Awesome local shop! Roger was polite and courteous as were the mechanics. They fixed a punctured tire for me with a rotation with zero wait. They also seem honest and reasonable in their work and prices. Would return again.

This is a great place to go for car repairs. It is a family run business with 2 shoppes the original one in Parma where I go and one in Brunswick. There pricing is very good and most important you can trust them to not tell you need something done that you dont. They do great work as I have been going here for 20yrs plus now.

I booked a simple front end alignment over a week prior. Drop it off in the AM and they call around 2pm saying were just not gonna be able to get to it today with a somewhat indifferent, unapologetic tone. Said they were down a guy for the day, which is fine as stuff happens, right? But my problem with this is....Did they really have that many appointments before me more than a week in advance? Doubtful. And were talking about a simple alignment - not a huge job. Had I known they wouldnt be able to get to it, I would have went somewhere else, as Saturday is the only day the car isnt needed and now has to be driven out of alignment for another full week. Took my business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. I called to get a quote for 2 new tires, and was placed on hold for nearly 5 minutes. While I was on hold I heard in a message played over the hold music that they offer other services. So when the guy patched me back in I asked for an additional quote for another service they offered. The guy tells me the price for the service, I say Wow thats a whole lot more than any place Ive called. Next thing I know, the guy hangs up on me. In my opinion thats not only rude, but extremely unprofessional.As a new resident to the neighborhood Im really disappointed at the lack of respect at the very least. I sincerely hope that this singular incident isnt indicative of the behavior I should expect when I go other places in the area.I intend to tell everyone I know, and come across in the area about my experience at Parma Tire & Automotive. I will never do business here in the future.

This place should be out of business, I showed up to this place literally two days ago I asked for one tire in which I had a spare on my driver side and was the tire I need it replaced. So theyre out changing my driver side tire for about 20 minutes then someone decides to come in from the garage until me that my passenger tire is bad, so they talked me into buying a Nother tire for my passenger side, so now I have purchased 2 Front tires, so now just about another 15 to 20 minutes pass by and then they finally asked me to come take a look at my PASSENGER side rim and shows me theres a crack in the rim which Ive never seen before nor have I ever had any problems with my passenger side rim before. They tell me there going to seal the rim & about 10 minutes past by and they were finished, however the next day I found myself having to completely fill my PASSENGER Side tire up with air, at first I thought it was intentionally done by someone who knows my car and even though that it could have been the cap so I fill it back up with air. The next day Im taking my son to daycare I noticed that the steering wheel started getting harder to turn so I get out and take a look and the tire is flat again so I decide to call them and let them know that my tire is flat and they told me to bring the car in so they can take a look at it so I bring the car in and they takebut look at it and they tell me that I broke my rim and that is why the air is coming out of my passenger side tire. Mind you they had to talk me into buying a new passenger side tire because I felt like that tire was fine and it was completely full of air and Ive never once put air in it since I had the vehicle. Then they set in my face with a confused look when I explain to them there was nothing wrong with the rim The day before yesterday when I brought the car in, then one of the workers told me that the rims could have gotten mixed up & that theres absolutely nothing they can do about it but put air in it. So thats exactly what they did put air in the tire & told me to go buy another rim even after I explained to them how dangerous it would be driving around on that tire with my 8 month old son with me. Well Im not rich and I have children and didnt have the money to go purchase another rim & they told me its not there problem nor there fault. They are a bunch of schemers and con artist and they will damage your property just to get another sale. ACCEPT SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK

I had my car towed there and they told me it wasnt worth taking off the tow truck, that I should just scrap the vehicle. I gave the car away because of what they told me, only to find out later that there were two bent suspension parts totaling $50 and about an hour labor. I wouldnt trust this place to do an oil change.
