I have to say in all respects a 10. James is not trying to sell product but rather solve problems specific to the individual. In our case hearing certain content was problematic and the solution was even more than I expected. In addition his team was professional, courteous, timely, careful, respectful and wanted everything to be perfect. James does custom work at a very fair price.

Great experience with Xssentials/Ebode. I needed some Savant configuration and was finishing my basement. I also had them do some home automation and AV work. They offered a fair price were very responsive and their staff is extremely knowledgable. Very please with the outcome. They also fixed things left by a previous vendor. Robert is fantastic as our their team of engineers. Highly recommend

I wrote a review that was not the most positive a few weeks ago but Im changing it due to how #xssentials and their leadership handled the situation. They are making things right and standing behind their company name/reputation which is greatly appreciated and respected. I anticipate this being 5 stars very soon as we are partnering to do an overhaul of our electronics and I believe things are going to turn out wonderful. Cant wait to see the finished product!
