from originally wanted nothing to do with helping me after the sale was final.. (seems to be very common from stories i heard) . I honestly thought i was screwed until John did the unthinkable and actually contacted the company for me being that he had established friendships throughout his years as a dealer and made sure my issue was resolved quickly and professionally. Never in my life would i imagine a dealer going out of his way to help someone with an issue on a product purchased from a different dealer. Details like this is what makes John stand out from the rest and actually deserve the full 5 star rating. I started talking to John as I saw him posting on one of the major audio forums (AVS) and he was very knowledgable and friendly. When I went to demo products I saw that he was even better in person.Demoing products was stress free, fun and illuminating. I ended up purchasing an extensive home theater system from him and worked with his lead installer Joel in installing it.The entire process, from initial contact, to my million addition questions and finally watching movies at home was top notch. I cant speak highly enough of John and Joel. My family and I are loving the home theater and I love the piece of mind knowing if anything pops up, be it a problem or a new technology, John is going to be right there to guide me through it.

This is my second time working with John, Brad and Joel and I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in home theater equipment, design and installation. I first met John over 10 years ago when I bought a projector and some screen material for my basement family room. After visiting his home in Gleneagle where we were able to see and compare lots of different models of projectors and screens, John brought samples out to our home to see how things would work in our specific environment/lighting conditions.So when we moved to a new home in Castle Rock last year, and I was planning my ultimate dream home theater in dedicated room in our to-be-finished basement, I was thrilled to find that John was still in the business. We went back to his home to see what had changed over the years and over the course of a couple visits, we were able to demo a bunch of different options and hone in on what we wanted. John then came up several times during the project (pre-build, framing, wiring, finish) to make sure we had proper placement of all equipment and that we were maximizing our investment in the rooms construction to complement the investment in equipment we were installing. He came up with Brad during framing specifically to make sure that when we pre-wired the theater for my Dolby Atmos system installation, that we placed everything perfectly according to the recommend specs and they spent a couple hours discussing theory, measuring and marking proper speaker positions where wires would be run and then figuring out the best placement of the screen in relation to our seating, etc.His installer, Joel, was a fantastic guy to work with and he came up on multiple occasions to help me get everything set up to perfection: screen installation, projector placement and mounting, speaker cut in and wiring, even helping me pick out the right remote to control it all and spending many an evening or Saturday afternoon visiting and making tweaks to everything to make sure I was 100% satisfied (and boy, am I!)Throughout the process, John was never a pushy salesman, but rather a guide and advocate for me through the whole process. He is not interested in pushing you into buying the top-of-the-line, most expensive products in his line, but rather buy the RIGHT equipment for your specific space and then work with you to get everything set up and calibrated properly so that you will get the most bang-for-your-buck no matter what system you end up putting together. John and Joel continue to be available for my questions even after the completion of the project and I would not hesitate for a minute to recommend them to anyone who wants to get the best home-theater experience they can.
