The people who work here are absolutely amazing. I dont know how many times Ive been in just to ask questions about my account and not able to get anything. They still give me the best customer service there is. Take today for example. I went in to ask questions and their system was messing up. I asked my questions not expecting to be able to get a phone or anything. The guy who was helping me ended up calling in and getting it all set up so I could finally get a new phone. I just want to say thank you Trey. Youre awesome. You didnt have to sit there with me for over an hour trying to figure out what was going on with my account. I went in this same store last month and I signed up for auto pay to save money and just got another bill in and its the same amount as last month I was told now I have to sign up for something else and another thing I asked why my phone wont charge with original cable they said it was the cable but the cable works with wifes phone,very rude and I am very unsatisfied with there customer service,if I didnt like the network so much I would change services just because of poor customer service.

This store is amazing!! Miss Serena Hausman is the best rep I have ever come in contact with at a Verizon store(we have been customers for 11 years). I was having a not so pleasant experience with Verizon due to them dropping the ball on an issue we have been dealing with for 2 years. She stuck by me and defended me when necessary. Serena went above and beyond for my family, and she made me feel like I wasnt handling this issue alone. It took almost 7 days to get everything fixed, but she called me everyday to check in and make sure the ball was rolling. The phone I wanted was not in stock and she looked and found one and went on HER OWN time to get that device. She made me feel so special. So if you want a personal rep with Verizon that you can fully trust, go see Serena she is seriously the best! Serena thanks for everything you really are setting the bar for other Reps.

I used to have their service until I moved from their prepay to their post pay plan. I was not made aware that the dollar amount would change nor was I made aware that it would cost me extra just to be able to use them every month. Those hidden fees are killer. As much as I love this company, their service and lack of letting anyone know something is really slacking. Their employees should be more informative.

I went to this store seeking help with getting new service since my previous carrier was giving me awful service. Joseph found the best option for me (I am older and disabled) and helped get me into a plan that was economical for me. This was back in August when I switched over. I can still to this day call and get Joseph on the phone for help (and I call him a lot). Please go to this store I am so happy with the service here.

I went by the store this morning and dealt with Renetta. I had to go into the store to figure out why my phone had crashed from the recent system update that i was forced to do. She was rude from the second that I walked in there. Every answer was very short. She didnt tell me my options. She just immediately got on the phone with customer service to order me a new phone without discussing it with me first. When I told her that I wanted my account credited for the days that Ive been without a phone, she dialed the number for customer service and handed me the phone instead of handling it herself. When I was done, instead of saying something nice like have a good day or sorry for your inconvenience or let us know if you need anything else she said, do you need something else? So on that note, I left the store. I was absolutely 100% NOT satisfied with the service that I received from Verizon or its staff. Her behavior was unacceptable and unnecessary.

Went here to find out how much it would cost to switch to Verizon. I was given some completely wrong information by Nathaniel R. He told me my iPhone 6 wouldnt work on Verizon since Verizon is CDMA. Its true Verizon runs on CDMA but Nathaniel failed to talk about LTE, or the fact that iPhone 6 supports many bands of GSM, CDMA, UMTS and LTE and will work on nearly any carrier. He was trying to get me to buy two new iPhones for my Wife and I. In the end he was at least a little honest and told me he works on commission. I ended up leaving.I went to a real Verizon store (not an authorized retailer, but a corporate retail location in DIberville) and had a completely different experience. Instead of writing dollar amounts on a sheet of paper and acting shady about the cost, they broke everything down clearly and told me what each charge would be. In the end I was able to bring my phone to Verizon and had all my questions answered.
